Amazing place, amazing staff and amazing location.

Staff are lovely and very helpful. Room was kept spotless. Amazing location, minutes from the sea and a pleasant 20 minutes walk to the old town. Nice facilities and pool area. Perfect for a romantic getaway.

The kitchen could have a few more utensils.

Beautiful hotel/apartment, situated in Dobrota which just perfectly situated close to old Kotor (30 minutes walk by the lake) but far enough to enjoy some tranquility and peaceful sunset. Amazing restaurants 5 min walk from the hotel and wonderful staff!

The location, the view from the room, the garden, the pool and the staff were absolutely stunning! We stayed 4 nights in May at Alkima with 2 children. Although we were not that lucky with the weather, we had an amazing stay and that's also because this accommodation was just perfect! The staff was so helpful and kind, they helped us a lot to make the best out of this journey. We enjoyed the spa a lot and it was so handy when the weather wasn't on our side. The location was also perfect as we had the sea close by and we were also able to walk to the city center. We are planning to return :).

We had a very pleasant stay here.

Perfect location, great view. Good beds, shower and facilities. We were most suprised that the dishes were done, hadn't expected this. Small supermarket two minutes away (with everything you need).

Great stay! Attentive staff, free bikes to get into the old town

Staff were lovely and very attentive, going above and beyond. Rooms were quite basic but clean and we had a great view of the sea from the balcony. The close proximity to the beach was perfect. The free bikes were great for getting to the old town and back, and to the mussel farm. Loved the nearby Turkish restaurant on the beach, and the step market a couple of hundred metres away had everything you’d need. We didn’t try the breakfast but it looked good and varied.

The only negative was the terrible, loud commercial music blasting out constantly by the pool, but they would turn it down if you asked.

What a great place! A very nice pool with sunbeds, (long towels are provided!). Very friendly staff that could not have been more helpfull and apologetic when there was a little booking mixup. Their solution was to put us up in their best and biggest appartment at no extra cost. We were delighted. And this apartment is incredible: not a 'holiday rental' but a true home away from home! Luxery fabrics on furniture, full kitchen with big freezer in the fridge, airco in all rooms, not 1 but 2 full bathrooms and 2 balconies, both with seeview!! The garden in front of reception is vey cosy, with nice shaded seats. Parking for free in front of the place... so really...you cannot ask for anything more. We did not use breakfast as we wanted to enjoy the balcony view, but in passing I noticed the luxery of the different options, so probably a good choice!

Nothing could improve this place!

Comfy apartment in a quiet area

The receptionists were super nice to us! They were really kind and friendly and were always there to help us. The apartment was comfy and the pool was convenient since the days we stayed were a little bit windy, and we could not enjoy the sea.

Although the location is really beautiful and quiet, it is 30 mins walking distance from the center of Kotor.

Great staff who are very helpful. Breakfast is awesome and so is the accomodation (spotless)! Truly recommend it!

Some may say it's a bit far from the Old Town (abour 2.5km). Not a big deal with a car though (parking in the center costs 80 cents/hour.

Great property! Perfect location a few minutes walk from the beach. The property has a perfect swimming pool and spa. The staff was even more than very helpful and friendly especially Suzan. I strongly recommend this property. The staying exceeds the expectations by all means.

Nice garden and pool. Excellent staff.

The apartments (we lived at number 2) are really unkempt. Two dishes for four person, non-closing door to bedroom. The bathroom is so sad that we had gotten photos of it. Especially the wet floor after shower.

Very relaxing place

The pool is a big + The breakfast is good The atmosphere and the view are great Value for money if you’re 3 people in the apartment is really worth it! Also they provide bikes for free, that was perfect for me. The apartment is actually in the Hotel Alkima in case you don’t find it on the map.

There was a smell in the bathroom I walked from the bus station and it was longer than I expected but if you have a car or by taxi it’s no problem.

Just exceptional, don’t miss it!

We loved everything, super welcoming staff, full of attention towards customers, wonderful breakfast, super clean and comfortable apartments, nice pool and jacuzzi, you can leave the car and walk along water to the old town ( nice restaurants on the way and peaceful view on water). I strongly recommend !!

Loved it.

Excellent choice of food and drink for breakfast and the friendly cook always ensures there’s plenty of everything. All staff are friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. Away from the crowds but enough good eateries nearby. Lovely walk in both directions along coast.

It needs to be made clear that the apartments are part of the Hotel Alkima. That’s where you collect your keys. Simple had we known. If I have to find something I didn’t like I’d say perhaps the chairs on the balcony were not very comfortable. But that’s a bit nit picky!

My holiday here was amazing. The staff was incredible kind and very helpful. The apartments are very clean and the location is very close to the beach, market and restaurants. In our last evening there we had a surprise from the staff, they brought as a botle of champgne and some cookies. I recommend Alkima Hotel and Jovanovic Apartments.

Excellent

We had an excellent and comfortable stay for 6 nights. And we had the best view of the coast on the 3rd floor. The kitchen facilities were complete. Beds were comfortable. Had daily cleaning. The location was good, it was not very busy since its around 15mins walk to the old town. The staffs were friendly and approachable. And we had a bottle of wine as a welcome.

Breakfast was the same everyday. Location on the map was on the back side. Call the property before arriving to know where exactly is the property.
