Todo muy bueno.
Como sugerencia, deberían incluir el desayuno en el valor del alojamiento como todo los hoteles donde he ido.

Hotel in pieno barrio Getsemani, letto comodo e stanza pulita (raro in colombia), senza insetti al giro. Silenziosa durante la notte. Ogni giorno passano a riordinare a camera che era abbastanza grande e ben arredata.
Tutto ok

Great location, good value, would stay again.
Perfect location for us, friendly staff, clean room. We were able to store our bags on our travel day which was massively helpful.
Great AC and not as loud as other streets nearby.

Limpieza a diario, climatizada y personal diligente.
Tal vez una sabana un poco más gruesa por el frío.

Clean room, private bathroom, great A/C. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location- super close to Getsemani but far enough away from the main/busy area that it was a lot quieter.

Superb Location in midst of touristical Cartagena

Very clean, good AC and TV.
Location good, in a quiet street just off a busy street, about 15 minutes from the beachfront and centre of old town.
No windows to the outside - they just opened onto a corridor.
They rented rooms by the hour... So not really family friendly.
Good for sleeping... not great for being in the hotel (as I was, ill)
The church next door started drumming about 7:30 on Sunday and went on to about 14:00 almost non-stop.

The location was central yet somehow quiet. The room was clean
Our room had no outside windows and everyone was passing by our window which faced the interior of the hotel. At some point a strange man stood by our window and would not go even when we asked and it felt very uneasy. Due to no windows facing the outside there was a lack of fresh air. We had to close the windows in order not to be watched at our sleep or getting dressed and the whole situation was a bit uncomfortable. In our booking it said that the room had a ceiling fan but it did not exist- they did provide standing fan but it was very loud .

The location is great. Had all necessities.
The bathroom is right next to staff room so you hear them and I assume they hear you and all your bathroom fun. Only windows to hallway. Not a big deal for short stay but didn't feel super private for those reasons.

clean room, friendly staff, walking distance to main attractions
outside surrounding did not have much lights in the evening. Would not recommend walking by yourself, especially if a female.

The bed was comfortable and room had AC
When we arrived at night, the bathroom wooden mirror had swarms of tiny bugs (termites?). When we asked if they had another room, there were none available and the hotel staff gave us a Raid spray to kill the bugs, so seems like this is a known issue. Hotel also did not provide shampoo. The rooms were not very soundproof. We heard loud music and talking in the hallways late into the night/early morning and loud construction in the morning the next day. No hot water in the shower (but this will be true for most of the hotels in the area)

location
it was the worst hotel I ever stayed, no windows to the outside, everywhere mold and moist, could not breath! Do not stay there!
7.0
Close enought to Centro histórico which is very convenient
No windows in the room, noisy staff and other guests.
4.0
The best part is the location of the hotel.
The beds are uncomfortable, the room we we're given constantly had loud noises and people talking at all times during the evening and early morning. We ordered a single double bed but we're given two single beds. The rooms have notices inside of them about minors being brought back here which is distriburing. You can rent rooms by the hour, which is not a good look and is probably why you hear people around at all hours.
