ビックサイトに行くには最高でした！

近くにヨーカドーもありコンビニもあり目の前にバス停があるのでとても良かったです！

テレビのミラーリングが途中から出来なくなってしまったのとエアコンが途中で止まってしまうのとコインランドリーが1つしか無いので取り合いとは言わないですが、半分取り合いになってしまう事です。

Хороший отель в отличном районе

Отель в очень хорошем тихом месте. После шумных туристических районов Токио самое то. Удобный, достаточно просторный для 2х номер. Матрас мягкий, прям проваливаешься (я такое правда не люблю) и две удобнейшие подушки. В номере было жарко, не знаю с чем это связано, кондиционер включать не стали. Рядом с отелем небольшой сквер. Со ст. Kiba, ближайший выход к отелю -Exit 1. В 15 мин.ходьбы от отеля ТЦ Fukagawa Gatharia в котором есть все. С аэропорта Нарита удобнее добираться на поездах Keisei Limited express с пересадкой через ст.Nihombashi. Мы в день приезда приехали на ст.Токио и оттуда добирались в отель. Эта пересадка оказалось неудобным, не рекомендую, особенно если в с багажом. Благодарю отзывчивый персонал, который помогал нам по всем нашим мелким вопросам.

Мягкий матрас( Но это, конечно, не минус отелю, а просто мое личное предпочтение.

一泊9千円台とはいえもう2度と行きたくないホテル。

値段の割には、①今時オートロックでもない。②駅から遠たかだかたかだか領収書の書式などこちらの依頼をなかなか聞いてくれなかった。④コインランドリーも一つしかない。とにかく値段の割にはお得感まるでなかった。

it was a great stay at the hotel. outside the whole day, getting back to a clean room

the cleaning service and trust for the staff has left me a really positive image of the hotel, with the staff when they see me would kind of greet me when i come through the doors.

more washing machines and dryers as i found my self waiting for hours for others to finish

Very nice to stay!!

The staff was awesome, especially the fist day a women was very kind enough my tiredness go off.

the check out time is unheard of ,even though they had a room they didn't give it to me and asked to wait.as per their policy they charge 1000 YEN per hour if one wants room earlier to 3 pm.That is their policy.This should be flexible.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location.

From the bathroom, to the bed, and the service and accommodation from the staff, everything was very good.

The price was a bit off. It is a budget hotel, but for a family of 3, it will be quite expensive. It was made cheap only by a campaign coupon.

Very good

The restaurant making me founded the meaning of the breakfast. Leisure music , street seeing and simple food. I always order the 和食 for preparing my whole day. ( I was forgot to write the review before, so this time I write it down)

The laundry room don't have 2in1 laundry machine to save the time. When I was busy to do my stuff.. I don't have time to go to laundry room . I really hope that they can insert one 2 in 1 machine

value for money. i will come back

the choice of breakfast is limited. either western or eastern. quality is good. freshly prepared, good free flow of coffee. when you stay longer it becomes a bit boring. you might want to change to a bento as alternative. bed is very comfortable, HUGE TV screen although only one English channel (BBC news) . used my laptop and the free internet to get entertained staff is very friendly although command of English is limited. google translate helped ! quiet neighborhood, but less than 10 min walk to the metro

there is only one lift for eight floors. so during peak hours you have to wait a while to get to the lobby.

Saw a cockroach, the laundry room is poor, room is not comfortable to work at desk if you're my height
