The best location to stay in historical center of Fano
You should find a parking around

Lovely location and a comfortable sparkling clean, spacious apartment! The host and staff are friendly and helpful and I will be back to stay again! Fano is a charming town in the Marche.

Well situated in the centre of Fano. Peaceful location. Easy access to historical places of interest and restaurants. Our apartment had a spacious bedroom, good bathroom and a kitchen/dining area to which breakfast was delivered each morning. There was a hotplate and sufficient basic cooking equipment and tableware to allow for some self catering if wished; fridge but no microwave. The cobbled streets don’t make for easy walking with wheeled luggage, and we were driven to & from the train station.
Had we paid €15 each for breakfast in a hotel, I think we would have expected a more substantial offering.

Beautiful room in an excellent location with a small kitchenette! A modern bathroom mixed with "palace" style furniture in the bedroom. The staff are personable and lovely. Very clean!

Great location within the old town. Good value and apartment style accommodation.
Would have been helpful if the kitchenette had a microwave.

Great accomodation - unique level of quality of accomodation and service!
My parents live in the area so I quite frequently come to visit and stay in hotels and holidays lettings in Pesaro-Fano area.
Palazzo Rotati is absolutely outstanding place - I cannot of think of anything of similar quality and size being so central and so close to the sea.
Excellent, very spacious rooms, spotless and clean and autentic Italian home decour.
Great breakfast too!

Excellent breakfast. Great scrambled eggs.

The location was in the center of the historic district. The staff was very friendly but check in was difficult.
My room was facing the street on the ground level next to the entrance. It was dark and noisy and loud when people were entering and exiting the house. The breakfast is not worth the additional cost.

the style
the breakfast was not at the level of the place

The location is very good, in the heart of the historical centre. Apartment is very beautiful, clean and comfortable. Interior design is a combination of modern and vintage theme, with a wonderful result. The personal was extremely friendly, useful and polite. Highly recommended.
Everything was nice!

The hospitality provided by Gabriela Botis and her family magically brings together the high standards of a luxury hotel and the casual atmosphere of being guests at a friends’ private house. And what a house! At a challenging time, with all restaurants closed because of the Covid-19 pandemic, Gabriela even offered to cook us a dinner. My only regret is that I stayed so little, I did not have time for a chat with Gabriela over a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. Definitely recommended.

Literally we were waited on hand and foot ! We had a problem with our car and the owners could not have been more helpful.
The suite we had was stunning and great location to explore historic Fano
5.0
- friendly host
- easy communication via WhatsApp
- very clean
- located nearby the city-center but nevertheless quiet
(free of charge resident parking is possible but it's not always easy to find a parking space - which is normal in (a) city center - but public parking against payment can be found nearby)
