This is paradise but be aware that all inclusive is not really correct.

The whole resort is like paradise. All rooms point towards the ocean. Several options to dine which is nice. The location is stunning with the Morne in the back and the ocean at your fingertips.

We booked an all inclusive formula, which worked during the day. However, in the evening, only two options remain: The main restaurant in buffet style or the beach restaurant (5 out of 7 days). Dining at the two other restaurants would be very expensive, despite the little discount provided - and this despite full board all inclusive. If one stays like us for 4 nights, it is alright, but longer stays require either extra payments or liking to eat a buffet.

Lovely resort but the service could have been better

The hotel and beach were beautiful

Room service only serviced our room daily at around 15:30 which was very late and we returned to a unmade room multiple times throughout the morning until it was made up in the late afternoon. We went 24 hours without toilet paper . No one replenished the water in the room There was no service at the deck chairs along the beach. After ringing the bell on the umbrella pole we waited a very very long time for someone to come and take our order. It was easier to walk to the bar to get our own drinks . Which isn’t expected in a 5 star resort. Room service emptied the water bowl used to wash the beach sand off your feet at the entrance to the room on the first day and never replenished the water . It a lovely idea to have to bowl to clean feet , but because the bowl was never filled we resorted to wiping our feet off with a towel . This worked well enough , but it would have added a five star touch to have the service team notice the empty bowl and full it .

Wunderbare Flitterwochen

Das Hotel liegt an einem wunderschönen Strand. Es gibt ausreichend Liegen für alle Gäste. Unser Zimmer war toll mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick. Hervorzuheben ist auch die Qualität des Essens und der Service im Beach Restaurant. Hier zeigt sich ein deutlicher Unterschied zum Buffetbetrieb in The Kitchen. Die a la Karte Gerichte, auch beim Lunch, waren sehr viel besser. Im Rahmen unserer Flitterwochen haben wir von diversen Angeboten profitieren können. Vergünstigte Massage, Cocktailkurs und kostenfrei Sekt und Canapes aufs Zimmer, etc. Hier wurde sich vom Hotel viel Mühe gegeben für Extras zu sorgen.

Wenn kein All inclusive gebucht wird, sind die Getränke und das Lunch extrem teuer. Wir haben daher von HP auf AI aufgestockt. Zwar nicht preiswert, aber da das Hotel ruhig und abgelegen liegt kaum zu umgehen. Service (in Abhängigkeit vom Restaurant) sehr langsam. Gerade im Café Restaurant 2 von 3 Bestellung nach 30 min immer noch nicht erhalten bzw. gar nicht gekommen. Der Zimmerservice kam mal zum Frühstück, mal Anruf um 16 Uhr, weil immer noch niemand da war. Die Gründlichkeit ließ auch zu Wünschen übrig..Auf die Kritik ist das Personal jedoch eingegangen und wir haben eine großzügige Entschädigung erhalten. Beschwerdemanagement ist also super.

Truly magical

Uma viagem pra ficar na memória

A minha dica é vão de all inclusive. As comidas do a la varre são surreais, os drinks são maravilhosos, o restaurante East foi o melhor da viagem toda. Mas os preços são muito caros pra quem está fora do regime all inclusive. O hotel é maravilhoso, a equipe é super atenciosa. A atendente Ishvina do Beach Restaurant era a melhor! A praia é perfeita e sem defeitos!

Tout- l'hôtel, le personnel, le cadre, la plage, le buffet, les chambres. C'était un séjour magique! Le départ était difficile. Le personnel est d'une incroyable gentillesse et sont aux petits soins. (Un grand merci à tous, et particulièrement à Paul et Pretee. Une autre femme au service à la plage, je regrette de ne pas avoir son nom). Pas une seule personne à été désagréable et ça a beaucoup contribué à notre bien-être. L'hôtel et son cadre sont absolument magnifiques. Le buffet est très bon et varié. La chambre était très jolie et le lit très confortable à notre goût. C'était toujours propre. L'hôtel a dépassé nos attentes.

Die Lage ist grandios

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die hervorragende Lage! Die Gemütlichkeit im Hotel! Das Frühstück war hervorragend! Nochmals besonderen Dank an Gleb, Jason , Outam, die liebe Dame vom Speisesaal, die nur gelegentlich da war und hervorragende Indische Gerichte zubereitet hat und natürlich an alle anderen Mitarbeiter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Die Getränke waren etwas überteuert! Die Speisen zum Abendessen könnten etwas netter angerichtet werden, es hat aber auch so sehr gut geschmeckt!

A luxury and beautiful stay

As a Turkish couple, we loved the sea and beach. The food was exceptional, especially at the Beach Restaurant. Don't miss the barbecue day and the experience at Vik's. The hotel's activities are a must-try, particularly the dolphin swimming tour, which was amazing. The boutique offers a variety of nice jewelry, and the rooms are very clean and nicely decorated.

Incredible location with La Morne mountain as your backdrop! Nice sea to swim in, good food in the restaurants and lovely breakfast

Some of the pool drinks didn’t feel that high a standard, and was paying for them but felt as if they were a cheaper item that you’d get for all inclusive. It’s a very expensive resort, the location Is the draw here

Großartige Lage, Service naja

- Lage top - man konnte Kanu/Stand up Paddle und co kostenlos ausleihen - Zimmer waren geräumig

- der Kaffee beim Frühstück ist wirklich ungenießbar, aber man kann mit Aufpreis Cappucino bestellen, der war super - teils ist das Personal bemüht, teils aber auch gar nicht. Es war über 2 Tage nicht möglich, einen Tisch in einem der 3 anderen Restaurants zu reservieren, da man das in dem Hauptrestarant tun sollte- nur war da niemand ansprechbar - am Strand der Anlage kommen ab und zu Verkäufer vorbei, muss nicht sein

A oublier !

Rien ! J'ai quitté l'établissement après une nuit passée sur place alors que mon séjour avait été intégralement payé pour 6 nuits.

Le service est déplorable. Le wifi est d'une qualité médiocre et l'encadrement de direction est totalement inexistant. Cet établissement n'est absolument au niveau d'un hôtel 5 étoiles.

Traumhotel am Traumstrand

Es war wunderschön, alles perfekt! Bester Strand, schönstes Hotel am Strand, nicht so riesig, wie die Nachbarhotels und sehr charmant und neu ausgestattet. Essen (AI) war sehr umfangreich und ausgezeichnet. Getränke ebenso. Ausreichend Liegen am Strand und es gab sogar einen Button bei der Strandliege, um den Kellner zu rufen!

Hervorragender Urlaub zu zweit

Das Hotel liegt ca. 1,5 Stunden vom Flughafen entfernt. Die Anlage ist ruhig und sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben drei Restaurants besucht. In allen Restaurants schmeckte das Essen hervorragend. Wir haben nur Frühstück gebucht und konnten selbst entscheiden, wann und wo wir essen werden. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an den Executive Sous Chef Vishal Boguban. Er hat uns traditionelle Gerichte serviert und ein Stück der einheimischen Kultur näher gebracht. Das Personal an der Hauptbar war auch äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, besonders hilfsfreundlich waren sie beim helfen und aussuchen der Getränke mit zusätzlicher Erklärung.

Sehr tolles Resort mit toller Bedienung.

Toller Service. Auf etwas was schief ging super reagiert. Tolles romantisches Dinner am Strand mit danach romantisch dekoriertem Zimmer.

Buchung Essen al Strand wurde eigenständig in Essen im Baumbhaus gewechselt. Auf unseren Hinweis aber super reagiert und uns das essen einen Tag später nochmals angeboten.

This was our second stay at LUX* Le Morne and we were not disappointed; we intended to visit again.

The staff were very friendly and couldn't do more to make our stay enjoyable. The location is paradise and the sunsets are the best on the island.

The WiFi at the beach could have been better- it tended to drop a lot - but then it encouraged me to not play on my phone so that was a good thing, I suppose.

Schöner Strand, schöne Anlage, Service Katastrophe

Die Lage des Hotels ist mega. Super schöner Strand und schöne Umgebung. Das East und die Kellnerin dort waren essentechnisch ein lichtblick.

- das Personal ist generell freundlich aber nicht besonders kompetent. Bei Fragen können sie meistens nicht weiterhelfen oder schicken die Anfrage weiter ohne Rückmeldung. Wir haben mehrmals gefragt ob sie für uns ein Restaurant buchen können, wir wurden mehrmals verschickt und uns wurde gesagt sie machen das, als wir dann später nachfragten meinten sie sie wüssen nix. Der Tv war nicht am wlan verbunden, haben zwei mal nachgefragt und nichts ist passiert. Am Anfang wurde uns ein late checkout versprochen, als wir dann bei Abreise nachfragten meinten sie nur es ist nicht möglich - personal setzt ehr auf Quantität (viele leute rennen herum) als auf Qualität (jemand ist behilflich) - beim Anfragen von denen sie genervt sind sprechen sie untereinander auf Französisch und denken nicht daran, dass man sie vielleicht verstehen könnte - beim Frühstück hat immer was am Tisch gefehlt - die App funktioniert nicht, nach 2 tagen ging unser code nicht mehr und bei Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde auch nichts gelöst - am strand muss man um 7:30 aufstehen damit man eine Liege bekommt. Der korb mit den strandtüchern war immer leer - obwohl wir eine Junior Prestige Suite (zimmer 151) hatten war sie ziemlich dunkel und leider immer sehr feucht (im Gegensatz zu andere Zimmer konnten wir nie drausen auf der Veranda sitzen) da nie die sonne hinscheint. Auch der versprochene Blick auf das meer wurde von gebüsch versperrt. Ich denke dass sie generell Gäste die über andere Anbieter buchen andere Zimmer anbieten. - für uns war es absolut kein 5 sterne hotel. Der Strand rettet sie.

Une journée inoubliable

Nous avons passé 1 nuit pour fêter notre lune de miel. Tout était exceptionnel : L’accueil et la gentillesse de tous les membres du staff, dès les premiers instants et jusqu’à la dernière personne que nous avons vue en quittant l’hôtel. La localisation de l’hôtel, les équipements (la piscine avec vue sur la plage, les bars, …)… Le confort de la chambre La grande qualité de la restauration (dîner à The Kitchen avec un menu spécial pour Diwali) La possibilité de louer gratuitement des kayaks et paddles Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Encore merci pour votre accueil et tous ces moments inoubliables.
