Very good

Very comfortable beds, good living arrangement with bedrooms upstairs so didn't disturb kids sleeping Staff very helpful and friendly - they let us use the tennis courts at 9pm and turned on the lights Very quiet location and convenient to supermarket and places to buy dinner Location convenient for what what we were in Liverpool to do

Townhouse a bit worn out in places but it was clean, comfortable, warm and quiet

Pleasant staff..bed was comfortable

Rooms need TLC...water damage evident cracked walls and ceilings..tv remote held together with tape and barely worked..Entry doors not working Sewer pipe issues with the wonderful aroma permeating even after staff attempts to minimise with heavily scented freshener

Overall a great place to stay when you need a night away or are away for work

It was great, great price for the little town house .

The neighbours 2 units down were playing loud music / singing and talking very loud until 5:30

The fact that security did nothing about guests slamming doors and having their domestic up and down the hallway yelling and swearing half the night up till around 3:30am

It was like a halfway house with the ppl that were in rooms around us. The room smelt bad. The PowerPoint near bed was hanging out of the wall. The bathroom was mouldy, and the hair dryer was hanging on by double sided tape. The shower flooded tye bathroom as gathering drain is higher then the floor drain..... There was no phone to call reception when we had noisy ppl next door who were spoke to by other ppl staying here as well and asked to be quiet. But for 2 nights i got no sleep because of them . These ppl were smoking cannabis which made the whole hallway smell. (I know this because I've been in the police for 21 years) The money I paid was ridiculous.... I could go on with more.

room was great and had a practical desk to work on. power points for laptop and phone charger in useful locations. plenty of out ashtrays for smokers. rooms with a balcony 7/11 only two blocks away

Good clean and Comfy.

The beds were comfortable, and the room was big enough and clean. The shower had lovely pressure.

There are no plates or knives to be able to spread toast, yet there is a toaster in the room.

No breakfast and restaurant not open on either day.

the room smelt of stale cigarettes despite it being a non smoking room. It was clean however. The place could do with some updating as it was run down.

this is the second time that the tv didn’t work. don’t know if the remotes need new batteries. same with air conditioners remote control. maybe you should check them

Needs a Reno especially bathroom curtains very old fashioned really needed a reno in the whole room
