I made a reservation for 2 rooms, one with a double bed and another with 2x single beds, but upon arrival it seems that the information was lost. This was not a problem though, the receptionist told me that they will have housekeeping have a look and see if its possible to change the one room's double bed into 2x singles. It was indeed possible and it was resolved within the afternoon!
We stayed for a long time, and for that time we've always been greeted with a smile. The laundry room was busy, but it seems like other guests removed their clothes in a timely manner (we never had to wait for a washing machine, which was nice).
The coffee area is nice and quiet, great if you want to sit and do some work, complete with a self service shop.
The room was clean, apart from some wear on the furniture, there wasn't really anything to complain about. The kitchenette was stocked with most needed cutlery and quite a lot of different dishes and glasses.
The wifi worked well enough during our stay, and in the evenings we did use it to share photos with friends and family.
The location is okay, its a brisk walk to the bus stop that can connect you with the main train lines, or to the tram line that goes all the way into Amsterdam. Its not too far for us, but its something to factor in if you do not have a car. There are other bus options, but they do not go via the train stations, if you're going to explore the rest of the Netherlands.
We sometimes had cold water in the early mornings, but it was only temporary.
There was a lot of construction going on, seems like they are improving the hotel on one side. Not really a complaint, unless you're staying during the day and don't like the noise. (The renders of the new apartments look very good though!)

This is really nice hotel for long stay in Netherlands near Amsterdam. We used this option to stay once we relocated Netherlands and started to looking for our permanent apartments. Perfect "Price-Quality" ratio, room is about 45m2 that is not tiny as usual hotel room in Amsterdam area. Kitchen was really helpful as we were able to cook breakfast/lunch/dinner and keept our groceries in the fridge. Groenhof trade center is just 500-600 meters walk and you can find Jumbo/Lidl and Albert Hein supermarkets there. This hotel is just 8-10 minutes walk from the Tram station to go to Amsterdam area. If you want to travel to Schiphol airport then it's just 18-20 minutes by car.
We used Fitness center here, it has basic fitness environment that were more than enough for us. Also we used sauna and hamam, they were good. WIFI connection was quite stable and with good speed. Hotel has co-worker room on the 1st floor which we used sometimes for temporary stay during working day. You can grab free coffee or tea here.
Room cleaning is once per week but it was really good.
The stuff is really helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay in Htel Serviced Apartment Hotel and it became our first expirience to live in Netherlands like local people :)
Sometimes when the weather outside is cold there were a little bit cold in the room. Probably it will be a little bit cold in winter time there.

The room with the kitchen is well equipped so that you can cook easily. The bathtub is a plus. Weekly room cleaning. Washing and drying machines are free and easily accessible. Free coffee at the lounge. Good for staying with family until renting an apartment.

Location is very good. Room had a nice view.
Wifi is terrible. The wifi system in the room makes a constant ticking noise (like a loud clock) and in the morning and evenings, there are too many people using the wifi, causing it to stop working.

Wifi is simply unacceptable. In the morning and the evening the wifi was unavailable with huge 4g bills as a result. Probably due to the large nuber of users. Also the wifi router makes so much noise (a constant loud ticking noise), again unacceptable.
Also the kitchen hood was broken... I couldn't cook in the kitchen, otherwise the whole apartment (incl. my clothes) would smell...

- The laundry area is very nice. Unlimited access and a table tennis were available at our disposal 24/7.
- There was also a vending machine in the laundry area - very useful for midnight snacks;
- The lamps on top of the dining table were way too low but upon our request the maintenance team fixed it
- Most of the staff at the Frond Desk were extremely friendly and helpful;
- We got twin debs but upon request were given a top mattress, which made the bed very comfortable and the sleeping area significantly increased;
- Loved the candy bowl at reception;
- Complimentary private parking and coffee;
- Lovely surprise: the piano on the 1st floor
- The housekeeping did not dust;
- The fire alarm/smoke detector of other residents went off 4 times ( I guess this is normal for an apart-hotel)
- A small request for future, please tune the piano; It will make better sound and people could really enjoy it

Booking.com had informed us that the accomodation we booked has airconditioning. Which is the whole reason we booked at Htel appartments Amstelveen, because my partner cannot deal well with high temperatures due to her medical condition. During our stay we came to the conclusion that the temperature could only be adjusted from -3 to +3 degrees Celcius compared to average room temperature. I asked the reception about this issue and then we got informed that there's only heating in the room, no airconditioning. I'm very disappointed that we've been misled by false information.

My second stay here and no disappointments again! The location is great, 20 mins on the bus to Zuid then direct to wherever you want to go. Front desk staff are always smiley and helpful and have built up a rapport which is nice. Supermarket down the road for all goods, apartment has everything you need including front row view of the stars at night from my room (7th floor). I have no doubt i'll be back :)
Only thing is if you plan to go out you must be out of the hotel between 11pm -12am latest as transport from both Amstelveen and Zuid stops after 12am.

Great location quite and peaceful , apartment was spacious .
Bed was too soft and price a bit high

The apartments are convenient and comfortable for families with children to stay in and the availability of a swimming pool is very good.
The cleanliness of rooms could be improved. Also the wide windows seem a bit dangerous when opened as they can be opened very widely and is quite low.

Room was great everything you could want in it.
The receptionist was lovely and very helpful. Easy to get into the centre using the public transport. Bus 55 across the road to the station then take the metro or tram into the centre. Hope on and off all with a 24 or 48 hour ticket.
Bed was way too soft kept sinking to one side.
