Leuk hotel met gevarieerde bezoekers. Toplocatie en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Locatie en zwembad. Ondanks grootte van hotel was het zwembad nooit heel erg druk. En ook van het feit dat er veel jongeren in hotel aanwezig zijn was totaal niet vervelend. Wel fijn eigenlijk zo’n tegenovergesteld ritme want daarom was er niemand in zwembad voor 14:00;) Erg aardig personeel en schoonmaker! Ontbijt helemaal prima, iedere ochtend vriendelijk ontvangen door de gastheer Aan de overkant al meteen een aantal winkeltjes met de bekende Spaanse artikelen. Voor onze kinderen fantastisch daar zelf ff heen te kunnen

De kamer is verouderd, onze deur was zichtbaar ooit een keer ingetrapt en ging daardoor alleen dicht met op slot doen. Al bij al geen ramp en niet heel erg van invloed op ons verblijf

Lovely week in Lloret De Mar

Staff were lovely, hotel was clean, spa area was great, nice pool & pool bar, good location, lots of options for breakfast, activities on at night, value for money 😀 We had a nice big balcony (room 609) with a view of the pool and you could just see the sea. I would definitely recommend!

Air con wasn't great for the first few days but got better, not sure if the hotel centrally controls it.

Great option for the price

Nice swimming pool, hot tub and wellness. Staff is very kind!

Rooms could be more spacious, half board guests doesnt have drinks at the dinner.

We liked breakfast ,clean hotel,friendly staff

The noise at night by other people staying there no one told them to keep the noise down. There was roof top pool or heated pool as stated. The roads were very noise. No security, no lifeguard no cctv. Didn’t give us an early wake up call as promised

The personality of the people that worked in the kitchen , especially Giovanni that asked if there was anyone with any kind of allergies and helped them choosing some good food .

Hotel disappointed.

Food can be more various, but still it was not bad, some days even very good and tasty

Breakfast every day same, not a big choice. Very noisy, very small pool and spa with only one sauna, other out of order. Too small rooms, uncomfortable beds, extremely old TV, out of order.

We made this reservation for our family to sleep one night. We could not use the room, hotel full of people drunk, noisy, no parking anywhere. It was not the place to stay with children at all, even one night. We had to choose not staying in the hotel because it was imposible to rest in a place like that and NOT appropiate at all for children. We did the search in booking page for a family hotel... THAT IS NOT AN HOTEL FOR A FAMILY WITH SMALL CHILDREN. It would be nice of you, if you return my money back. I am looking forward to hearing from you Regards Francisco Aparicio

Clean and comfortable, stuck in another era

Clean, comfortable.

This hotel is stuck in another time. WiFi is not free. Too early breakfast. Until 9:45h. An old TV from 20 years ago still taking space in the rooms. Noisy guests. Many party youth and groups. The bathroom has a sign that htop hotels has regard for sustainability and asks guests to reuse the towels, or put to put them on the floor for a change. In reality, all towels are changed every day. Apparently the sustainability aspects are not communicated to the staff. Sachets for shampoo and shower gel and soap blocks are also not done these days.

We had a relaxing few days and particularly enjoyed the rooftop area.

There was a lot of choice at breakfast and all staff were friendly and efficient. The guy on reception ( forgot his name) but he was great

I think breakfast time and dinner times should be extended, 8- 9am can get a little crowded when lots of guests are there. Mattresses could do with changing. They were passable but not the most comfortable.

Disappointing

food, cleanliness, location.

The hotel is excellent however despite the fact that the hotel has declared itself to be safe in terms of covid many people walk around the hotel and the dining room without masks. hotel staff don't tell people to follow the rules.
