the staff was super mega friendly. They helped us almost immediately and did their best. Room and hotel area were always clean, amazing sandy beaches around the hotel (including the nearest one).
Very cool animator in the kids club.
there is no kids menu, it would be great to have at least different types of pasta with tomato sauce/bolognese on regular bases. Also no kids sink in the restaurant toilet.
All kids club facilities are not suitable for kids older then 2.5 yo (except swimming pool). Thy are mostly for younger kids.
Water can be taken take away from bars in bottles. IT means by the end of the day all trash cans are full of plastic.
IT was annoying when we were asked every time "what's the room number?" when we visited restaurant. Don't understand why do they do it?

Incredible staff, from the doorman to the general manager Mr Zaharias, we were astonished by the professionalism and genuine pleasantness of all the people working at this lovely hotel! I liked their genuine joy when greeting people
Our room was really comfortable and clean! Food was excellent

well managed well placed across beach competent and friendly staff
it attracts great numbers. buffets quite busy and visitors not well disciplined!! It also reflects some aging of premices

The hotel staff is very kind, welcoming, helpful and friendly. Great location. We very much enjoyed our stay.
Not enough chairs at the beach

outdoor maintenance is very well done. beautiful buildings and flowers and very pastoral.
the staff was incredibly nice and patient.
very narrow and small beach area with almost 0 chance to find an empty sun bed. It’s also not the prettiest beach, to say the least. it’s nice, no more than that. and It looks different than in the photos.
same goes for the pool area - it’s very small, the pool is not the prettiest and it’s very hard to find a sun bed at a nice location with a nice view.
Food is reasonable but not the best.
We had a lot of problems with the room - there weren’t hot water at night, AC is not the strongest, one door knob stayed in our hand when we opened a door, the second sofa bed was not the most comfortable.
it important to mention that all the problems were fixed at some point, but in my opinion staying in this hotel is far from being cheap and those problems shouldn’t have existed in the first place.

Great location-close to the public beach (cost for 2 beds&umbrella EUR6-12) and to lots of tavernas, bars as well as to a bus stop. Very green and beautiful territory! Our room was comfortable and cleaned daily.
Breakfast was good with variety of eggs and tasty pancakes, but would be great to have some new positions - at least ones in 2 days

Staff were helpful and friendly. The facilities were very clean. The beach was great as it is on a bay. The food in the restaurant was good but there are plenty of great food options around the hotel.
The family room which looks like it has a large bed and two single sofa beds behind a divider is not very comfortable for the children as the sofa beds are like hard chaiselongues and not ‘beds’ at all. Additionally the separate divided section has no lights or A/C or electric sockets so you can’t really close the divider in the evenings. having said that, if you are only there for a couple of nights with young children then it is ok.

-great location: walking distance from all tavernas and shops in town, beach just across the road
-great and cooling garden
-great food and i would say that thinking back to this hotel i think about the staff from the restaurant and especially the guy that was overseeing the restaurant. He was always shirt and tie and i most appreciate the fact he was enforcing the covid rules, asking people to wear the mask correctly.
- booking the room thru the booking.com site i felt that i was treated as a second hand guest as i got the farthest room (197) in the complex where near my door were stored broken furniture from the rest of the rooms. Not the sight you would expect from a 5* hotel.
- one of the guys from the reception was extremly grumpy, i seen him there few times and never seen him smile, he checked us in and as i was saying : hello, nice to meet you, my name is... and we have a reservation here, he just answered short with "passport".
-also, not a dealbreaker, but felt funny in a negative way, you have to pay 1 euro to use the scale for the luggage in the lobby. Do you really need 1 euro so guest can weight their luggage after they paid you thousands of euros for accomodation? Better you would remove that scale from the lobby than to ask for money for it.
- i wonder about the care that the cleaning team takes when cleans the rooms, especially during these pandemic times, as i found lost of dust on shelfs in room and one day i found my nightwear thrown on the dirty luggage, probably forgotten there while they made the bed and arranged the sheets. You would expect that your pijamas are not put on the dirty luggage and at least use a chair or the table. Makes you wonder if the rest of the room was disinfected between guests if the cleaning stuff is this careless. Again, not a dealbreaker, but from that day i hide my pijamas under the pillow :)
-rust in the frige
