O resort tem uma ótima estrutura e alimentação, mas pode melhorar o espaço da praia e o Wi-Fi.

As comidas são muito boas e tem variedade para agradar todos! Os refrigerantes em lata também são um diferencial quando comparado aqueles de máquina!

O Wi-Fi não funcionava muito bem; todos os canais da tv estavam com imagem distorcida e mesmo abrindo solicitação, ninguém foi verificar; muitos ambulantes na praia na parte reservada do resort (chegou a ser cansativo).

Casa da Villa é linda, mas esperava mais de tudo.

Ficamos na casa da Villa. Mto linda, com piscina privada. Jardim cuidado e vista bonita.

Era uma casa, mas não tinha 1 copo ou talher. Tínhamos geladeira abastecida, mas tínhamos que beber no bico da garrafa. As cadeiras da sala estavam com assentos desmontando por ferrugem. Tínhamos área com mesa no jardim, com vista para piscina, mas tínhamos que ir até o restaurante do hotel comer junto com mais centenas de pessoas, barulheira e grito de crianças.

Tinha tudo para ser perfeito mas não foi.

Tem muitas atrações, a equipe do hotel tantos os funcionários quanto a recreação são muito simpáticos. Todo a Noite em uma atração musical e tem dia que tem mais 1 ou 2 atrações regionais de música ou dança. A praia é ótima junto com o serviço de praia, mas tem que tomar cuidado com água viva.

O quarto é referente a um hotel 3 estrelas, a roupa de cama péssima, tinha somente lençol a cama e 2 cobertas (de motel) que cheiravam mal junto com o travesseiro. O banheiro cheirava esgoto. Tive também uma intoxicação alimentar grave que fiquei 2 dias passando mal, e encontrei pessoas que também tiveram intoxicação no hotel.

Eu gostei de tudo, o resort é incrível, várias atividades, comidas variadas, atendimento excepcional, venho aqui enaltecer o atendimento de todos os funcionários, muito simpáticos e atenciosos, demonstram cuidado naquilo que fazem. Super recomendo!!!

Pra mim foi tudo incrível, porém meu marido sentiu falta de um ambiente que tivesse sinuca, totó, ping pong, tipo um ambiente de jogos para adultos, vai aí uma sugestão 😉 Outra coisa que aconteceu, foi nosso ar condicionado não estar gelando tanto, pedimos que a manutenção fosse, porém como já era tarde da noite não tinham muito o que fazer. Nos primeiros dias achamos que era normal, o quarto ficava fresco mas não gelava. Porém conversando com outros hóspedes vimos que no quarto deles o ar gelava bastante e no nosso não. Mas como eu disse, isso não atrapalhou nossa estadia, ficamos muito felizes e com certeza pensamos em voltar.

Ampla variedade de comida e bebida, distribuída de forma equilibrada entre as refeições. Hamburgueria e Pizzaria de um primor de sabores. Noites Temáticas cuidadosamente preparada com requinte e sofisticação .

Custo elevado. Suíte family, onde ficamos, já apresentando sinais de cansaço visual e necessidade, a curto prazo, de uma reforma.

Vale conhecer

Suíte Superior bastante confortável e espaçosa. Praia do Mutá muito bonita e agradável.

Piscina principal deixou a desejar com relação à limpeza.

The best all inclusive in Porto Seguro.

All inclusive . There were a lot of things to do and a variety of swimming pools. It is near of beach and there are an structure for guests over there . The meals are rated by myself as in a high level as any French expensive restaurant. Certainly you will enjoy the special drinks also .

Unfortunately I have an accident in a sharp edge in swimming pool's floor and cut my left foot. They fixed the defect immediately. All employees should speak other languages like spanish and english at least in a basic level. I had translated for foreign guests some times at restaurants . The hotel must take care of teaching other languages for employees. But it was not a big problem.

I think the staff for small children age 4 could have been a little bit more attentive. our daughter is shy and a few times we saw her sitting on her own in the corner and no one paying attention to her which made us sad

A two star property charging five star prices , one good restaurant on the beach for dinner

The new Years Eve party was good

We arrived to a room full of mosquitoes, no soap in the bathrooms, dirty floors , squashed mosquitoes on the walls . Old beds very uncomfortable beds , dirty pillows . Basic and very little furniture. We paid a five star price for at best two star accommodation.

Musical entertainment at night too loud and noisy

No facilities at tennis court. No water sport items at beach. No kayaks, no sailing boats even for hire. No kite surf for hire.

All in all ok for the price. Staff are all very kind.

Long waiting times at reception at busy times that they could have managed better. Room didn’t get cleaned on one of the 3 days we were there. We were lucky we didn’t have one of the rooms facing the pool where you get super loud music and games all day.

Superb - would recommend to anyone - couples or families, any age group. Wish we had stayed longer!

Enormous room (suite). Great air-con. Friendly staff (even though we spoke no Portuguese other than please and thank you, and they spoke no English). Great choice of food and drink at all times of the day. Lovely clean swimming pool and beach. No problem getting sunbeds.

No tea or black pepper.

Amazing vacations!

The all inclusive system is amazing! all sorts of foods and drinks available for us. The staff is great! The resort is beautiful, great pools and bars. The beach club is clean, always serving fresh food and cold drinks! Copa baby has fruits and milk 24h, very nice! These were great vacations! I’ll definitely come back with my family!

I really liked everything, but maybe if some of the pools were warmer, that would be the cherry on top! also, maybe having some candies for the kids and more options of playground for the little ones age 3 and below.
