The stuff weren’t nice. They stole my jewelry from my room and the hotel didn’t do anything. The breakfast wasn’t good. The room wasn’t clear

الفندق بالنسبة لي مكاني المفضل في شرم الشيخ سعر ممتاز مقابل الخدمات المقدمة. رابع زيارة لي للفندق حابب أشكر جميع من يعمل في الفندق من الاستقبال مستر/ جان للطاقم الذي يعمل في المطعم لتقديم افضل الأطباق بسعة صدر ورحابه ولطافة والعاملين على خدمة تنظيف الغرف والسباحة في البحر.. شكرا اكسبرينس 🤩

Не очень удобный пляж, так как нету захода с берега. Родителей привезти не получится. И не большой выбор еды, каждый день однообразно, но мне нормально. Все равно есть что покушать.

Tekrar tercih edilecek bir yer. Çalışanlar genel olarak çok ilgili. Floridayı çok sevdik.

Genel itibariyle konumu çok güzel. Havaalanına çok yakın. O yüzden yorgunluğu atmak için bir an önce otele varıyorsunuz. Olanakları bence yeterli. Her akşam farklı bir kültüre ait yemekler çıkıyor et yemekleri lezzetli. Her gün farklı bir noktaya otele ait otobüsle rezervasyon yaparak gezmek için çıkabilirsiniz. Otel içinde plaja giden 5 dk da bir otobüs var plaj yürüme mesafesi ama çocuklular için çok iyi gerçekten. Havuzlar temiz dondurma saati iyi. Pizza margarita lezzetli. Denizi çok temiz cankurtaranlar çok dikkatli. Oteli en cazip yapan şey bence özellikle yemek ve otel plaj arası serviste çalışanların aşırı eğlenceli ve güleryüzlü olması. Hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederim. Daha fazla detay isteyen ins angrynursee yazabilir.

Oda temizliği siz özellikle belirtmedikçe sil süpür toplama şeklinde gerçekleşiyor. Mini club geliştirilmeli.

Avoid this hotel and save your vacation

Beach is clean

This hotel is a big scam, They barely have the quality of 3 stars. First they gave us a room partial sea view despite our booking was sea view. Second, the room we got had a broken bed. Third, we had a big communication gap as no one was able to speak spanish with us despite it alot of spanish clients. The recepcionist was super Rude to us and violent and even had the guts to smash the Desk in front of us. W Wifi is not working at all not even in recepcion and rooms. The quality is not 5 stars at all The food is súper Limited and average quality and the food hall air condition was not working at all. They serve drinks at the pool with 50ml plastic cups not even pvc cups as if you are at the dentist, really i never saw any hotel or bar presents a beer in such a cup. I was also surprised with all the clients complaining about the quality Dont book at this hotel unless you want to ruin YouTube vacation

Superb

The guy who is working in front desk Makdi is very kind and helpful also the housekeeping workers were good. Everyday they do different funny/nice design in our room with towels. Everything was good.

They have to be carefull about cleaning.

Good Experience

Price Quality. Comfy swipe up room (1114) we had. Staff were amazing at all times and well educated. Variety of food and quality. Abdallah responsible for room cleaning was great and did amazing structures with towels 😅 Shadi the waiter was incredible, Jad & Beshoe (hope pronounced right) from reception were lovely. Staff made the experience even better...we were so relaxed hence why we stayed one more night than planned 😀🙏 Thank you all ❤️🙏

Beach closing at 18:00! Just when perfect time for a swim in the sea 😩 Entertainment at night hardly exists and clashes with dinner time. The nights we stayed, we hardly seen any show because we would be having dinner still...and when we arrive its only music on.Not like it has good shows tbh but If this is a resort, then entertainment needs reviewing seriously and planned well so can keep customers entertained at night! We were so disappointed with entertainment that we would not come back to this resort if it stays the same. Entertainment makes a big difference especially when you go all inclusive!

Had a great time and will return yet again

Returned having visited twice about 10 yrs ago, met some original staff who were amazing and were there before. Resort hasn’t changed except new dive centre. Disappointed with spa, only a couple of them were really lovely, booked a couples course of massage for five days only went to three as the masseurs were so miserable although they did give a good massage. Lovely water front, great pools, food was good, no hard sales, entertainment staff worked really hard and always smiling. Would return again had a great time

I had a wonderful stay and will be back if ever in Sharm again.

The view of the ocean was amazing, as was the staff. Ehzak was kind and respectful. He checked that I was ok and I appreciated that as a solo traveler.

The property didn’t have much of a beach. You had to walk on the other resorts beach and couldn’t sit down.

Hotel with the worst receptionists in the world

the breakfast was nice, and the rate was good.

receptionist called me because he accidentally gave my friend (who booked a room on my behalf for the next day) the room card. he asked me with a high voice: “why did you take the card?” i said “you were the one who gave it, ask yourself why” and he said rudely “just return to the reception.” when i arrived the next day, the receptionist didn’t give me the wi-fi password. so i called from the room to ask. he guided me for the login and password but before i can connect, he said “just come to the receptionist, i’m so busy here.” i asked myself “why don’t you give me the wi-fi password when i checked in then?” when i want to check out, i asked for a bell boy to help me bring my luggage. the receptionist said “with pleasure, Sir” but no one came. what a stay.

Awesome Hotel experience

Everything at this Hotel is great The Beach is exceptional, so you don't need to go for external snorkeling or diving trips. The Pools are just great. The Staff are very cooperating and supportive especially Abdallah from the Housekeeping Staff.

The dates for checkout is very stiff even when we paid for late checkout. However, all the support we received from the staff makes this minor point accepted for us.

Quality above expectations

Professional staff, always meets you with a friendly welcome smile. Food is exceptionally good (compared to 15 other resorts I went to in Sharm Elshikh - only one place I can say that it excels Xperience sea breeze in that point), not only because the quality of raw materials but with experienced chef(s) specially the dessert chef.Though a small place but I received a good service, a good value , and my family enjoyed the time we spent.

the rooms are good and animation team is amazing the food is good as well really good price as well compared to what you get

the hotel is on high ground so to go from beach to lobby is like hiking uphill so really not good if someone got moving issues the bus they use to move people up and down hardly available also looks bad for a hotel as they could have used something looks more decent such as golf car the show at night is not great I wouldn’t advise to watch it at all

Its not 5 stars hotel at all... horrible stay... Friendly staff and good food

Very friendly staff The food is really good even though it has a small variety

Room: The rooms are small, and I don't know how this hotel got the 5 stars rate The beds are HORRIBLE and must be replaced ASAP... the bed mattresses are almost a U shape. The rooms are not noise isolated, so if anyone walks through the hall, you feel as if he is next to you. Pools: The swimming pools are small and not worth swimming; they are scattered into about 4 pools. Lobby and the hotel reception and Food court: The hotel has a serious issue with the air conditioning... the food hall is very hot so if you have lunch, you will be sweating all over your body. Beach: The hotel has a small coral beach; however, they provide a free ride to the sandy beach. housekeeping staff: As I mentioned, the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the housekeeping staff communicates with each other by shouting out loud through the floors (Rooms are not noise isolated, so you have no chance to have a nap).

Honestly this hotel is lovely and such friendly staff they could not do any more it was lovely and having a little beach and multiple swimming pools was nice but we did only stay at the pool next to our room will definitely go back can’t wait 😊

Good Value for money- and staff very attentive.

Staff very attentive. ( Sometimes too much) Rooms spacious and clean. Plenty of space around the pool. Food Ample and a good variety Excellent Packed Lunches- too big.

Main Dining Room is on the slightly small side. Elements restaurant nice- but the Menu could change more frequently. Its a shame that there is a need to charge for the MASALA restaurant as the food was delicious - but under utilised.

A wonderful second visit

It was my second time here and I really liked that they went out of their way to welcome me back! The location is perfect and the snorkeling is crazy good. They have like 5 pools as well as the beach area. The buffet has a good variety of food options, nothing fancy but good value for money. The dive centre arranges a great day of scuba diving and snorkeling. Check in and check out are quick and easy which is fantastic 😀 Mr Ashraf made us feel like vip guests.

The towel card/ towels system is frustrating as they often don't have fresh towels or they don't have cards. There is a bad smell at the area near the dive centre, where the water collects. The dive centre changed our plans and didn't tell us ahead of time, which would have been appreciated. The staff from the spa and dive centre are a little pushy and try upsell you.. they can be quite aggressive and interrupt you while you're doing something else without concern.

We enjoyed our time in the hotel despite of some drawbacks, and decided to return here

Cuisine was splendid, best I've seen in hotels. Several big pools, long enough to swim. Very friendly and hospitable staff. You can snorkle in sea and watch coral reef and beautiful tropic fishes just near the hotel. Nice garden, palms, bougevillia flowers and green grass everywhere.

1. Swim-up room is not actually a room where you can swim up to, just usual room about 15 metres from pool. 2. Everyone can smoke near your room, and you will breath with their smoke. 3. Also, some suspictions about staff to foreigner relation - some of staff tend to give old towels if you are not English or Italian. 4. Sea swimming is only available from pier and at limited area, you cannot walk into water right from the beach. 5. Also some staff guy told me that pools are closed after 5pm until morning. It's weird that you may freely breath with smoke from neighbour room, but you cannot swim in pool when you want.

Superb

Amazing location for a relaxing holiday. The room was very nice and spacious, the sea view is beautiful from the balcony. The restaurant is good, nice selection of meals. The staff is really going out of their way to make sure you have the best time possible! I could not recommend this place enough
