This accommodation exceeded my expectations. Great location, the room (or rooms) are even better than what the pictures show. Great attention to detail in all senses!
Breakfast could be improved, especially considering that everything else in this hotel is AMAZING.

The staff were excellent!!! Very pleasant to deal with; very knowledgeable about the area. As accommodating as any staff could be. The apartment itself was also extremely nice. Almost as nice as my own home.
The 2nd day of our 6 day trip, the elevator went out of commission and was not repaired by the time we left 4 days later. This might not have been such an issue, however, we were traveling with my 88-year old mother-in-law and climbing/descending 5 flights of stairs placed a limit on our ability to 'come and go' as freely as possible. I would never rent a vacation home that had a 5-story walk-up and found this problem to weigh heavily on my family's ability to fully appreciate our time in Mexico City, given the premium we paid to stay at a Viadora property. We could have spent the same money on a nice hotel in the same Condesa neighborhood and not be inconvenienced like we were. Am not sure that in the future I would risk renting another Viadora property given this issue.

great location at a safe neighbourhood. super nice and friendly staff.
water flow from the Shower is a bit weak. one can hear water running through the pipes in the room. depending on the location of the room, one can hear the people in the corridor. In total the price is a bit high for the whole package one can expect to receive.

The spacious space. Good size bedrooms & bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen.
Need better quality towels. More attentive staff during breakfast hours.

We all (4 people) really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was really welcoming and helpful and the apartment was large and very clean. It's also located in a very lovely neighborhood near many parks, cafes and shops and short uber rides away from all the main tourist attractions. I only wish we had more time to explore! Staff is avail 24/7 for questions and security - overall staying here was a really great time!
Honestly, everything was A+ - no complaints

The ease of check in, the responsiveness of the front desk staff, the spaciousness, cleanliness and newness of the room, the daily cleaning. The location was spectacular.
It was a bit chilly in the room - no central heating and the mini heater in the master bedroom wasn't working. We asked for a space heater and got one and that worked perfectly.

really comfortable space.
we could hear the people walking around above us. might need more rugs in bedrooms to absorb the sound.

The apt was spacious and clean. Well stocked. Great showers.. great staff - even umbrellas in the lobby if you need. Great location - so much within walking distance - food, coffee 7-11, bars, park, tattoo parlor!

the space, the location, the size, the private bathrooms, the works, the minibar, the washer and dryer, the patio, free shuttle ride from airport
they forgot to clean the room 1 of the days, air conditioner only in 1 of 3 rooms (not really acceptable for the price we paid), the sockets in the front part of the apartment stopped working.

the location was the BEST BEST BEST! what a beautiful safe and cozy location bordering right between La Cindesa and Roma on the Amsterdam walking street- with abundant cafes, restos and trendy upscale neighborhood. Wish we could have stayed a month!

space was beautiful, decor so modern and nice. Home away from home. Staff very helpful. Location is central and near great restaurants.
water pressure. water wouldn't get hot. heater is only in the main bedroom so if visiting during the winter, can get quite chilly.

The location, the staff, and building itself were incredible. I came with 7 friends that can be hard to please (we can be a bit boujee), and we rented three of the 3 bdr/3bth apartments. The hardest to please of them all arrived first, and sent me a text that said "This place is SWANK!" All of us would definitely stay here again.
Minor nitpick, but there's only one key per apartment. However, there's a 24 hour security guard that is able to let you up to your room if you don't have your key.

The apartment itself was ok
but we have been overcharged for smoking on the balcony (which was permitted by the staff!) 200 US$ and 60US$ because we lost the key which made the lift working…. Really bad surprise to see these extra costs on the final bank debit!
