FANASTIC BREAK AWAY TO QUEENSTOWN

view was perfect bed was comfy shower was big ,water was hot kitchen was all we needed to make meals

Very comfortable and close to everything

Very central to everything. We were able to walk to the waterfront to all the restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of room in the apartment for 4 people

The main bathroom leaked terribly.

Très bien pour deux / trois nuits

Appartement dans un petit immeuble moderne comprenant Deux chambres avec SDB individuelle , salon /cuisine le tout spacieux Le parking sous l'immeuble avec ascenseur , très bien pour les valises La proximité avec les rues commerçantes et restaurants Bien que situé près de la route l'isolation acoustique était parfaite

Etions au premier étage avec vue sur la route et le lac , prendre appartement aux étages 2 ou 3 si possible Les travaux ( temporaires ) en cours sur la façade de l'immeuble non signalés lors de la réservation

Certain Queenstown Accommodation Finalists

Imagine an Olympic Sprint Final that has just 8 FINALISTS, where only the BEST make it in, Now if you transfer that analogy to Queenstown NZ & imagine if Queenstown held an Olympic Style Final for Accommodation Venues, then THE WATERFRONT would be in THE FINAL. Not having stayed at all the Top Accommodation in Queenstown, I am not going as far as saying THE WATERFRONT would win the Gold or even get a medal BUT the Waterfront would definately be in the Accommodation Queenstown Final. The Location of The Waterfront is in strolling distance of ALL MAJOR ATTRACTIONS, Shopping & Restaurant/Bars. Simply arrive park the car & you don't need to use the car again, that is until you decide to leave. The views from your apartment are first class & the ol'Steamer TSS Earnshaw even runs right past your front door many times a day. Whilst other tourists are paying out $'s to sit in Bars & Restaurants to get a glimpse of Queenstown's Waterfront you have the best views of the Lake & all it's activities from your loungeroom & dinning room table.

Parking may be a wee bit of a hassle til you Check-In but that applies to all of Queenstown. Once in & parked, just leave the car @ The Waterfront & walk everywhere. Building Renovations were taking place & whilst there were no problems with Tradesmen or noise, the outside scaffolding did obstruct some viewing but it was not enough of an issue to get aggrieved over.

Well equipped apartment with stunning views.

Spacious penthouse apartment. Table on the deck was ruined by the weather so unusable, leather couch was worn out. Room was comfortable and well equipped. No air conditioning was a negative but large floor fan was available. Lift to 5th floor but still had to go up a flight of stairs to the top floor apartment.

Very happy with it. Would recommend to families.

Excellent location. Walking distance to everything. Rooms were of a good size and with a full size kitchen.

Zero service (which they tell you), but it was to the point of saying you would be fined for leaving rubbish Inthe bins at check out. For the price that is a little too far in my opinion.

Stunning views from balcony of lake and mountains and snow was a bonus. Reception were extremely helpful, easily contactable, returned calls - very impressed. The unit was roomy, well equipped. Washing facilities available which was much appreciated. Close to shops and restaurants. Parking on site.

Great location & very comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay at the Waterfront again.

Big apartment overlooking the lake brilliant location.

The location absolutely amazing.Great view of the lake.Very spacious apartment.Second bedroom quite small didnt bother us.Two bathrooms great kitchen.Funiture quite dated again no problem for us.

Other than the disappointment with Apartment 4 it was a great stay.

I booked 2 Pent house apartments 3&4. apartment 3 was good Apartment 4 was not . No 4 had single glazing & a window in master bdrm that did not seal therefore meaning was noisy . our family had a toddler & this window had no security latch & opened wide enough to be a danger. the decor in apartment 4 was tatty with the dining table scratched & mismatched peeling fake leather chairs. this created a poor first impression. to the credit of the mgr we were offered another room for sleeping on night 2 & tape to seal the window for night 3 . a refund for night 3 has been offered but not received. however these apartments are in a great location . I would just recommend requesting not to be booked into apartment 4. apartment 3 was fab.

We are very happy to have found The Waterfront. Location is brilliant and convenient. You can leave the rental in the garage while you explore Queenstown. The accommodation was very comfortable and convenient for two couples in the 2 bed 2 bathroom unit.
