A equipe do hotel super atenciosa

Breakfast was very good.
Location near Opera House and several excellent restaurants.
Room was small. Curtain didn’t cover window.

ok
the ants, and the noise, so I had to change room to a windowless one which i hate
4.0 / 10.0
The place is not nearly a boutique, but just a low profile hostel with three tier bunk beds and smelly linen. No towels at check in and some appeared after several queries.
Receptionists behave as if you do not exist.

An excellent location and friendly staff. The breakfast was very good and the decor of the place was cool.
However, I was a bit disappointed with the room. Although relatively cheap, the room was tired, a bit grubby and desperately in need of a bit of a bit of TLC. The photos on the site were clearly taken a while ago.

Good location near the main Plaza in Manaus
The rooms are dated and could of been much improved with a deep clean. The breakfast wasn’t good for the price paid for the stay

Very central to center city sites. Walkable to museums, when they were open, and restaurants. Comfortable rooftop patio and street side balcony.
Rooms are very small. Be prepared.

The location - right in the city center - and the wifi, the fastest i've ever used in Brasil.
The windows have holes at the top corners so they're not mosquito proof and that bothered my sleep. There was music from the restaurants across the street until 12am.

Location is near perfect: a block away from the theater and the Saint Sebastian plaza. This is the area you want to stay in Manaus. Also, the staff was top notch. Everyone was extremely friendly, and helped with any request I made. Everything was pretty clean.
My main issue was that my booking did not make clear at all that my room was windowless, otherwise I would have never booked it. Don’t get me wrong, the room was alright; it’s just that I cannot stand windowless rooms. They should really make clear when you book your stay that the room lacks windows; as it stands, the photos are pretty ambiguous. A very bizarre decision is to divide the bathroom from the rest of the room by using a regular curtain. Whoever came up with that idea is a fool, for obvious reasons. Also, for a windowless room the noises from the street and the other rooms filtered through, which was not great. Finally, my last complaint is that the internet was not great. All in all, the hotel is good, just be careful when choosing your room; you really don’t want the one I stayed in.

Absolutely nothing.
There were blood in the curtains, the room was smelly ( mothballs - naphthalene).
The room was extremely small, there were no space for a single person, imagine for two people. No room for luggage. The street is super noisy and the window doesn't close properly, so you are able to hear everything outside.
Will never stay in this hotel again.
