Jakieś nieporozumienie!!! Zamówiłem w centrum a okazało się że mam jechać 800m. Dalej do innego apartamentu.Rano dzwonię na recepcję i okazuję się że na śniadanie muszę jechać do kolejnego hotelu oddalonego o 870m.Nie polecam!!!!! Pierwszy raz znalazłem się w takiej sytuacji żenada

To dość przygnębiające doświadczenie. Brudne prześcieradło i brak reakcji personelu na zgłoszenie to niedopuszczalne. Dodatkowo, sytuacja, w której personel hotelowy sugeruje, że klient musi samemu zmienić brudne prześcieradło, jest kompletnie niedopuszczalna i nieprofesjonalna. Oczekiwałabym, że personel hotelowy będzie bardziej pomocny i troskliwy wobec potrzeb gości, zwłaszcza w przypadku tak podstawowej sprawy jak czystość pościeli. To absolutnie niedopuszczalne i dodaje tylko do mojego rozczarowania z pobytu w tym hotelu. Brak możliwości pozostawienia bagażu i konieczność noszenia suszarki do włosów na recepcję dodają tylko do frustracji. Cena 100€ za taki standard to zdecydowanie zbyt wysoka cena. Poza tym, obiecany balkon okazał się jedynie loggią, która nie spełniała oczekiwań, ponieważ był brudny i wąski. Nie polecam tego miejsca ani najgorszemu wrogowi.

Very bad

Iam from Denmark, I booked in room 311 krawicka 1 .l for two nights starting from Monday 7 August, I was surprised that the kitchen did not contain any plates, spoons or even a knife, and when I spoke to the female staff, their answer was that they could not help me, I think this is very bad It does not suit you... The service is very bad, the staff is stupid, and the kitchen is empty of any cooking utensils

I booked apartment in the perfect location on Krawiecka 1 in city center but when I got to there to check in they told me that they have my apartment at Wyspa Slodowa about 15 minutes by car. It was not at all what I booked and agreed on. They told me that it was noted on the reservation when I was choosing the room. So I showed them entire reservation and details and they said “sorry it looks like there was an IT problem so you’ll have to stay there because we do not have anything else available”. I asked then to cancel reservation and refund my money so I can stay in another hotel that is actually in the place I booked and not 15 minutes away but they told me they can’t do that and I have to stay there or book somewhere else but they won’t give me money back. It was extremely disappointing experience so be aware to not stay with this firm. If you’re booked at certain location you should be able to stay there especially if you pay premium for location.

no running water on the last day of our holiday, we where told the water would be back in at 4pm but as we checked out at 11am was not possible to get a shower. very poor customer service, hotel reception not concerned and never apologised. why should we pay to stay in a hotel and cannot brush our teeth, have a shower or use the toilet?

Perfect location, few steps and you are in the old town. Also, there are very good parking for a decent price.

It would be even better if there would be microwave. Also, there were bad smell in some places of the building corridor.

I would not recommend this appartments. Water problem was the main issue why I would not plan this place - doesn’t matte

Appartments is close to city center

there are some problems with a shower - water pressure was very small, it is pretty impossible to wash your hair. there are no partitions in a shower zone, water is on a floor and no some carpet or towel for the floor. it was uncomfortable, especially because only one towel per person was provided (it was yellow because of age). nothing was provided for taking bath - shower gel and shampoo are absent at all

! It's a scam - Stay Away !

! Stay Away - it's scam ! 1) Be aware, that what you see in the property listing is NOT what you get! If you see balcony or terrace most probably they will give you a room without. 2) In Poland, there is a system scam for tourists when paying with not polish cards. On terminals, they give you 2 options to pay in PLN or in currency of your card /$, euro. If you not paying in PLN, they will charge you roberish conversion rate which is set by the business itself.. how much they want it 5,10,15%. I searched and booked in euro, got price of 99 euro or 445 PLN in my booking reservation. But the property charged me in PLN and choose the option of paying in euro (with their own conversion rate), without my concent and it makes total payment to be.. 107.85 euro !! charged from my account. The receptionists were rude and unprofessional, maybe they do professional to robe customers. They told me different lies about my bank commisions, sent me to call some numbers and was unwilling to solve the problem when I asked to cancel payment in euro ant to be charged in PLN only. 3) The property also tried to charge me twice! In time of reservation, I provided a debit card, but there were not enough funds on it to charge, so later I updated to another debit card with enough funds. I was charged once from updated card (see p.2), but then they also tried several times to charge the first card as well. 4) Complicated entrance and getting to the room navigation. The compound is a maze of stairways, lifts and corridors like in catacombs. 5) The bathroom stinks. 6) Linens, pillows and towels are thin and worn out. 7) Annoing and noisy surroundings.

Great location and a cosy stay at the apartment. Best for the weekend break.

Very standard room, but for that price was excellent and the location was right in the Rynek. The bathroom and the room itself are very standard, not much decoration, but the bed was super comfy. Definitely be booking more stays there.

Good location and convenient apartment except the bad smell

I like the location of the hotel it was in city center, and the view of windows was nice. I like environment of the apartment and facility. Having a kitchen and stuff there were really good thing. Everything was good except some small issues.

The apartment had bad smell that we suffered of the bad smell (similar to a toilet smell) during our stay there. The time if check in is not ok for me 3-4PM is almost late and I waited till it was 3 then I could get the key.

Great place to expore Wroclaw

Nice clean apartments. These are very close to the old town center and public transit options to get most anywhere in the city. Parking was easy, just make sure you reserve a spot. We had two apartments for our family, and both where perfect for our needs. The rooms are also quiet.

This didn't effect us, as we were only there for two nights and ate out. The apartments have small kitchens with some pots, a few plates and bowls, but that was really it. No cutlery or anything like that. So if you planed to have a meal or breakfast in the apartment, you would need that. Again, didn't effect us, but just point it out for others that might need that.

Great location but never have seen place being that dirty

Location, parking place inside the building

Dirty toilet, towels, sheets smelled funny, like they've never been washed since covid. Broken bed light and also kitchen lights. Huge problem were beds. Mattresses definitely need to be changed, because they are dirty, huge brown stains (I don't want even think about what was that). I found a small wood stick under the sheet, it literally scratching my leg. Also we can see and feel springs when we're laying on the bed. They covered it with some kind of thin piece of something cushy but it make it worst. Maybe that's our room and others was OK (we had room 403).

Location, not small apartments.

They give one key to the room, there were three of us, it's not very convenient, when asked to give another key, they said - this is not a hotel for you ... The repair is old, the linen is very old and cheap, besides, it didn’t fit on the sofa, it’s very uncomfortable. Be prepared - the parking lot is very small, a large car may simply not fit.

Nice and comfy budget apartment-hotel that only lacks some maintenance

Great location for a very good price. You can get a very comfortable and good looking apartment, if you're lucky - and from that the whole impression will rise. Reception desk service is very good and around the hotel are located all the places one could need ... There's a convenience just around the corner opened until late night, cafés, bars, ... Depending on your selection, you get a fully furnished apartment with washing machine (and other utilities), which is very convenient. Wifi is fast (if it works). All apartments I rent were air-conditioned, which is very nice. Also, you can get to the old city centre in a matter of minutes just by walking.

During my second stay, the internet/wifi did not work in the whole building for my whole stay (almost 3 days), which was very inconvenient, since I had to do some work as well and carrier signal is not great around Wroclaw ... Another big issue was a cigarette smoke coming in to the apartment through the ventilation and it felt like someone smoked directly in the apartment (aparently somebody was smoking next to the ventilation intake outside of the building and that was carried all the way up) - that was very unpleasant and if I were to stay more, I'd definitely request an apartment change. Overall I feel that the whole premises need some maintenance and revision. I.e. windows in my apartment were missing blinds, so we could wave hi to all the neighbours around right from the bed. At least in the last apartment I got, wear and tear were very visible. There is always something that does not work or is broken.
