It was an Okay experience in the apartment given the price we paid!

The location of the apartment is just opposite to the beach and nice breakfast place nearby. We just parked on the street for free during weekends. The balcony and beach view were good. Can't access swimming pool as it wasn't open during this period. It was an okay experience for the given price, wish we could have booked somewhere else for this price, otherwise it's good for 6 people, its a kind of residential apartment so we have to be mindful of the neighbors.

No clear instructions on locating the property so we had to spend few mins to locate roaming around , we requested to split the beds in master bed room over the phone which wasn't done. Microwave didn't work for us in this apartment.

Comfortable, class, balcony is to die for.

Everything. It was a nice place. Close enough to the city. But maybe weekend and holiday didn’t allow but it would have been better to have the host or the renting company to meet clients.

A person not receiving us or calling us was not professional in my view. One has to look for number and then be put on hold, although they were so polite, adds to the stress of finding taxi at arrival not having been spoken to by a human being for etc for international travelers who do not speak Spanish arrive hungry, and hv to discover without guidance. Signing such an extensive contract with the property manager for a three day stay- would say is unnecessary cumbersome. More than 7 days- understandable. Some unexplained charges on the contract gave us pause.

The link wasn’t working and when we called they said oh yes indeed it does not work. They where very nice ta ask if we made it inside. I also requested if the could make to rooms queen aoze beds, when we arrived was not done. 1 key is not enough!!

The pool Was very nice

To far away from city, checking in was quite difficult at the first floor door, we waited for another resident to let us in, as the automatic key didn’t work. Tried calling through WhatsApp but no answer. There was an empty packet of cigarettes in the bedroom. Great access to shops and taxis to the city. Room was quite old and needs attention.

Me and my mate were amazed by the apartment we got which was a corner view with the pool on the left and the beach view on the right which was just overwhelming! Proper spot for relaxing and working as it is very quiet, with zero to no disturbances. If booking make sure to book with a few friends if travelling for business meet ups, as all facilities would be used then!

I would say that the balcony is pretty big and pretty spacious. The kitchen is pretty good, it had two bathrooms. I did like that every room leads to the balcony and the view was pretty neat. Not too far from the beach.

I didn't like that the only access into the building is with your phone. I had a horrible situation and I was running low on batt I come out of a restaurant really late at night and I had to rush to get to the apartment so I wouldn't be stuck outside as there no security and no one to call late nights to help me get in

Nice location and great neighbourhood. Good electronic equipment in the kitchen. The terrace was the best. Living room cute. Parents suite good size. Defenitly enough for what we needed

We were supposed to get 2 bedrooms, got one OK 2nd one was half a room, very small, with a bunk bed, was not comfortable. The shower was difficult to get indies, just a narrow open of the glasses needed to squeeze in. The place was not as clean as I hoped it would be. Not enough towels. No towels in the kitchen. The ventas in Bath showers did not work. Not enough toilet paper.

property was the perfect place to stay for me and my friends, but unfortunately I have been charged for extra cleaning fees from my deposit. they clearly said if anything is broken then that will only be charged, nothing had been broken, yes I totally understand we was a lil noisy but we controlled it in a proper manner I’m taking this matter further and getting ombudsman and my solicitor involved very disappointed

Price per night versus comfort,not suitable.

All comfort like being home,including Netflix on TV. Good quality beds. 2 bathrooms and proper cooking facilities.

Around xmass days rent per night approx.400euros,the price after xmass season 178 euros per night)is more suitable,throughout the year! No good isolations between apartments,neighbours could hear Us and we could hear the neighbours. Extending for a night(2times),because we were searching for a suitable apartment for long term rent,I had to remind them twice to extend validity of the virtual keys,I was not able to enter apartment between 11am till 3pm,because these are standard times for check in and out.So I had to call them,it did not get to their minds,when people extend the stay and pay for it,to extend validity of these virtual keys.

Lack of customer service

Location is close to the beach and 5 min walk to a big shopping centre. Building is close the the bus stop. Apartment was spacious enough and very clean.

No staff was available for early check out and to leave luggage. We rang them and the woman on the phone said she'll send someone to let us in. We waited and there was no one. When we rang again she kept on rejecting the call. The office was close either. Thankfully there was a cafe at the entrance and we stayed there before we could check in. When we were paying they said we can leave our luggage in the office, when we have already paid there was no one to accommodate us. What a pity. Would have been a great experience except for the unavailability of staff.

Location, size, poolside.

The balcony is dirty, it could do with a clean. The bedroom shutters don’t work so difficult to have a lie in. Ac can be loud. no curtains or blinds in living room so it’s unfair on the person sleeping on the sofa.

excellent location, short ride to tourist area, but away from the crowds

Spacious, very clean. close we to beach, very nice pool. staff was helpful. Area was quiet. Would definitely stay again.

We initially had difficulty finding entrance and unlocking door with link, but then we called and they walked us through it and then was perfect for the remainder of our stay.

Disappointed

Unfortunately, cannot think of what we liked, it was not what we expected at all. We visited 4 cities in Spain and this was the most expensive rental, we expected a bigger apartment with a view, it was not big and it did not have a view, Very Small terrace to the street.

Apartment was small, Had a very strong cigar smoke odor. No view at all to which we expected,
