I really appreciated the cleaningness of the hotel. Amazing job they do!
The food could be better ( especially the fruits)

The hotel was nice! Very good location and fantastic position to the golden sandy beach. It was clean , with nice garden. We have enjoyed the stay pretty much!
We stayed in late June and the weather was fantastic.
The cafe inside the hotel was really good one.
Seabeds were cost 12euro for all day.

Ovarall, the location has a huge turistic potential. I liked the most the sandy beach of the resort, the windy sea coast tending to form waves and the pools located just în front of the rooms, very close to the sea. I also appreciated a lot the wellcomming and helpfull staff of the hotel wishing to offer you their best, all the time.
breakfast could have provided more food diversity

Location was fab
Sea view rooms was a lovely view.
Beds were comfy.
Staff were polite.
Breakfast wasn’t as expected for a boutique hotel … the times are very short 0730 to 1000 .. if you arrived at 0935 it felt rushed to get out. Small selection of hot food options, very limited fresh juice was provided.
The hotel site is spread out over a number of areas so could do with a map.
Paying extra for safe when staying for a week…
Paying extra for beach as hotel guest … we then didn’t use this as once you added drinks it was expensive.

Friendly staff.
Clean.
Prime Location.
Pool is great!
Outdated rooms, old furtniture, technical problems. (last night the AC and fridge didnt work, even tho all windows were closed)
hotel is a complex of buildings, make sure youre in the main building. none tells you that.
breakfast is 5/10.

- Great location. You can sit near the pool, and without moving your things just go to the sea, which is 10-15 meters from pool!
Also dozens of stores, mini-markets, restaurants and any other services we needed in the radius of 100 meters on the same street!
- Friendly Staff
- Quite and calm hotel inside and near the pool, very pleasant atmosphere.
- wifi is quite good most of the time, covered all hotel including pool
Some of room facilities were not in the best state (such as water in sink, broken bed). Most of it was quickly handled by staff.
There are no keys to the bathroom or any other internal doors :)
TV transmission quality is poor, the only english channel I found had interference, but that was absolutely less important for me:)

Position (close to the beach, in the middle of Stalis), parking (always available), price to some extent (discounts and all that), regular replacement of towels and linen
Definitely needs a lot of work. Some pieces look old,on purpose, but a lot of things are worn down, linen had stains, towels had stains and were with holes, bathroom had awful smell (not mould or sewage, just stale air, even after a day of opened door. Breakfast was ok, but with limited selection of hams and cheeses (2 of each and repeated often, not the highest quality), staff was overworked and the drinks were on order (those from dispenser in the corner were free). The beach sunbeds and umbrellas had to be paid, even though there are a few of those who offer it for free or for less money, so we did not stay on the hotel section.

we loved everything, location, friendly staff, room with sea view.

The Location on the beach. Rooms were kept very clean. Plenty of sunbeds around the two pools. Provided separate towels daily for both the room and the pool/sea.
Beds not very comfortable and you had to pay for the safe in the bedroom at 30 euros a week. Wifi only available in reception. In 2022, WiFi should be available everywhere and the safe should be included in the price as it is expensive enough to stay there. The information available doesn't show you that you the hotel is in 5 buildings with a lot of steps. Only the main one has a lift.

The rooms were modern and spacious by Greek standards, towels and bedding regularly changed. Half board option was reasonable value and selection was decent. Location was excellent, everything within a few minutes walk.
We were actually situated in the building next door, which I assume they have recently acquired. The room was renovated but everything else looked really dated. The pool areas at both buildings were nice and comfortable however there was limited sunbeds made worse by the fact guests were up very early to put a towel on a sunbed. It was possible to hire a sunbed on the adjoining beach at a cost of £10. And the snack bar was very expensive in comparison to other local places.

The property had a lovely pool and right next to the beach. two bars located around the pool were good
The grounds of the whole hotel need updating, a lot of unfinished work and weeds growing around the pool.

Best location in Stalis, right on the beach. Lovely clean rooms, great cocktails at the bar, friendly check in staff who also helped with ordering taxis during our stay. Well worth paying extra for sea view as sunrise/sunset view is amazing and you can hear the waves crashing at night. will be back again for sure!
Breakfast was good but could do with improvements, bacon needs to be cooked better, bigger selection of pastries needed. My only other complaint is that one night me and my partner both had food poisoning (not from the hotel food) and so I desperately needed another room for the night as we needed another bathroom, moody man on reception just kept saying no we’re full (I was willing to pay to use another bathroom and bed for a few hours) and he just kept saying no (I knew it wasn’t full I’d checked online) so I ended up having to go and stay in a friends empty apartment across the road which wasn’t ideal, night staff need to be better.

Paid for a sea view room which was lovely not sure about some of the other rooms if not paying extra. Staff were fantastic always helpful. Location is fantastic right in the centre of Stalis. Beautiful fruit basket and champagne as it was a trip to celebrate my Birthday !!!
Drink was a little bit on expensive side 4 Euro for a beer … Could go two steps on beach to next door bar and get a nice cold one for 2 Euro other than this had a lovely stay and would defo return… Thanks for a lovely stay Zephros.

The people of the hotel, very helpful and friendly, make you feel at home.
The Swimming pool is great, and I would like to remark that the beach in front of the hotel is excellent, we did several drives in the Island and was one of the best. Clear water, Sandy beach. not very crowded, like a private beach.
Breakfast buffet very nice. Wed really enjoy the stay, will definitely come back.
The Entertainment in the evening could be better, but they explained that they cannot put loud music , Dancing , party is not allowed because Covid Government regulations.
But this was also in the restaurants and other public places we went.
On any case we enjoy very much.

Wide variety for breakfast. Great staff that is super friendly.
Beds could be a little more comfortable. More lounge chairs by the pool.

The beach belonging to the hotel was super, as well as the overall location of the hotel. The breakfast was diverse and satisfying.
Honestly, I cannot think of anything.

Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and the beach was right in front of the hotel.
The pictures online are heavily photoshoped and the rooms and hotel does not look like them at all. Very noisy since the rooms practically have no insulation. You can hear everythin. Breakfast was very average. Safe, chairs at the beach etc. All cost extra.

Really friendly staff on reception and at the pool bar! The rooms was lovely, spacious and clean! The views f the sea was lovely as well as the location! Right on the Main Street of stalis with lots of bars and restaurants around! Will definitely be returning here!

The staff was very friendly. Our room was quite big, simple, but comfortable. The hotel is right at the beach, the pool are quite nice. The breakfast was quite ok, despite the "Corona times", service went smoothly.
The hotel is in a very touristy area, where you can possibly hear the people singing karaoke at night. The pictures of the hotel are a bit pimped. The room was unfortunately very dark.

The two pools were very nice to spend time around with a good amount of pool chairs. The beach is accessible from the pool area and was pleasant to walk around as well. The food at the buffet was ok, nothing amazing.
This is the first hotel I’ve been to in years that didn’t offer free WiFi in the room, only offering free WiFi in the lobby and then charging a fee for WiFi in the room. The room itself needed a bit of updating, bathroom was a bit small and not well organised.
