Un personnel sympathique mais une propreté délaissée

Un personnel très sympathique et un logement bien situé.

La propreté du logement, des serviettes avec des taches jaunes, des cheveux sur les draps, des placards sales, de la vaisselle graisseuse. Mais aussi le fait de devoir aller jeter sa poubelle alors que c'est une appatHOTEL et que le service de nettoyage ne soit pas très régulier.

staff are nice and location really good but rooms are dirty

the location was quite good, not far away from the supermarket, the bus station and most important, from the beach. and the staff are really nice and put a smile on our face by how friendly they were.

the room were dirty, the sheets had some hairs and the pool, well, we didnt dare to go a second time in it and prefer the beach. There are no soaps for the hands, you have to buy it yourself.

Very nice staff and good value, but very noisy and quite dirty.

Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, we had to wash all the kitchenware before using it as everything was quite dirty, with oil traces and not properly cleaned. Overall cleaning of the room is quite superficial as well, semi-clean floors, stained towels. Very noisy rooms, you can hear all the noise from the neighbors next door and upstairs, plus the loud pool area.

excellent would recommend

had a lovely stay at las mariposas ...their staff were so welcoming from the 1st minute we arrived lucy and inez made us feel welcome ... and it continued on from there lucy inez miguel and roman especially went out of their way for us .. had lovely breakfasts delivered by inez .. and the lovely lucy especially friendly and welcoming ... all in all great ! mr r busst and william busst

Exceptional

Nice and clean apartments with comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen and balcony with a pleasent view within walking distance from the city centre and beaches.The staff is friendly and willling to make the extra mile for guest satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this place. Very good quality-price ratio.

We had an OK stay at Aparthotel Las Mariposas, but they should definitely take better care of the rooms to make their cl

The room was nice sized and had a really pretty balcony, plus the pool was really nice. The staff as well.

The main problem was the cleanliness, which was really poor: we found stains on blankets, windows, utensils (there was no dish soap and they had been put away dirty), one of the covers of the bed was partially burned and therefore there was a hole. Plus no matter how hard we tried, we couldn’t manage to make the A/C work and slept with 30 degrees in the room. One more thing: the elevator didn’t often work and we had to take the stairs.

Great Location 10mins to the sea/shops/restaurants 15mins to main bus station.the pool area is absolutely nice not overcrowded,some food at the bar was nice. Quite location Girls at reception very kind

Lots of young people groups were very noisy 4nights out of 8couldnt sleep in room 304 .some sun lounges damaged but was plenty to choose.

the girls at reception were really friendly and kind. everything was clean. the kitchen has everything you need. the pool is great. we even had a balcony. For the prize it was excellent

Superb

Nice apart hotel. Very helpful staff. The rooms have everything you need for living: dishes, some kitchen utensils. Conveniently, there is a pool and snack bar downstairs. Entertainment and playground are fully consistent with the photographs. Supermarkets, cafes, etc. within a 5-minute walk. The nearest beach to the hotel is 15 minutes walk. We liked it most of all those that are available in the area. We were very pleased that our beach was Fenals. The cleanest, not enormous and there is everything for a pleasant stay.
