As others have stated it is like an oasis in Pokhara. The standards of the property are top notch. It is well designed, modern and clean.
We found it to be unnecessarily expensive.

Luxe hotel op centrale plek in Lakeside gebied. Mooie luxe kamers die geüpgraded werd. Heerlijk eten en professioneel personeel. Heerlijk zwembad.

The room was very clean and cosy. The overall layout of the property, a bit congested but acceptably comfortable. the best part of this property is its well trained, friendly and extremely hospitable staff. Special mention, Mr. Arpan at the restaurant and Miss Rajani at the Travel Desk.
The property is overcrowded with families and small children, loud splashing crowds in the pool, the noise steams into the rooms easily- the dining areas are crowded and dimly lit, the garden dining while good can also get crowded. So if you are looking for a quiet evening, this is not the place even in not so peak a season. In the bathroom, the tub / shower pooled water- drain malfunctioning- maybe an isolated instance.

Very good ambience. Gives a feel of an oasis in a busy town. The location is very good. Rooms are well appointed. Breakfast is good.

We stayed here before and after a trek. We booked last minute and were upgraded to a suite which was enormous, modern and very comfortable. Room service was excellent and breakfast very good. The hotel is in an attractive building and gardens along a quiet road very convenient for Lakeside, for boat trips, restaurants and bars etc. The gardens were lovely with an outdoor restaurant and the pool very nice. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend this as a great place to stay in Pokhara.

perfect place to relax after a week long trek in the Himalayas! staff was gracious and attentive. they made my friends birthday special by giving her a birthday cake upon arrival. the property grounds are beautiful and well kept. its an oasis smack dab in the middle of bustling Pokhara.

A Nice boutique hotel in a quiet neighberhood with a lovely garden
There were not enough beds at the swimming pool

Quality room and excellent staff communication skills. the maître d’ at dinner was terrific and Nirmal Poodel at breakfast was extremely professional. He’ll go a long way!
what’s not to like! probably overpriced for the market… but value.

The staff are incredible at this hotel. During my stay my watch strap broke. I asked at reception for directions to a place where the strap could be repaired. Instead one of the reception staff asked if he could take my watch for me. On his day off he went to get the watch fixed which involved sourcing a new part and returned it to me the following day. When I asked how much fro the repair, he refused to take any money from me. Wow! Now that is what I call service and I will tell this story again and again. Every request we made was met with the same kindness.

Excellent buffet breakfast, good choice and very fresh.

the staff were always helpful n the property is well maintained specially the trees and flowers .
breakfast kinda gets a bit noisy if u go there a bit late, maybe if it starts at 6 n finishes around 11 instead of 9/10.

Good prpoerty trying to convey the old world charm.
A major flaw. There is something not right with the plumbing and the loo stinks. This despite the best effort by the staff to put dense lemongrass oil to supress the stink. Either the pipes are clogged or if they are using grey water for toilet purposes, the treatment plants do not work well enough. The lurking smell in the loo puts one off. The furniture is designed on antique pattern to keep up with the traditional Nepali rustic theme, but one has to struggle with most cupboards and drawers to open and close. With smelly loo and stuck joineries, somewhere in the balance between form and function, function has taken a back seat. The staff though was a redeeming feature and tried to lessen the pain arising out of these hiccups.
3.5
Great location, near to lake side, walk to shops and restaurants and boat rental. Room space, pool, food
No air conditioning in the extra room in suite, so kids couldn’t sleep on the couches provided. We paid $80/night for two extra beds in the main bedroom. It was spacious enough, but plan on the extra cost if traveling with family.
