Great stay, will come back!

- Very helpful and pleasant staff, all requests were addressed swiftly - Good restaurant - Comfy beds - Big bathroom with a bathtube - Robes & slippers

Couldn't swith the TV on, but we didn't need it much anyway :)

удобно добираться, очень приятно что есть крытый паркинг)в наш приезд на завтраке было очень много людей, была тур группа. было очень тепло

ожидали 2 раздельные кровати, но была 1 большая и поставили 1 раскладушку. но это тоже не плохо)

Приємний готель для ночівлі недалекко від аеропрту

Приємний отель, чисті номери, свіжа білизна, смачний скромний сніданок. Приємний персонал. На сніданку можна взяти пляшку води із собою. Великий плюс для перебування - навпроти знаходиться зелений парк із озерами, там можна відпочити та розважитися, є водні катамарани і кавярні, кіоски із морозиом та напоями. Ресепшионіст за вашим запитом викликає вам таксі.

Є опція трансферу з готелю, вона зручна, але задорога 25 євро, при тому що звичайне таксі коштує 7 євро. Пропозиція - зробіть трансфер за 15 євно і клієнти будуть вдячні. Це має значення, коли ви прилетіли в аерпорт і не маєте місцевих грошей і місцевих налаштувань на таксі на телефоні. Часники біля аеропорту виглядають стрьомно, сідати в таксі там - на свій ризик. Встановлювати налаштування таксі на телефон не завжи зручно. По всяк випадок - там є BOLT і ще якійсь сервіс, місцевий. Таксіст може вимагати у вас оплатити налічними у місцевій івалюті, зауважте на це.

Категорически не рекомендую если не хотите мифическим образом нарушить какие-то правила и нормы закона.

Ничего. Абсолютно ничего.

Заселение было в 10 вечера. По началу отель казался нормальным. Пот выселении оказалось, что нас обвиняют в том, что около 7 вечера (а нас даже в стране не было) мы курили номере и коридоре. На просьбы показать видео и разрешить ситуацию администратор просто убежал. После чего мы завершили выселение и покинули этот театр абсурда. Но, как оказалось, они еще и составили протоколы и направили из в полицию и пожарную службу. Теперь, судя по всему, предстоит возвращение в Молдову для разрешения этих вопросов. На попытки решить вопрос в телефонном режиме и все таки предоставить доказательства нарушения правил именно нами был тупо игнор.

A great hotel in the center of Chisinau

A very nice hotel. The rooms are ok, they are rather quiet and with good soundproofing against the traffic. Then again we had a room on a high floor, not sure how those lower perform. Very nice staff at the hotel, very helpful. Great breakfast and dinner. Parking is sometimes tight but it is good to have it. Great price / quality ratio. The location is next to a big street, shops are walking distance, to the city center / old city you probably need a yandex taxi, as Uber is not available locally.

Nothing really. Some small things, i.e. the toilet was leaking some drops of water on the floor.

Superb

It was the perfect stay. A big room with very good water pressure in the shower. Very polite staff and tasty food. It was also nice to have covered parking.

Excellent house wine included with the dinner, delicious local foods, very friendly and helpful staff, warm atmosphere.

The fridge stopped working on 2nd day which we didn't spot right away, it was just a nuisance, nothing major. The rest was 10 out of 10.

The hotel was very confortable and clean . The best hotel that i ever seen. I went I many other hotels from European countries but no one was so clean and also economical as price. The food was delicious with a large variety of dishes. I would definitely come again.

Lovely Hotel

Nice hotel, large comfortable room with excellent beds. Room was warm & bathroom facilities were very good, hot shower and water all day long. The WIFI worked great. The location is half an hours walk from the centre, but you can get a bus or taxi just outside the hotel for very little money. A supermarket and plenty of small shops are near by. The lady at checkin was brilliant and very helpful.

Breakfast was average.

Exceptional

The staff at the reception was just great and very helpful. Their joy was like a ray of sunshine after a long trip. Thank you! The meal plan was good, with enough choises for any type of food. I will be coming back when visiting Chisinau again.

Amazing stay in Chisinau

Deluxe room was amazing - very big, everything clean. We had a halfboard - excellent buffet breakfast with large offer of food and lovely coffee, dinner was also very good (two days buffet,1 day a la carte - you can choose from the hotel menu 1 salad,1 main dish,1 dessert and beverage). Location is not bad but a bit far the city centre (but you can take a bus or taxi which are quite cheap in Moldova). All hotel staff (at the reception or in the restaurant) was friendly and very helpful.

Awesome. will be back.

Staff were just great, supportive and friendly. The day I checked out there was rain storms, and the receptionist tried very hard to get me a taxi and it took nearly 30 mins to get one due to very bad weather, but she was always on the phone while doing other things. I was really impressed with the service, both girls at check-in and check out. Breakfast was great. Got an upgrade and the room was awesomely big.
