Geburtstagswochenende in Wien

Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich, im Hotel als auch im Café/Restaurant. Die nette Frühstücksmitarbeiterin hat anlässlich, des Geburtstages meiner Tochter, ein Stück Sachertorte mit Kerze und Sekt organisiert. Das war sehr aufmerksam und meine Tochter hat sich sehr gefreut! Vielen Dank!

Good location, but not a good stay for the money.

Good location, very comfortable bed, nice view and a balcony.

No proper coffee machine. The money I am paying, I would expect a good coffee. We have not been notified that the mini bar is to be paid for. There was no explanation to it, no menu or price list. And in the morning, I had to pay for it without notice. The shower drain is too slow for the shower and I nearly flooded the bathroom

Gutes Hotel in Wien!

Grosses Zimmer,gut ausgestattet. Frühstück sehr gut, glutenfreie Backwaren, alles vorhanden! Lage nahe Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sehr angenehme Kopfkissen- würde ich gern käuflich erwerben. Auskunft darüber konnte man mir leider nicht geben.

Die Reinigung nach der *ersten* Nacht war sehr verbesserungswürdig.. Tierhaare und Staub lagen z.b. herum. Kaffee/ Tee wurden in der gesamten Zeit nur unvollständig aufgefüllt. Reinigung wurde dann besser.

Voortreffelijk hotel

Goede ligging tegenover park Schönbrunn. Zeer goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. Heel goede bedden met zalig hoofdkussen!!! Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt!

Schönes Hotel zur Erkundung von Schloss Schönbrunn

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend Das Frühstück im Schlosscafé war sehr gut wogegen ich das Frühstücksbuffet zu teuer fand. Die Lage zum Schloss Schönbrunn war ideal und mit der U-Bahn war man in 30 Minuten im Zentrum aber nächstes Mal würde ich eher ein Hotel im Zentrum buchen

Die Betten waren nicht so bequem und das Zimmer ein wenig abgewohnt (schwarze Flecken und Striemen an der Wand, Schimmel in der Dusche). Am Nachmittag wollten wir aufs Zimmer um uns ein wenig auszuruhen aber da waren das Zimmer noch nicht geputzt

Unser Lieblingshotel in Wien!

Die Lage des Hotels direkt neben dem Schönbrunner Schlosspark, die Zimmer im hinteren parkähnlichen Bereich. das kompetente und sehr freundlixhe Personal und die Ausstattung der Zimmer haben uns sehr gefallen und beeindruckt! Auch die nähere Umgebung mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants und die ideake Anbindung an den ÖPNV sprechen für dieses Hotel, das uns als regelmäßige Wienbesucher den vielen guten Erfahrungen eine bessere hinzugefügt hat.

Erwartungen weit übertroffen.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und grosszügig es hatte für jeden etwas dabei. Das Austria Trend Parkhotel Schönbrunn hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen, wir werden definitiv nochmal kommen. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal das jederzeit verfügbar ist.

Nichts war alles mehr als perfekt.

Wirklich sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit einen tollen Service und einen sehr schönen Zimmer.

Wir bekamen auf Nachfrage für einen Balkon im Zimmer extra ein anderes Zimmer welches mit einen Balkon ausgestattet ist. Betten waren sehr bequem und die Kaffeemaschine inklusive des Wasserkochers war das Highlight unseres Besuches (Tee und Kaffee war inkludiert!!)

Den einzigen Negativpunkt den ich eventuell aufzählen könnte ist, dass man die Fernseher mit Netflix oder Internetzugang ausstatten könnte um somit nicht nur normal Fernsehen zu können!

Wir waren schon das 3. Mal im Hotel, das Frühstück war wie immer ein Traum, das Personal wir immer sehr freundlich.

Wir hatten ein Suite, da konnte man die Badezimmertüre nicht schließen.

De kamer was prima: gebruik mooie materialen, alles wat je nodig hebt. Ook de buitenkant van het hotel ziet mooi uit. Verder dient de mooie ligging genoemd te worden. En dat alles voor een schappelijke prijs.

Het personeel van de receptie was niet bepaald vriendelijk te noemen.

Das wunderschöne Gebäude, das Cafe und die Gloriette Bar mit freundlicher Bedienung

Die Reinigung. Es war bis 17 Uhr keine Reinigungskraft in Sicht. In drei Tagen dasselbe. Genau, bei unserer Rückkehr unter Dusche wollte die Frau , die kein Wort Deutsch oder Englisch verstand putzen. Ich vertröstete sie auf ein wenig später, danach war sie nicht mehr zu sehen! Am vorigen Tag wurde auf Anfrage von uns geputzt, was aber nur ein Handtuchwechsel war! Am 3. Tag urigierte ich an der Rezeption um 17 Uhr ! Daraufhin wurde wunderbar von einer männlichen Kraft gereinigt, da war es so sauber wie gewohnt oder sogar noch besser.

We didn’t like the hotel, as it was very old and poorly managed. Definitely not worth the price.

The building of the hotel was beautiful

The room was clean and really old. The bathroom was very dirty , with an old blaster and black hair in the shower. The personnel as the resection was very unfriendly. There is room service and when we ordered 2 tea pots, we were given two cheap tea bags.

Loved everything about this hotel.

Highly recommend! Great breakfast, perfect location, so close to Schönbrunn, love the decorations in the hallways especially the chandeliers. 2 mins walk form the metro station, only 15/20 mins with the line U4 to the city center (Karlsplatz).

Historisches Gebäude in direkter Lage Schloss Schönbrunn, guter Schlafkomfort, Frühstücks-und Restaurantangebot, faire Minibar-Preise,

Unpersönlicher Empfang und Check-Out, defekte Zimmerausstattung, die einem Executive Room nicht gerecht wird (Löcher im Stuhl, fleckige Sessel u.a. Mängel, Kosmetikartikel nicht nachgefüllt, keine Pantoffeln), Reinigungsleistung, nicht jeden Tag sauberen Tisch im Frühstücksraum, da zu wenig Personal präsent war (dieses war allerdings sehr engagiert und stets freundlich), Zimmerkarte musste ständig neu aktiviert werden

Sehr gutes Frühstück Top Lage da sehr gut an das U Bahnnetz angeschlossen, wenige Meter Fußweg Ansprechende Athmosphäre Liegt an einer Hauptstraße mit Straßenbahn und Bus. Fenster sind aber gut und schslldicht, Belüftung durch Aircondition.

We would stay here again in a hearbeat.

The room was HUGE - 8 meters x 5.5 meters. Breakfast was extraordinary - many selections beautifully presented. Location worked well for us, as subway stop was less than 100 meters away. The ballroom (open for breakfast) is extraordinary.

Some of the furniture in the room was worn.
