O local tem um potencial muito bom, embora hoje esteja um pouco aquem do que poderia ser.

Ótima localização, embora a noite o barulhos dos bares nas proximidades atrapalhe um pouco quem quer descansar.

O ambiente tem uma decoração antiga (em quantidade mais do que o ideal) e parece um pouco descuidada, cheiro de mofo em alguns ambientes.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt mitten in Manaus.

Das Personal ist ganz besonders hervorzuheben. Äußerst zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist genau so wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung ersichtlich.

Ohne Portugiesisch kommt man fast nicht weiter. Es ist also immer gut, eine Übersetzungsapp oder ein Wörterbuch dabei zu haben. Mit Spanisch kommt man noch am weitersten, sollte man kein Portugiesisch sprechen.

Friendly staff, good location, great coffee, comfortable bed.

Sheets and towels are old looking. The throw rugs are old and all dirty.

La camera si trovava sotto la reception ed avendo pavimento in legno che corrispondeva al soffitto della camera stessa era fastidioso e disturbava. La camera assegnata non aveva luce naturale sufficiente..

die historische Ausstattung war liebevoll, die Lage direkt an der Oper, super, das Frühstück vielfältig

insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Moskitonetz mehr als lückenhaft, der kleine Pool nicht wirklich sauber.

Malgré l’emplacement idéal, je n’y retournerai pas

La localisation et le charme extérieur de la Maison

La chambre familiale au rez de chaussée sans fenêtre sur l’extérieur, juste une petite lucarne donnant sur le couloir, avec 2 lits ajoutés pour enfants qui prenaient toute la place, rien à voir avec les photos de réservation sur booking….le « bassin » extérieur qui était inutilisable suite nous a t on dit à un groupe qui en a plus que profité le we précédent, donc eau sale et trouble mais pas d’action évidente mise en place pour le nettoyer. Absence de coffre forte pour sécuriser les papiers et argent… un conseil ne laissez rien de valeur dans la chambre. Et la clef de la chambre plus que sommaire comme serrure…, pas de place pour ranger les vêtements, du coup tout reste dans les valises, enfin presque…

Localização ótima, mas atendimento pode melhorar (muito)

A localização é excelente. A estrutura também é boa, e seria ainda melhor se mais bem cuidada.

O quarto, no andar de baixo, perto da piscina, possui uma janela com apenas com uma cortina transparente, o que faz com que entre muita luz nas primeiras horas do dia. Na entrada, há uma escadaria para chegar até a recepção e não foi oferecida ajuda com as malas. O mesmo aconteceu com o acesso ao quarto, que era no andar de baixo. A porta do hotel fica fechada com uma corrente com cadeado e cada hospede fica com a chave. Achei esta forma um pouco insegura para os hóspedes e a porta é difícil de abrir e fechar. Ao informar que faria check out antes da hora do café e perguntar se seria possível seprar um lanche (como é comum os hotéis fazerem), recebi antes de 11h da manhã pão de queijo e bolo c calda. Quando perguntei como comeria um bolo com calda e se haveria talher descartável, a funcionária disse que café não estava incluído e que era isso q tinha. Minha sorte é que a funcionária da madrugada entendeu a situação e forneceu um talher. A piscina parecia não ser limpa há algum tempo, assim como as áreas externas.

A localização é excelente.

Quarto com mal cheiro no banheiro, pouca iluminação por conta da janela ser voltada para a rua e não poder ficar com a cortina aberta. Muito barulho, pois o quarto fica na calçada do hotel. Ambiente muito antigo sem reforma e camas muito desconfortáveis.

Great location, friendly responsive staff.

Hands down the best location in Manaus- in the old town and incredibly close to some great sights and walkable to many restaurants. It’s very well decorated and has plenty of nice outdoor seating for lounging or playing cards. highly recommend.

Really good experience, charming location!

I loved the charming locality and furnishing of the accommodation. It was such a nice hotel and a tasty breakfast. The staff were helpful and accommodating. I could only recommend staying here.

Overall overpriced. I would not recommend.

Location is great , rooms have air conditioning. Decor of the house.

The rooms are small, towels are poor quality. Water glasses in tve room were dirty. The hotel sells its service as a boutique with a more exclusive experience, however in comparison to other hotels we stayed in the same trip, the Casa Perpetua is overpriced. Breakfast is also very poor both in quality and variety.

Old architecture at a reasonable price.

Great location and the old architecture and the collection of stuff was fun.

it is an old building, so the lack of an easily accessible plug for charging wasn’t a surprise - just an annoyance.

Beautiful old hotel, nicely renovated.

Beautiful old building close to Teatro Amazonas and many good restaurants. Nicely renovated and decorated. Staff very nice. Those that spoke little or no English often spoke Spanish, so we communicated that way. Breakfast was limited to cold items, but good. They let us store our bags while we did a tour.

Many windows and doors did not seal, so mosquitoes and other insects were a problem. We used the mosquito netting provided, but it was somewhat inconvenient.

Quaint with a GREAT location.

This hotel was built around the same time as the Opera House, the late 1800s, and reflects the charm of that ear. The layout is tight, but well-maintained. You could not ask for a better location, two minutes from the Opera House and a twenty minute walk to the Port Passenger Terminal and Municipal Market.

Not a bad place for a tourist in Manaus.

The location was very good to tour historic Manaus. The room was comfortable and reasonably clean. The bed was comfortable.

We were expecting a little nicer place based upon the ratings we had read. The hotel is older than it looks in the picture. based on U.S. standards I would rate it about a 2.8.

We had a lovely stay and even came back after our visit to the Amazon!

The staff was lovely. The garden area was really nice. The decor was lovely and the lounge area was nice - we sat and had a drink in the beautiful study.

Just that the family room was a ground / street level. It was noisy which is not a bad thing but we could hear every word of people walking by.
