Horrible parking garage

Pet friendly

Horrible parking facilities, don't go there with any car bigger than 4.50m as both the entrance and parking space are too narrow. There is a steep slope to enter and leave the garage that on a wet day will make it hard to leave with damaging your car. There is no indication of these limitations when entering the garage, had I known this I would have parked on the street.

Affordable Stay

We stayed while going to France from Barcelona. It is near highway, so location was good. The rooms are spacious and in typical Ibis style features.

Hôtel propre et bien équipés mais qui gagnerait à proposer des équipements complémentaires

Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. L'équipement mobilier est récent et la literie est de très bonne qualité. Pas de nuisance sonore.

Au regard du prix facturé, l'hôtel pourrait proposer un kit minimum d'accueil de ses hôtes, par exemple des thés, tisanes, cafés solubles ainsi qu'une bouilloire.

In the middle of no where staff were really stubborn and rude

Told us on the phone we could check in early if the room was free as we were arriving at 4am and when we got to the desk they told us we had to pay for another full night to go into rooms, in the middle of no where anew staff couldn’t crack a smile if there life depended on it won’t be back 👍🏼

Vraiment chouette

Pratique car c'est à 30 minutes en train de Barcelone et le billet de train aller retour est à 5,60€/personne. La gare est à 7 minutes en voiture de l'hôtel. La chambre était bien, les cabines de douche sont comme sur les bateaux, en plastique, mais c'est cool. Le lit est confortable et la chambre est propre.

Il manque la brosse pour les WC, c'est vraiment pas pratique. Et dans la chambre il faisait trop chaud même avec le chauffage éteint. On entend bien les gens qui parlent fort dans le couloir, c'est dommage, mais c'est aussi le manque de respect des personnes qui ne savent pas comment se comporter en dehors de chez eux.

1 nuit d'étape sur le trajet des vacances

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le personnel qui parlait très bien français.

Les sèches cheveux ne fonctionnent pas. Parking avec peu de places à l'extérieur mais présence d'un parking couvert payant accessibles qu'aux voitures légères.

Good comfortable easy access

Was good, quit comfortable close to the race track

I didnt like that we had to reserve lunch and dinner, we couldnt just get to the dining room and eat

Good to stay for one day, especially if you are travelling by car on the AP7 before heading to the airport. There is nothing to do nearby out of the F1 season. It is very close to the F1 race track

Not your basic Ibis due to wonderful staff.

This is a basic Ibis like any other apart from one thing, the staff. Without exception everyone was friendly, helpful and very kind. When we checked in the young receptionist clearly noted my wife was using a disabled walker for support and, without asking, gave us a wheelchair accessible room. A small thing but seldomly done even in some high end hotels. Ibis, either your staff selection is very good or you struck it lucky here as they are a credit to you and represent your brand very well. Room was clean. Bed, very comfortable and considering the hotel is not far off the motorway, was very quiet.

Breakfast was a bit like a war zone by the time we got there. Very little left and the poor girl trying to keep it stocked on her own looked shell shocked! That said, what was there was pretty decent.

One Night okay, several not!

The place is okay but not special. We had to pay an extra fee for our dog which we didn’t know. In addition the whole floor smelled like weed or cigarettes. The shower inside the bathroom had a terrible smell and looked just weird. From our room we had a perfect view on a big construction site! The place is quite outside from everything but alright for one night on a stopover

Excellent overnight stay!

Love this hotel, it's very comfortable, the staff are so friendly and helpful and a real credit to Ibis Hotels. We had our dog with us and there was a great place across the road to walk her. The restaurant is reasonably priced and the food is very tasty. The hotel has secure parking outside the front door and there was plenty of parking area on the road outside the hotel. Will definitely stay here again when we are next travelling in Spain.

Don't try and park in the hotel's underground car park if you have a car any larger than a mini, it is really difficult to get your car in or out!

What is says on the tin

Great room, comfy bed and bedding. Great shower - lots of hot water. Super meal in restaurant, great coffee machine and breakfast.

No privacy glass in window and as our room was on street level, we had to keep the black out blinds down when in the room.
