Beautiful view.

It is in an excellent location, you have everything within reach, the apartment is super nice it has an excellent view, the beds very comfortable, each space has air conditioning, the wonderful pool, the staff of the building and the ladies of the toilet all very friendly, the truth is recommended I loved my stay in this place.

The only bad thing is that the dryer didn't work for us.

Disappointing

The view of the ocean was good. I did not need to use the air condition. The apartment was very cool all day and night.

There were no toiletries as advertised. These were supposed to be included as stated in the list of amenities. Many of the lights bulbs were not functioning properly. They flickered continuously. The kitchen utensils were inadequate. The building security would not allow my friend who lives there to visit my apartment to have dinner with me and my family.

Very good

The room is beautiful and the view is stunning, especially during sunset! Very walkable, and the AC is very nice. We would stay here again! The pool was incredible.

we were not left with any extra toilet paper. We were not given any soap or shampoo or conditioner or laundry detergent or dish soap. When I asked the front desk for an extra roll of toilet paper. They said that it wasn’t their problem.

amazing apartment for great value

such a nice building with 24/7 security and they are all very pleasant. Great pool and an amazing view of the ocean!

the controls for the blinds were a little confusing, there was no soap of any kind provided unfortunately as well. These are small nitpicks though, overall it was my favorite accommodation in Colombia!

Disappointing

The view

The pool was under maintenance, which was not announced to us before we arrived. Therefore we could not cancel our reservation anymore. We never received the access code to the apartment from the owner. In the end we got it from the cleaner.

Exceptional

The apartment is well appointed, very comfortable and clean. Perfect for four people. It has a well stocked kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, blender, juicer, pots and pans, wine glasses, dishes, kitchen towel, etc). There are two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, with an additional third full bathroom. There is also a washer and drier. The balcony is large and very private, perfect for outdoor gathering. The building itself is very well maintained and cared for, the staff, courteous and very helpful. The building and its surroundings felt very safe at all times. It is very well located, a short (and inexpensive) taxi ride from the historic city center, and a very short walk from supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping and restaurants. It is by far one of the nicest buildings on the area. The beaches that surround it are ok, but nicer, less crowded ones are a short walk away, as is a beautiful bike path, perfect for running or walking. All in all, I highly recommend it! Can’t wait to be back!
