Nothing
The room, the drinks, the bar staff, the atmosphere , ordered a martini express, see photo, unbelievable
9.0 / 10.0
The Pools were great with plenty of seating available. The waterslides were a hit with the children, also not too busy.
Buffet food was fantastic, plenty of selection. Last day the staff allowed us to check out late and still utilise the facilities and buffet for a lunch.
The drink options and quality in the main pool werent great. Other bars seemed fine though.

Не соответствует 5 звёздам.
Твердых 3 звезды.
Если вы даже проживаете как VIP, недостаточно простой питевой воды. Ушёл на пляж до открытия бара 10.00 воды не попьём.

Remote, Dated facilities, was not 5 star standard, staff very relaxed

Special thank you to Constantinos couldn’t do enough.
Waiter Samis went far and beyond to please.
Dimitra in reception bar was also fantastic.
Pool bar, people serving drinks had no personality, food had no yeeross any more only plate yeeros meat was disappointing.

The staff were always incredible and polite. And we had everything we needed. The location was great and a nice beach.
The fire cut our stay short. We would have loved to stay a little longer. We hope everyone is safe and well and the hotel is brought back to its lovely self for others to enjoy

It was beautiful, there was a lot of options for swimming pools and the staff at the bar was very nice. The food was really good!
The front desk was very friendly but quite disorganised and struggled to fix issues. QR code to book restaurants and activity did not work during the whole stay as well as wifi in one of the room and ATM even though we were asked to pay cash for bus transfer

Although we only stayed for a night the staff was excellent, especially the lady manager of the reception and jamie. The room was very clean, the food and the drinks are ok and the view is nice. We'll definitely come back again.
The live violin music at the main bar was nice but we as young people missed some entertainment

The hotel was clean and good facilities were available. The hotel also had good variety of restaurants available. Good excursions and trips available upon request. Guest relations was excellent, especially the lovely Ksenia who helped us all the time.

the entertainment team were so friendly and the dance shows they performed in the evenings where amazing a very talented group of dancers
the food was also amazing great variety and a great cocktail menu all staff were very friendly
couldn’t get a reservation at a specialty restaurant even though I tried to book one the day we arrived
9.0 / 10.0
A large hotel with 3 pools and a beach, the staff of waiters, bartenders and Cher service providers is good and kind. In the dining room there is a variety of foods for every taste, there are dishes for children as well as vegetarians. In general, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel
The service when I arrived at the hotel was unprofessional, I arrived at the hotel at three o'clock, but even though it was the time of Tsik In the room was not ready and I had to wait, after I had already received the keys I was told that I would be picked up to show the location of the room, after waiting for 15 minutes I decided to go alone. Then it turned out to me that in order to get a towel for the pool you have to deposit money at the reception and I had to go back to the room again because it can only be done in cash. After receiving the voucher, one had to go to the spa in order to receive the towel itself.

Rooms were clean
Food was awful and definitely not a 5 star resort, disappointing.

The staff are amazing, warm and welcoming.
The facilities were very clean but the rooms need more attention. Overall it was good.
It is far from the city center and from the airport, about one hour each way, I knew this before I made the reservation since we were intending to go once to the city.

plenty of pool choice and rooms were clean. drinks were good too.
entertainment of an evening was a little poor, as too a little poor in the afternoon. the football pitch past the slides was never used. drinks of an evening by entertainment were slow and selected.

Some excellent staff including Alex in the main bar.
Good choice of pools, close to beach.
Food was generally pretty good.
We did really enjoy our stay.
The hotel was pleasant but it is never a 5 star hotel.
Booking was misread meaning 3 beds not 4, until a camp bed was provided.
Reception and guest services chaotic, lack of communication between staff, and poor information available.
No self service option at any of the bars, which is my experience at other all inclusive hotels. Spent ages queuing whether for soft drinks, water, or alcoholic drinks. Drinks served in paper ‘single use’ coffee cups when outside.
The crepe bar by the main pool refused to serve more than one item at a time and closed early without fail, refusing orders up to closing.
A la carte restaurants difficult to book (use concierge) and not worth the effort.
Preferred to go out from the hotel in the evening to escape for a bit, but evening entertainment was provided.

Very nice water park, nice room and the hotel is well preserved.
First, the hotel is too big - hard walks in the sun up & down the hill.
The wifi is very poor, doesn’t work most of the time.
Cleaning service is lousy - in 1 week stay, twice our room was cleaned only after 3 phone calls!
Food in the main restaurant has a wide variety but low quality. The other restaurants- simply poor.
And for location - in the middle of nowhere.

great pools
bad food

The staff were friendly, the selection of food was excellent and the variety of pools were great. Even though the hotel was full we always managed to get sun loungers at one of the pools and it didn't feel too busy. The waterslides were a hit with our kids!
bottled water and coffee pods in our room was only supplied on the first day and was not replenished every day, for an all inclusive this should be included.

Had a great family vacation in mid-August. Our junior suite had a sea view and was very close to the activity pool and water slides, which was super handy when you're traveling with children.
The food and the service were beyond expectations, breakfast was a bit disappointing, but the poolside snacks bars were excellent.
We would come back for sure!
Last thing, don't miss the magic show

Rich and very nice activities.
Many Pools with a nice beach.
Very Quite area at night not busy around.
Hotels' Restaurants was very hard to get booked. option for pre-booking to restaurants is restricted for 7-days stay visitors.
All-inclusive is limited like few coffee cuspule per room on first night.
Average alcohol was free any additional quality alcohol was in-charged.
Maintenance and cleaning level wasn't the best.

The staff really try their best and we felt quite sorry for them as the hotel is hugely understaffed and they seemed to be overwhelmed with complaints and issues at reception. Food quality is surprisingly OK although the a la carte restaurants are not that at all, snack bars doubling up as restaurants in the evenings. Kids club animators were energetic and kind.
Lots of litter and rubbish around and not enough staff to clean up around restaurants and pools - bins overflowing. Hotel is generally falling apart, cracked tiles, patched up walls, broken furniture, and just very old. was probably 5 star when it was built but this must be 15-20 years ago now. Questionable as a 4 star.

The property was clean and well maintained in a beautiful location. Guest services are very good, especially Gabriella.
There are limited disabled facilities- only reception had toilets for disabled guests available.

location and facilities were ok
apart from the staff at the pool bars and main bar the rest were average at best ,staff at meal times were poor and the one meal I had outside of the main buffet area (Asia) the staff were poor

Lovely stuff. Very friendly. Good facilities. Clean room. Got a free upgrade with a private pool!
Location. Far away from everything. Bad wifi signal , phone signal and no 4G in our room. Dirty dishes at the main restaurant every day.

The Animation, the only what I will save, the guys try all best to make everyone happy.
Lobby not professional to deal with check in,we arrive at late night and our room was not ready, when we arrive in the room (one of best room paid with private pool and jacuzzi sale as hot tub)a case of water complimentary like the one you buy on supermarket.
Not towel and bed was ready.we contact the lobby and ansewer was in the morning will be fix everything, the send me to the guest relation,a really nice lady try fix any problem but unfortunately she try make change on your mind for the review but don’t work like that.In the restaurant you can seat everywhere you want at breakfast and lunch but dinner staff will be take you the table and if you ask to have a table inside there going upset, you order drinks and take ages to arrive and lots time you ready finish your meal just with a bottle water more hot I never see.food very poor of choice and ripetitive.staff if you give a tip care about you if not don’t care.bars at 11pm last order for drink
result I want be generous to give a 3 star hotel.

Pool area was very attractive and bar staff at the middle pool close to the lobby and restaurants were excellent. Pool area was clean with comfortable sun beds and plenty of shade
Definitely not a 5 star resort!! Took 2 hours to check in. Not enough info given st check in. Busy toad and bud route literarily goes through the middle of the resort which is very dangerous fir small children. Cannot book into test Durante which means you have to eat at the all inclusive restaurant every night for 12 nights. We were a party of 11 and they struggled to seat us together most days. Guest services take cash only for excursions don’t supply receipts then leave letters in your room accusing you of not paying. Lacking English speakers. Refused to give allergy info. Mosquitos are a huge problem - we asked if they had any repellent but they said it was in order - we had to leave our table as it was so bad. Buffet restaurant had a huge lack of plates. No food available after 9.30pm on entire resort and no all inclusive drinks served after midnight at any bar. Family room are NOT as pictured online snd have no separate area. Complimentary toiletries all empty on arrival snd no toilet rolls. No razor socket in bathroom. Dirty broken old fridge in room hardly cooled drinks. We had a day long water outage with no running water throughout the entire resort which means that the only drink availabile was beer and when we asked for water they told us to buy it from the shop who had sold out! Public toilets throughout the resort are very shabby no doors lock snd no toilet roll stocked. Pool towels are only available for 10 euro deposit followed by 2 long queues. No sun beds after 7 am. Gym not open til 10am
