Property is super cute and there are a lot of gathering / hangout spots. Bedroom is very spacious. Breakfast service was lovely, they’re very attentive and breakfast food is fine. The 24/7 front desk means you can come any time and drop your bags off even at 7 am (which is what I did) before leaving for the day until check in. Location is great - close to parks and cafes.
Not a lot of sound proofing, so bring earplugs. The restaurant food varies from not very good to fine.

Beautiful properly in a quiet residential neighborhood. Private.
The bed was not my favorite but I really liked everything else.

Location was great. Close to metro and buses and lots of really great restaurants. Staff was very friendly and offered great recommendations. Likes variety of breakfast.
Where is the spicy Mexican food?! Breakfast was delicious but kept waiting for picante.
I couldnt hear others in their room only the opening and closing of the door to the rooms.

the location was amazing and the perfect base to explore Condesa and Roma on foot. The included breakfast was also delicious.

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The atmosphere was beautiful and serene and the location was close to parks and restaurants.
The only negative is minor - the cable TV was very limited and only worked at times.

very good location, beautiful settings, very friendly staff.Breakfast is modest.
our room was advertised as "double deluxe room", although it has 1(one!) full (!) bed, was not big with a small bathroom.
It has a terrace, though. there is no Hotel sign on the building. You have to guess it by the address.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel Boutique Villa Condesa. There is nothing we can really fault. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location suited us perfectly and we were able to walk to most of our destinations, not one moment did we feel unsafe, day or night. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and options to choose from. Our room had all the facilities we've needed, comfortable bed, AC, lovely spacious bathroom with shower. If we stay in Mexico City again, we will definitely stay here again.
There is nothing to complain about.

Beautiful hotel
Breakfast is exceptional
We had the suite which was lovely and spacious, the staff were really accommodating and friendly.
This was such a perfect base to explore the city.

The staff was welcoming and professional. We loved the design of the hotel and the location. Breakfast was tasty.
Our suite was located above the kitchen. That meant we heard them set up for the day around 6am each morning.
Water pressure in the shower was not strong but the faucet in the bathroom worked fine.
Our bed did not work well for two people as it was very soft and any movement by either of us would roll the other person into the middle of the bed.

Staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. Neighborhood was beautiful, quiet, and convenient.

I absolutely loved and enjoyed my stay at Hotel Villa Condesa. I stayed at one other hotel in the neighborhood while in Mexico City and Hotel Villa Condesa was by far my favorite. I felt looked after and I loved how clean everything was - including my room. I loved the natural light throughout the hotel, the garden and plants.
I enjoyed the daily breakfasts. I recommend the guava jam (which I learned guests can purchase from the front desk.)
I appreciated the front desk staff and all their help. A big thank you to KAYLEIGH, who gave detailed directions to my Uber driver (because my Spanish was very weak) on where I wanted to be dropped on my trip to Xochimilco.
I also felt very safe staying here - traveling solo - and the neighborhood was excellent. It was close to the parks, dinning options and etc. It was a quiet stay for me as well. I specifically requested a quiet room. If I am ever back in Mexico City, I would certainly look to stay at Hotel Villa Condesa. I hope you will too.
I only wish the hotel was not full booked, when I was there, so I could have stayed there longer. I didn't want to leave to go to my next hotel.

well appointed rooms. a lovely outdoor dining area and terrace. loved the balcony off of our bedroom.

This was a very comfortable hotel, in leafy Condessa, close to great bars and restaurants but also very quiet at night. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. I woud stay here again.
We got them to do some laundry for us and it cost $1,200!!! If you stay here and you need laundry done just take it to one of the launderettes nearby.

Brilliant location to escape the noise of the city yet so close to the sights. Very comfortable and stylish look and feel. A small hotel so personal service is good.
The ground floor bedrooms (ours was Room 5) were very dark as they had v little natural light. At check out, the price I expected to pay was converted at an artificial exchange rate (22.5 rather than the market rate of 18.5) which meant the final bill was about 15% higher than expected.

Great breakfast
The room was small and was quite damp. There was a really bad smell coming from the bathroom drains

Location is excellent. Restaurants & nightlife just a short walk. Breakfast is included. Nothing fancy, but I enjoyed starting my day off with a morning meal. Both Roma Norte and Condesa are beautiful neighborhoods with lots of trees, parks and green space. Highly recommend staying here while visiting Mexico City!
