If you need a place to relax and get pampered, this is it. Our stay at Atrium Palace was amazing and aside from the great facilities, what made everything perfect was the hospitality staff. The place is huge with a lot of places to relax and everything is well maintained and kept extremely clean. Every morning and evening the staff cleans the outside of the hotel and all the pathways and housekeeping calls in twice a day as well. The pools are great and lots of sunbeds are available both at poolside and at the beach. Poolside orders and room service is always fast.
Food is great, we went with only breakfast included but ended up eating at the buffet several more times and they also have more à la carte restaurants on the property. Asterias restaurant is fantastic.
But more importantly, at least to us, is that wherever you go you're greeted with a smile and great service. Everyone is friendly and that makes you feel welcome. From the room cleaning service all the way to the general manager, everyone is happy to say hello and stop for a quick chat. And everyone was very attentive and accommodating towards our two year old son as well. He had a very good time.
A few people worth mentioning that made our experience particularly nice are the manager Apostolos and Savvas, Sotiris, Natalia, Davida as well as our waitress Valentina. The guest relations department was very helpful as well and made sure we had everything we needed, special thanks to Lefteris and Gabriela.
We'll definitely come back to Atrium Palace, maybe next time for a longer stay. It's one of the best places we've stayed at. A big thanks to everyone for making this a truly remarkable experience!

I'm not kidding - I will go back to this hotel again and again. I've never been that satisfied with a hotel in my 30 years' time.
Nothing. This was perfect

Breakfast. Two ladies serving us very well were Zusanna and Eirini. Pools were fabulous. Service all over the resort was excellent. Enjoyed the table tennis. Definitely would return next time we visit Rhodes

The hotel is beautiful, very well organised and well-run with customer care being its priority. It is great for a single traveller, feels very safe, easy to negotiate and the staff, especially in the restaurant, were very helpful and attentive. The beach was great, really peaceful and good service from the beach bar.

The spa was very disappointing. Nearly £100 for gel nails with a trainee that took nearly two hours. Everything else was great. Clean, good staff and lots to do. Pricey for drinks if not full inclusive.

The food is underwhelming. It feels a bit older but is generally it’s in good condition

A nice resort in a perfect location next to the beach. The sea water was incredible.
Staff very friendly. Massage was also excellent.
Rooms were dated. The resort needs modernisation.

I thought it was a really lovely hotel, we booked last minute, and I was really pleased. all the staff are superb.

I thought at the beginning, before my booking that I had booked the wrong hotel, but after arriving there it exceeding my expectations.
The service was impeccable. So caring. So available for everything.
The guy that took care of everything was David Murtaj, I wouldn’t of had such a good time with him overseeing everything.
The resort itself is impressive the rooms or very good for its price, I was surprised.
It was my first time in Rhodes, I’ll be coming back.

Large clean room and super breakfast
Wild animals shouting in the courtyard in the middle of the night

The staff during our breakfast is really friendly, especially Natalia and Pari who were really nice to us and our baby. The beach is also a great, it is very clean and closed to the hotel ( 200 meters walk)
The mattress was really bad. We asked for a change, but we had a mattress topper instead, that did not improve our sleep at all.

Excellent breakfast and very service-minded staff! :-)
Great with different pool areas. We used the one close to our room.
The bed could be better.

A sumptuous breakfast with an endless choice.

Very nice hotel, very nice position (close to Lindos and the most beautiful beaches) and very nice service and people!
Despite an excellent experience a few very small comments: one of the young waiters at the breakfast was unjustifiably very rude (he was probably under stress, but in reality there were not many people), this may happen, but it was really not justified. The second small issue: at an early breakfast, the pain au chocolat were clearly from the day before re-heated in a microwave, and after 5 minutes were hard like stones. This should not happen in a 5 star hotel. Last thing: there was no reading light on the bedside table, so either you swiched on the full light in the whole room or you were in full dark. Also this should not happen in a 5 star hotel.

Wow...
The staff was amazing.
The room was clean end comfortable.
The pool in the room was nice

Excellent buffet. Restaurants were great and had variety to suit many different tastes. (Also worth noting several reasonable options nearby the hotel.)
Could not ask for more friendly and helpful staff. Several reception and restaurant staff went above and beyond to give us advice and their personal knowledge on places to go on the island, which raised our trip to another level.
We received a free room upgrade on arrival, presumably due to available vacancies.
The hotel's neither isolated nor in the densest populated area. It was quiet enough to avoid the cliche tourist town life, but busy enough that one was never stuck unable to take care of basic needs at all hours.
A generally great part of the island to stay on, especially if you rent a car for some of your trip.
Pools were too chilly for our taste in June. (That's definitely subjective.)
The pools also close at 6 or 7 PM - quite early, given some people like ourselves prefer to avoid the peak sun hours (separate from the issue I mentioned above).
It took 2-3 days for staff to address an electrical issue in part of our room.

Covid hygiene excellent. Breakfast amazing variety and quality. Beautiful pools and grounds and good recreation and entertainment. Staff were welcoming and helpful and personable. Beach was pebbles and super clear and clean water. Gave us a free upgrade to a Junior Suite which was large and comfortable, especially the bed. Ten minute drive to Lindos.
Sliding door to balcony had no screen so mosquitoes came in since we wanted fresh air at night instead of air conditioning. Also, the weight machines in the fitness area were old and poorly maintained.
