I had 2 reservations at this hotel. During the 1st one I got a dark small room, which was covered in a layer of dust, including the table, glasses and coffee cups - rather unpleasant. The staff helped me to change the room after the first night upon my request.
I had to book the hotel again after my train was canceled and when I arrived at the hotel at 1am - the staff told me they don’t have a room for me as they are fully booked - despite my confirmed Booking reservation. I spent good 40 minutes at the reception in the middle of the night, while the receptionist was looking into it without much success, in between asking me to go withdraw money from the ATM some streets away (at 1am and it was raining!) to pay for a room at an alternative hotel as he didn’t have a card reader, paying at checkout was apparently not possible. In fact he couldn’t offer me any alternative room in the end and I checked in into a motel outside the town around 3am and didn’t get any compensation for that bad experience

We have booked our room 5 months before our trip, and on the day of arrival the hotel informed us that they have put is in the side building of another hotel. It was ok, but still they could have informed us earlier and give us a choice, whether we want to move or not.

We loved the very friendly staff, breakfast was fantastic, beds were very comfortable and it was quiet. It was very clean and stylish! Unfortunately, we only stayed from 11.45 pm till 11 am. We will stay longer next time!
Honestly, we loved everything!

Location & Breakfast.
We booked a room in the Best Western in Feldkirch for the Spa & Wellness area. BUT it was closed, I would suggest you to call the Hotel before your stay to be sure that the pool is open during your stay.(You still pay like it is a spa & wellness hotel, no compensation)

Fixed stop on the way back from Germany, always a great solution.
Nothing; the hotel gives what it promises.

The location was fabulous. Right in the old town, close to bars, restaurants, and easy walk to the Wild Park and other attractions in the village.
The room was large and well appointed with great views out over the plaza and the village.
We didn't use the pool or the restaurant. However, the room was well-appointed and beautifully renovated.
The staff were friendly and helpful.

Sometimes you find a hotel that is a solid 10 in ranking - and this is one of those very rare ones! It was the entire experience of staying at the hotel - from the taking care of my bags until check in time to the professionalism of the front desk staff. The location of the hotel towards the river gorge makes it very easy to find when walking around the old city. Very big room with excellent shower pressure and hot water and super soft large bed! And I do mean it was the perfect level of soft too! I had a room that looked out towards the river and Lichtenstein's Alps in distance. It is the perfect place to explore the old city from - and right across from it is Rosslepark restaurant that has some of the best foods have had in Austria. Also - the bus stop to Lichtenstein is a few blocks away.

That was one of the most positive surprises in my 40 years travel experience. Very professional staff, attentive and responsive, always looking that I feel comfortable. While registration they asked if I need parking and since I did, they handed over a permanent card to enter and exit anytime and as often as I want for the time of my stay. In front of the hotel is an area where you can leave the car for 15 minutes to get your luggages on the room.
For what reason ever, booking.com had booked a "barrier free" room. I can't remember that I selected this, but anyways, it was a very nice, large, comfortable and quite room incl. a safe. Due to the type of room there was not curtain in the shower, so water spilled everywhere. I asked the staff at reception what to do. They said they will bring more towels. Next to this I had 6 extra large towels in the room which I could place around the shower. Unbelievable responsive.
In the evening after a very busy day I had a drink at the bar which was placed at the ground floor just behind the reception. When I paid, the bartender was so nice. He said "good night, and if you can't sleep, just come down for a drink and a talk, I am here until 6am". I felt as I was invited at one of my family members. I was positively speechless.
The breakfast was a bit expensive but very good. You could select from nearly everything. Took me a while until I understood how to manage the Nespresso machine with an arm aside like the nice Italian coffee makers😂, but at the end the Cappuccino was delicious. I personally would prefer more selection of Nespresso capsules but that is "moaning on a very high level". 😉
Last but not least, the place is just perfect. Easy to reach by car, going to the hotel directly from the parking garage, any kind of stores as well as ATMs in the near and easy to reach around the hotel.
I don't do this often, but this hotel warned it: it's a big WOW from my side.
I would prefer that this hotel just changes 3 things:
1) more selection for Nespresso capsules (e.g. pure Ristretto)
2) The possibility to order Ham&Eggs with eggs sunny side up. Then it's perfect
3) A fridge in the room

fantastic location just off the central square of the town. Very clean and modern hotel and rooms. Welcoming staff. Nice (if cold) pool area. Loved that they let me leave my motorcycle out the front where I was sure it would be safe.
i think the breakfast is a little overpriced but i guess it goes with the territory of a 4* hotel.
