Great host clean room and has parking
There’s a bath with a shower attachment but there’s no standing room in the tub as the ceiling is very low. Either you take a bath or shower on your knees.

Very convenient location & very quiet. The Owner/Host was very friendly, pleasant & helpful. The room was very clean and spacious for a one person attic room. The bathroom had hot water at all times, & a bath, not something I’ve always experienced in 3rd floor attic rooms! I didn’t opt for breakfast and having the fridge in the room made being self sufficient very easy.
There was nothing to dislike.

Very good breakfast. On a main road but I had a room at the back and it was lovely and quiet.
The parking's a bit tight.

location is perfect as it is just near my friend's house
booking process was simple
my room was facing the main road and it was very noisy when I opened the windows at night

Location of the property was perfect for our holiday, close to town and easy to find, also very lovely and welcoming landlady.
Facilities could do with some maintenance, very old bathroom with loose taps, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, also very loud springs in the mattresses, I kept waking up every time my friend would turn. There was also a mini fridge in the room which had some old food left in it.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The bed was really comfy and soft as well. Close to where we needed to get to.

Breakfast was not included in the price.
The mattress was a open coil sprung mattress on a sprung base. Very uncomfortable offering no support. Get the roll together effect, and you can't sleep on the edge or you could roll off. Mattess was wafer thin, when lying on it.

Sadly the lady running the guest house had broken her ankle and temporarily could not provide breakfast. There is a nice café just a short distance away.
Nothing really just the breakfast which will be resumed soon.

We had a warm and friendly welcome from Helen our host and she arranged the carparking for us so that we could return to the property later that evening after 10pm. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choices served in a very comfortable and attractive dining room
Very small shower attached to our particular double room

Felt safe and welcomed as a solo female guest. Warm and cosy during the evening but did get cold at night when the heating was turned off.
Overall nothing to complain about.
