Hotel had good location. 30min walk from airport. Taxi drivers will tell you that neighborhood is dangerous to walk but its not true.
Personel was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Room was clean with a good wifi and hot shower. Worth for that price

Fairly close to airport. Taxi ride should cost no more than 20 soles. Any more and you're being ripped-off.

Loved the rooftop terrace and the friendly staff. Henry was a great help and fun to chat with!
It was quite warm in the rooms and there was a fan, but the fan would turn off periodically.

It's close to the airport, good for a night stay.

Location to the airport is really handy, approx 20 soles by Uber and takes 5 minutes. 40 minutes in a taxi to the centre of Lima but did what I needed as I literally only slept there and flew out to Cusco the next morning.

Friendly calm staff. Room is good for an overnight stay.
Easy to store bags.
Hot water.
Communal areas to have food etc.
Conversion rate was not the current rate so we were charged slightly more than expected in soles.
Also even though it is close to the airport the taxis now have to go around because of the one way system so it actually takes about 25 mins.
No late check out option which would be useful after a long flight.

The hostel is located close to the airport - 5-10 minutes by car (taxi costs 25 soles). We arrived when it was dark (around 9 pm) and felt a bit insecure in the area. The hostel staff was very friendly and English speaking. The room looked exactly as on the pictures and was bigger than expected (we booked a small private room). There are common areas which can be used until 10pm. There is a kitchen where the guests can cook and a nice terrace.
The bathroom was a bit dirty and we did not feel too comfortable with the blanket in the bed. There was no restaurant in the hostel but the staff made some empanadas for us, because we were quite hungry. We did not go out to see if there are any restaurants / shops around. The hostel does not call a taxi but supports in getting an Uber/etc.

The staff were so rude to us from the moment we got to the premises.
We asked to put our bags in the room and they refused, not letting us even see the room until we had paid the bill?!
This is after the 25 minute walk from the Airport with our heavy bags as they no longer provide a transfer, along some very sketchy and busy roads.
They describe the area as safe and yet have a near armoured door to the premises with a drilled out flap to see who wants to enter, they sure are not taking any chances.
We had a long drawn out conversation with the management, where we explained we just wanted to look at the rooms, put our heavy bags down and it would be a lot easier to access our passports and money which were buried.
The answer was (with a smirk) this was not company policy.
Honestly how ridiculous, I’m in a small rundown hostel on the outskirts of Lima and the manger wants to talk to me about policy as if they a corporate machine.
Have a word with yourself.
We then paid as we had no other option, were shoved in our room to realise that the shower was what is known as a ‘suicide shower’ …
I haven’t seen one of these since travelling in Belize and Guatemala.
And have been travelling Ecuador and Peru for the last 4 weeks.
It’s basically an electrical shower where the connection is made of at the head of the shower and the connections are exposed usually covered with tape, as was the case at Paypurix.
Known as a suicide shower amongst travellers as you take your life in your own hands when getting in one.
Added to this the Circuit Breaker for it is located within arms reach of the shower, it is only an MCB Breaker and does not have an RCD meaning there is no protection against electrical shock
(I am an Electrician in the UK)
Added to this someone has broken the housing of the miniature board and there is a large crack exposing the breaker, bus bar etc.
Hardly ideal, less than a metre from a shower!!!
everything as stated above

It was the best value for money. It's a hostel. The guy at the reception was very helpful and spoke good English and helped me to get a taxi in the morning
The blanket. It's too thin

Beautiful hostel very close to the airport. The staff were nice and helped us with everything. The room is very comfortable and colorful. There are many places to hang, eat or drink something.
The bathroom uses electrical part for warning the water and it's less comfortable for those who like to shower with real hot water.
Also a little bit pricey for its' location.

Everything is great!
The hostel is in a bad neighbourhood, so definetely go by a trusted taxi company or uber, especially at night! It is really close to the airport, so for that purpose it is great!

Super friendly staff as always. My plane was delayed and they moved my reservation by one night with no problem.
I've stayed here numerous times and will come back as this is a great option close to the airport.
