Stunning views of Siray Bay and away from the busyness of Phuket

We wanted a resort with a view of the sea and this delivered - stunning views! Breakfast was really good and spa facilities also really nice.

Couple bugs and not super clean. The staff were amazing though and moved us to a better upgraded room when we pointed this out.

Excellent stay. They deliver what they promise through the pictures of the property and the website.

A bit far from City Center. But that can be nullified due to availability of taxis in the property as well as the GRAB app for booking taxi.

Everything great but due to mismanagement of in-room costs, would not stay again and would not recom

Location, room, facilities, restaurant, overall setting - fantastic. loved it.

Arbitrary charges applied at check-out to mini-bar/in-room dining use. These were not incurred by us but in order to quickly settle the invoice to catch flight had to pay. On contacting hotel afterwards, no response received.

Fancy, beautiful and friendly but far and expensive.

The incredible views, the amazing staff, good food, and easy transportation around the resort.

Way too far from all the happenings in Phuket as well as the airport. Also breakfast is too expensive.

Beautiful location, very happy with our stay overall, would stay here again.

the breakfast buffet was great, lots of delicious options.

The onsite 'Italian' restaurant was very overpriced for the quality of food being served. The room was beautiful and very comfortable but we noticed a damp, mouldy smell in the hallway.

Not 5 stars. Old and needs repairs.

It’s ocean facing which is always great.

The property is old and in need of updates. Definitely not 5 stars. Food choices are limited and overpriced. I had to climb a huge hill to get to my building. Too far away from anywhere. We planned on staying for 2 nights but left the very next morning. Property pics are misleading. I’d avoid!

Gym and all around is very old and run down We asked 3 days for new shower gel and was a task to get . My wife had birthday and I asked for cake and decorating and they did it in the wrong room at my child

Nice time, spent 4 days here and that was enough

The view was so beautiful

Somethings were a little shabby. Definitely not 5 star. Beach towels were worn, pool In stage layout, doesn’t encourage spending day at pool. Breakfast was ok, but staff were great and super friendly

J’ai tout aimé le cadre le service le personnel agréable est souriant ils sont très accueillant nous ne parlons pas un mot anglais j’utiliser mon portable pour faire monter une voiturette dans notre chambre et nous ramener à la réception franchement il était très rapide et efficace c’est mon hôtel de cœur le restaurant les petits déjeuner et excellent avec un très grand large choix

J’ai tout aimé il y avais aucune fausse note dans cette hôtel

La ubicación y la calidad de instalaciones

Que al salir me dejé olvidado un headphone me contacté para avisar que pasaría luego de mi estancia en Phi Phi Island y no me dieron ninguna respuesta, y eso sucedió luego de varios reclamos y pedidos de disculpas, pero pasados 6 días aún hoy no hay respuesta y solo una promesa de darla en el futuro. Una pena.....

3 star hotel at best. Beautiful views, but overpriced due to the lack of proper maintenance

The ocean view is beautiful, plenty of space in the room, decent wifi, mediocre breakfast, golf cart pickups to/from your room, great staff.

This aging hotel os NOT 5 stars as advertised -- two to three stars at best, general disrepair of the room and overall facilities, some power outlets didn't work, two ceiling leaks and aircon leak, uncomfortable sofa and the bed sagged in the middle, 17% tax on restaurants and cocktails + gratuity

disappointing 4 night

Breakfast is good but they want extra pay for kids

Ants it the room one of them bit me, tiles in the room was cracked, disgusting smell of the sewer when they pump out sewerage system it goes alsoms till the sea, it seems some leakage or anything. The personal is not polite, they pass by you and ignore you, don't welcome you at all, they forced us to wait after 3 PM to check in and the room was not ready, we never go this hotel again, it won't be recommended to anyone to visit.

Westin Phuket: Great Views and Service, but Lacks Activities and Room Amenities

The property is very close to the beach, and the views from the room are fantastic. The staff is excellent and very accommodating. They offer Indian food options, which is a great advantage if you're an Indian traveler or traveling with someone who prefers Indian cuisine. Though the choices are limited to 2-3 dishes, it's still a valuable option to have.

There isn't much to do within the resort. Despite being a 5-star establishment, the lack of activities was disappointing, which could be attributed to it being the off-season. However, for us, it was extremely boring. We stayed in a Duplex villa, and while the room size was generous, it lacked adequate appliances and furniture that would have been useful. I stayed here for a day before heading to Phi Phi and then returned for another night before flying back to India. During one of these stays, my room was upgraded, but it appeared to be under repair. Given that it was just for a day, we managed, but it was not ideal.

Relaxing holiday

Our stay was as relaxing as we needed. We also met our daughter, son-in-law and grandson it was perfect 👌 Tina and the team were always helpful, nothing was a problem even helping us when our booked taxi did not arrive to take us to the airport. Thank you Tina much appreciated. We did a thai cooking class with Win and his team,it was really enjoyable. We had a good laugh too and enjoyed eating the end product. I'm hoping after 40yrs, Derek will be encouraged to try more cooking !!! The room was well maintained and cleaning ladies extremely helpful. It is a perfect place to do tours from and shuttle bus in and out to phukett old town is a great service. Charts are available to take people to their rooms, and the drivers are so pleasant and helpful. Thank you all for a perfect holiday.

The beach area is very small and area for canoeing tiny. Dirty, too, at times. There are however good beaches close by.

Relaxing and comfortable stay

Great customer service, the staff went above and beyond to assist us with any questions we had. The rooms were spacious and we had lots of privacy. You could barely hear any noise from the bay or other residents. A perfect place to relax.

Was a very pleasent stay with a nice room and helpful staff

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful organising our trip towards the next hotel at Phi Phi. Breakfast was very good. Private beach and several pools across the resort.

There was nothing at walking distance. Though they arrange free transport towards the Old Town at fixed slots.

Amazing - wanted to stay longer

Beautiful hotel & scenery. Staff really friendly and accommodating.

Restaurants completely empty which turned us off eating in the property but breakfast had a good range and we ate a few lunches and one dinner and the food was good. Hotel is situated out of the way which we quite liked but others might not. Have to taxi everywhere but the taxi men are really friendly and waited for us at locations to bring us back for a good price.

The location. It’s perfect if you want to be away in the country side, everything we wanted to do was on the other side of the island which did means lots of our holiday was spent in taxis. However was close to Old Town

Ist wirklich ganz oke wenn mann nicht grosse Erwartungen hat.

Morgen Buffet der Hammer! Personal extrem nett und engagiert und die Fahrten zum jeweiligen Hotelzimmer einwandfrei - jederzeit verfügbar. Hatten uns sogar eine Breakfas Box bereit gemacht für unsere nächste Reise.

Ist etwas in die Jahr gekommen und deshalb jetzt nicht extravagant.Der Couchtisch im Zimmer war noch dreckig voll mit klebriger Flüssigkeit. Das Hotel ist sehr abgelegen jeweils mit Taxi 1H Fahrt. Würde auch empfehlen die Bolt App zu nutzen viel Günstiger. Hätten im Hotel 1000 THB für einen Weg zum Big Buddah bezahlt via Bolt 450 THB. Der Strand wird nicht genutzt da sehr klein und nicht wirklich schön.

Comfy room, variety of breakfast

Breakfast, lots of choices. Bed was comfortable. Room was a good size but quite dated. Gym was nice with good view.

Checking in took too long. We asked for rooms (3 rooms) close to each other but end up in different buildings since they said never got any message from booking.com. The hotel is up on the cliff so accessibility to the beach isn't that easy.
