Would absolutely book again. Wonderful stay

Excellent location. Short walk to sightseeing, gift shops and restaurants. Host was amazing, very accommodating. Left before breakfast but the quickly packed some food for us😊

Excellent!!!

a great hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful. They served a very nice breakfast. The location is great and is very near old town and other sites. Close to the bus station and a variety of shops, restaurants, and market stores. The views are wonderful with a beach a few minutes walk. We will stay there when we return for another visit.

Buen sitio para visitar Kotor

La ubicación es perfecta para Kotor, muy cerca de la zona monumental, del puerto, enfrente de un centro comercial. El desayuno muy bueno y hay zona de parking. La habitación familiar es bajo cubierta y su acceso es por una escalera de caracol. La relación calidad precio es buena para los precios de Kotor.

No hay mosquiteras en las ventanas.

Superb option in Kotor

So much to like. Absolutely superb two-bed apartment, lovely rooms with a great view, great air con, great sitting area and kitchen facilities, good WiFi, nice breakfast, lovely man who runs it as well, very helpful.

We had a minor payment issue before hand (you can’t pay at the property, has to be in advance), but was quickly resolved. We also had a issue where there was a bit of confusion as to what we’d booked (I’d assume 1 room/1 apartment means use of both bedrooms in the apartment but initially they seemed to think it was only one of the rooms as there was two of us, whereas we needed both), but again, quickly resolved. They have a very good attitude to problem solving which we liked. Only other thing is I thought the 8AM breakfast start was a bit late. People have tours or busses to catch so I’d advocate for a 6AM start (or 7AM at the latest), but I’m nitpicking here. It’s an outstanding hotel and I’d highly recommend.

Convenient location to both old town and beach with excellent breakfast

The hotel is well-located - 5min walk from the old town (much quieter than staying in the old town!) and 5 minute walk from the beach. Breakfast was excellent -- I got eggs made to order.

Affordable, clean, perfect location and all staff were welcoming and made us feel at home.

Fair value for two rooms and close location to old town.

Deluxe room was good with 2 bedrooms. Beds are at low height and not so comfortable. There is a large balcony so it should be enjoyable for families or two couples staying in it. The view is mostly river and walls.

Breakfast was not good. Options are restrictive, you either pick salty or sweet one. I would suggest to include some sealed butter/jam. Asked for water but they did not served it. No hair conditioner, shower gel.

Great views, close to old town

Very close to the old town, only 2 minute walk. Brilliant view of the mountains and kotor fortress from the balcony. Nice breakfast included too, with a choice of 4 options. Would happily stay again.

The lock on our bathroom door did not work which wasn't ideal for a group of 3 guys but other than that everything else was great

It's a fine B&B, it's not an Hotel

The location is close to the city center.

That's not a Hotel, it's a B&B. Our room was on a mansard/attic and I won't recommend it. The staircase is hardly accessible. Parking is a challenge. You will pay for it but actually, it is a place that is not arranged for parking, but where you can leave your car to avoid getting a police fine for parking.

Central location with parking, friendly staff

The location is excellent, just 5 minutes walking to the Old town. Parking available in such a central location makes it excellent value for money. The apartment is spacious, with all the necessary amenities, including a strong hair dryer (not the little, hotel type ones) iron, clothes hangers, safe etc. There is also a balcony. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The receptionist helped us with the parking and information we needed and the waitress went out of her way to help us enjoy our breakfast.

Not much we didn't like, it is a decent hotel with kind staff. Not brand new and the pillows could be a little better, but otherwise we thought the central hotel with parking and breakfast is good value for money.
