Our room was perfect even though there was no tv or phone that didn’t bother us. The food was excellent and the staff were so friendly and they really made our stay enjoyable.
The pool was too hot and it could have done with a thorough clean.

Definitely the staff exceeded our expectations. From checking in about 1.30am, to restaurant staff then room service. they made our stay so enjoyable. Everyone seemed naturally hospitable, always had a smile on their faces.
Unfortunately the gym wasn't open, and neither was the other pool. and the main pool was closed at 9pm. i wish it was open longer.

2 staff name Saoloto & Ioana exceptional customer service top notch.
Can’t think of anything, everything was great.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The house keeping team restocked daily and remade our beds. The pools were great. Buffet breakfast was a good way to start the day. Staff were friendly and helpful.
We didn’t like that we weren’t aware that not all the facilities were available for our stay such as tvs in the room and the gym. Luckily the main pool opened two days into our stay as this was one of the main reasons we picked this accommodation. The air conditioning in the room wouldn’t go low enough to keep us cool during the night.

It is a nice property, very grand and comforting. The staff were next level!!! So welcoming, helpful and honestly they made our trip and stay worth it. I would come here and stay again without a second thought and especially once it's all open. Close to town and very lenient with bringing in our own food and alcohol.
There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel.
There are renovations still being done with harbour view rooms, main pool and restaurant closed cause of it but it will be complete by October. Our rooms did get stuffed around as we booked harbour view but we got upgraded to the bungalow with no extra fee so it made up for it, I feel for the staff as they get thrown in the front line due to management not explaining anything but they handled everything so well and were so helpful as well. I cannot fault Aggie Greys and the renovations didn't ruin our holiday either as there are beautiful beaches and their lap pool is open as well.

Staff were great. They just partially reopened a few rooms. Pool area hadn’t reopened. Happy to have them back and wish them all the best!
We had the buffet which was ok but the cost of drinks was outrageous. A glass of wine was like $35.00. Ouch!

I loved that the old Aggies has been integrated into the new. Staff were exemplary and very friendly.
A lot of the facility is still being renovated, and we were unable to use the pool. Very limited food options we actually went to the city for dinner. There was no tv or phone and little to no information on what was going on over the internet. We stayed in a king poolside room, which was one of the premier rooms available at 650 tala a night. I thought it was very poorly renovated and falling apart already. It's not up to its usual standard, unfortunately.and I really did expect more for the price per night or at least some sort of compensation to make up for the lack of usable facilities

Staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help. Reception, porters, front lobby barristas and bar staff are excellent, restaurant crew are attentive and friendly and helpful us to speak the local language, housekeeping are responsive and friendly. The king beds are very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent, 6.30am-10.30am. Barista in front lobby open until 11pm daily. Beauty and massage service onsite. We had a welcome juice when we arrived. Beautiful sunset views. Flexible parking areas. We will stay here again.
The hotel is under refurbishment until Oct 2024 and not all facilities and room types are operational (main pool, gym, TV in room, telephone to reception) that isn't stated on Booking.com. We and other guests had room booking mixups and were placed in room types other than what we had confirmed. I found out that we had all booked through Booking.com and all had mixups. staff were apologetic and tried their best to fit our family.

The friendly staff and breakfast
Same atmosphere as a motel, besides the pool not much else to do, basic bistro food for lunch and dinner, so all in all an overpriced bed and breakfast.
Stayed at cheaper hotels around Apia with better vibes.

The Sheraton Team (Management, reception, Housekeeping, Breakfast Team, in fact every one we met) are professional, friendly, positive, accommodating and the service was excellent! The Sheraton is beautiful and we loved our holiday here. Our room was very clean & quite lovely! The housekeeping team were very helpful & patient with us. Thank you lovely ladies at the front desk for your kindness & willingness to help us book dinners, shuttles & more dinners! And thank you for taking extra care of my 81 year old mum. We will definitely stay here again!
