Lovely stay at The Barns, warm friendly hosts. Our room was spacious and very clean, bed was so comfy too

Barnstyle accommodation, reminded me of my child hood home in a great location centrally along the Norfolk Coast

Ticked every box.

Lovely room with a huge comfortable bed. Shower was good, and underfloor heating in bathroom. Breakfast was just the ticket in the morning to start the day. Instructions for room was a great help and with good parking facilities.

Lovely place a little remote if you like to walk to a restaurant or pub in the evening.

The accommodation is very good. Excellent bed really comfortable. Some nice places in the area to travel to by car.

Restaurants/pubs Not being in a safe walking distance. Having to walk on roads with over grown footpaths and no street lights was the problem. Not the Barns fault! Did walk once about a mile and a half each way but didn't risk doing it again.

Excellent bed and breakfast in very convenient location for Cromer, North Norfolk and Norwich

Large comfortable bedroom in refurbished traditional Norfolk barn with exposed stonework and view of the garden. Good sized bathroom with the most powerful shower I have ever encountered. Excellent breakfast with home baked bread. Wonderful hosts.

Great accommodation and wonderful hosts.

We have stayed at the Barns a number of times before. Amanda and Tony are great hosts. We can’t fault the accommodation. An excellent breakfast as well.

relaxing peaceful haven with excellent food

Easy to find was cozy and warm - went during the really cold snap room was lovely well decorated and laid out. really enjoyed our stay would definitely recommend.

Excellent hosts with excellent accommodation and breakfast. I would definitely recommend the Barns.

The location was ideal for visiting the area. Ample parking. Very clean room with lots of extras. Fridge. Coffee/tea making facilities with complimentary home made cake. Excellent choice for breakfast. Tony and Amanda were very good hosts with excellent local knowledge.

Unfortunately we went on the coldest weekend of the year, with temperatures not going above zero. The room could have been a bit warmer.

Perfect short break

The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. A nice selection of tea, coffee, etc in room with the addition of homemade cake which was a nice touch. Breakfast was exceptional, perfectly cooked. Hosts were very friendly, not intrusive but there if needed or to answer any questions. Very helpful and knowledgeable about where to visit and things to do during stay. The location is very quite, a small village, but within a short distance to more amenities, 10 minute drive to Cromer. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully go back ourselves.

Friendly people, beautiful accommodation and good food

The owners were really friendly and helpful but not overly intrusive. The accommodation was so pretty and just like the online pics. Breakfast was lovely and there was a good selection.

Restful, relaxing and comfortable stay. Good to have one or two short walks on the doorstep.

Excellent breakfast. Good location, friendly hosts. Good idea to be asked about need for room service each day. Lovely sitting out area, nice way to relax and chat to other guests.

Excellent Weekend Away

Exceptional

Very well laid out, kept extremely clean, hosts couldn’t do enough for you and friendly and knowledgable about where and what to see. Excellent selection of food at breakfast. Very good value for money. Certainly return again.

Only the didn’t get much warm water out of the sink tap and the shower water wasn’t always easy to get just right.
