Lovely place but restaurant menu not great and appeared understaffed

Lovely well decorated rooms with good facilities

The restaurant seemed to be under staffed and on the friday night the menu was very limited especially for vegetarians. Just a curry so had the soup and the first bowl came out cold.

Great location excellent food

All the food was excellent but evening meal service was painfully slow . Wi Fi reception was poor and continually had to be re logged in. Staff were friendly but not very knowledgeable about the area The room was comfortable but Muzak from the bar could be heard up to 10 30 pm and staff pointed out the couldn't really do anything about it

Location and setting was lovely and breakfast was very good

Very peaceful, comfortable stay with attentive staff.

The meals were lovely and our room was comfortable and in a good position.

The duvet was very hot for the time of year. A summer weight duvet would have made sleeping more comfortable.

Every hotel should be like this!

The Pheasant Hotel is a dream place to stay in north Norfolk as it excels in the areas of a quite location, accommodation, efficient management, helpful/friendly staff and tasty cuisine. It is truly a hidden gem.

Another visit to this area but weather not so good this time

Good breakfast taken in the pleasant orangery

The room we stayed in this time had obscure glass, no outlook and noisy extractor fan outside.

Great place from which to explore Norfolk Coast

Room & breakfast. Other meals too expensive

No view from bedroom, just a bank. No 2-pin plug for shaver/elec toothbrush.

Fabulous and relaxing, the grounds are lovely, would defiantly recommend and will be going back.

Beautiful dinning areas, we were seated in the Orangery which was lovely, the food was great and the service was great too.

Excellent stay and beautiful location

Nothing was too much trouble. All staff very polite. Beautiful location. Both breakfast and dinner excellent. Very enjoyable stay and will be returning soon

Did not have robe and slippers as described in information online.

Relaxing break in an excellent hotel. Lovely location with walks from the hotel.

Very comfortable room, lovely furnishings, spacious bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Very polite and helpful staff. Great location on the Norfolk coast road with walks from the hotel.

Good accommodation

The Hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful , the breakfast was excellent and the service great. The room was comfortable and clean, coffee machine and biscuits very good.

I opted for a evening meal on the Sunday and was very disappointed with the main course which was sirloin steak, it turned out to be a slice of beef that was very fatty and tough plus a large amount of half roasted potatoes , and vegatables This convinced me to eat out for the remainder of the stay.

Very attractive building in well kept grounds. lovely outdoor seating area. Plenty of available parking close to the hotel. very spacious communal areas with beautiful orangery as an addition to the restaurant.

We were very well looked after by attentive staff and the room was excellent

The room was spacious and had everything we wanted Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Staff were helpful and the room cleaned and tidied well

Perhaps less eggs at breakfast. Not sure about security as the back door was left open
