Soggiorno problematico

La struttura ha presentato diversi elementi problematici che si sono riflessi sul soggiorno; a parte la posizione centrale che è ottima e la struttura storica che ha il suo fascino

La nostra stanza era divisa da quella dei vicini da una sola porta normale chiusa a chiave, ma da cui filtrava luce e ogni minimo rumore. Era come se i vicini fossero nella nostra stanza. E se la prima notte non è stato piacevole (si trattava di adulti che si sentivano russare) la seconda è stato molto problematico perché c'erano bambini che fino ad oltre l'una di notte non hanno fatto silenzio. Il bagno, molto stretto, è collocato su due piani e per raggiungere il lavabo al piano di sopra bisognava salire gradini molto alti; inoltre il lavabo non è un normale lavandino ma una specie di vasca profonda di quelle che si utilizzano per lavare i panni. Nella doccia c'erano schizzi di vernice bianca incrostati. La colazione, al contrario di quanto suggerito dalle immagini, non si fa in struttura ma in un bar sulla via, si riceve un buono del valore di 5 Euro. Inoltre (ma questo è scritto nelle informazioni della struttura) il check in è alle ore 16, aspetto da tenere presente al momento della prenotazione; noi abbiamo avuto accesso alla camera alle ore 16.30. Altro aspetto da tenere presente il fatto che la via può essere molto rumorosa fino a tardi (per noi è stato così nel fine settimana).

Fano molto interessante, la struttura molto affascinante.

Colazione soddisfacente e,dopo averlo segnalato,con opzione senza lattosio.

Molto ambiguo l'immagine con il simbolo della cucina e l'impossibilità ad usarla.Booking non chiaro,deve cambiare la comunicazione. Poi,per fortuna, abbiamo avuto molta comprensione dalla signora che gestisce la struttura, che si è adoperata per venirci incontro.

Calma y paz en Fano

Desayuno excelente y ubicación céntrica. Pedí casi todos los días croissant de pistacho y capuchino, muy buenos. Estás a 15 minutos de la estación de tren y muy cerca de los restaurantes y puntos turísticos. Anida fue muy servicial con nosotros, la atención de 10.

No se podía usar la cocina, por lo que tuvimos que comer fuera o comprar comida para llevar.

Petit déjeuner formidable. Bon emplacement. Près du centre, de la mer. Accueil chaleureux, on est comme en famille. La patronne vous aide, vous renseigne. J'reviendrai

Sei vuoi godere pienamente Fano scegli questa struttura

È una eccellenza in se dormire sopra un momento con l'arco di Augusto che solo questa proprietà di può dare. L'appartamento è sito in uno dei palazzi storici di Fano. Le signore Dhurata e Anida sono meravigliose faccendoti sentire a casa tua. La miglior scelta se vuoi godere Fano è questa struttura.

Exceptional

A very interesting historical place. The location is very convenient: there are many bars, restaurants, shops around, about 15 minutes walk to the beach, and the bus stop is 1 minute walk. The staff is very responsive. It was great for holiday in Fano.

There was no air conditioning, there was only a fan on the ceiling, but it did not help much from the heat.

Charming apartment in the heart of the city

The apartment is located on the first floor of a very charming historical building in the heart of the city. Great location, and very spacious apartment. Absolutely delighted with the check in - check out experience, a really friendly and accommodation woman met us in front of the apartment and provided us with everything we needed. Definitely recommended.

The apartment hadn't been clean at our arrival, it was dusty and dirty. There was also a very unpleasant smell of sewer that lasted throughout our entire stay. There was only 1 bed sheet for bed, no blankets or change of sheet for a week.

ХVIth century palazzo in the heart of the historical center of Fano

Apartment is really huge and much more nice than on pics. I think if owners take better pics it will help. Five meters height ceilings in the main hall with a fireplace. Lots of air in the 2 major bedrooms. Three other bedrooms are much smaller. Very nice terrace overlooking historical square. Big kitchen will all amenities required. We asked owners to buy electric kettle and the delivered it just the next day. Most of the matrasses are good. Location is just the best possible as the place is very close to everything: 15 min in a relaxed pace to the beach, 1 min to the nearest convenience store, 3-4 min to the bigger one and the same to the main square with lots of bars and main street with the shops. A very nice bar (rated 2nd in the town by Tripadvisor) just in front of the door. Just be aware that there are several apartments in the palazzo and I described the one with 5 bedrooms and a terrace.

Quality of sleep might be an issue due to 2 factors: - no air cons (16th century palazzo, so I do not think they are possible to install). The weather during our stay was extremely hot, so it was difficult to sleep. - noise from the street as the building is on the edge of old and new town and close to the big auto route. so take ear plugs if the noise is an issue for you. For me it was ok. There are 3 bathrooms in the apartment, but only two are in a good condition. It would be more convenient if the 3rd one is fixed. Be aware that Lucia who manages the house speaks only Italian and Russian. For us it was not a problem at all as we are form Russia.
