Unforgettable vacation

Every thing in the hotel is perfect room, bathroom, restaurants, pool, the staff and food. I really enjoyed my stay at Four Seasons.

الفندق ليس له إطلالة كاملة على النيل لوجود مبنى بينه وبين النيل ، نعم ترى النيل ولكن الجوانب فقط ،

De tudo. Segue o padrão de alto luxo Four Season, com uma bela vista pro Nilo. Há inclusive um BOAT especial do hotel com 4 restaurantes belíssimos, ancorado no Nilo, basta atravessar a rua.

The best place to stay in Giza. I would definitely return.

The place is spotless clean. They take extra care with room service where it is provided twice daily. The staff were really helpful and accommodating and flexible.

Four seasons has the best service, clean room and good food.

We were disappointed with the big difference between four seasons nile city and four seasons at the first residence. We requested a nile view and we got a pyramids view which you cant even see! Even though the hotel confirmed that they will accommodate our request and highlight it as a top request, they failed too! we informed the hotel that we're honeymooners, and we got a message that we will get something extra special yet we didn't get anything special/ extra service.

great hotel, staff and spa! in need of a few improvements!

-Spacious and luxurious room -Great spa -Friendly staff -Amazing Greek restaurant on first nile boat

-Housekeeping had to be reminded several times to change coffee capsules & replenish tissues (which is a no brainer for such a hotel) they said sorry though and corrected it in the end. which is what counts. -Pool bar / entertainment closes early with the last order 00:45. -Access to spa is not ideal (you have to pass by the people swimming and people having drinks and lunch on your way to spa) rather than a direct elevator. -For a stay of over one week the water of flowers was never changed. -A few points if corrected would make the hotel a 10/10 but for now it’s 8/10 and I will give it a second try.

they blocked the amount twice and did not release until we passed 14 days. it was a mistake from the lady. it’s large amount to block and they don’t care.

Overall we were delighted with our stay. The bathroom was the best one we have seen to date.

Property is excellent in it presentation, staff are very helpful.

I would recommend having an on-site taxi service for guests. I would also recommend trying to keep the area around the hotel some way cleaner. Pulling up to the hotel in a taxi is quite awkward if there is no space available in the designated set down area.

Must be one of the best hotels in Cairo.

Service levels were excellent. Staff from reception to room service were friendly and professional. Breakfast was great and the restaurant very nice venue. Overall one of the best hotels we ever stayed at.
