One room smelt like cigarettes the first night. Just old and needs an upgrade. I won’t stay here again.

My spouse and i spent 3 nights here in early October. There is plenty of free parking. Room was a good size. We choose the hotel because it is close to where relatives are living. We did not hear noise from bars etc in hotel room. The access to the rooms is a bit awkward at present, as the main access is blocked off. Room had reasonable facilities but would of preferred a hand basin in bathroom space, rather than using a kitchen sink.

Johnoo was great as normal great staff and great food

Presently under renovation. The stairs are a killer on knees. This should be improved when a lift is added during renovations. Surprisingly quiet with double glazed windows facing the main road. Forgot my power cord to assist when equipment I need to plug in won't suit the available positions.

Weren’t allowed access to our room after booking online. Tried to call the number available countless times in an attempt to book a room and never got an answer. Was guaranteed a refund and had emails and phone calls ignored. Forced to sleep on the streets for a night in Liverpool.

We had a room and booked it for 3 adults. I think they should change that, because one double bed for 3 grown adults is hardly decent. Sorry guys.

When we first arrived, we were very lost. It wasn’t until we finally went to the bar to ask someone we realised there was a sign saying check in around the other side of the bar. This wasn’t very clear for guests and wasn’t noted on the check in email.
My Wife has asthma and the room was slightly overwhelming for her with a musky smell and we couldn’t open any windows to allow some airflow so we had the door open for sometime.
Would have been nice if the smart tvs feature could have been accessible and not disabled to be able to mirror devices to watch movies or streaming services.
With that being said: The price per night was great, there was hardly any noise for down stairs, The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was perfect! You’re in a great location close to everything we needed.

Stayed in motel rooms which were spacious . There was no hair dryer. Enjoyed the stay

The room was very good , except for the musty smell

Room windows were supposed to be block out. They were not. Bathroom/toilet light did not work! Shower screen door track dirty and not easy to open or close. For $89 I guess you can’t expect the world BUT lights should work and be checked regularly!

The room was decent and clean however the light switch in the bathroom didn’t work with the switch being broken. The small milks in the fridge were off and clunky.
It was hard to find where to check-in as there’s no reception desk. I checked in at the bar. The staff were great and helpful.
The bistro served good food.
For the purpose of my stay the room was suitable as I only needed somewhere to stop overnight.

I tried reaching out to Wotif to move my booking to return on the 27th instead of the 1st of April was told they have to contact property manager and they will get back to me in 3 days and i received an email 2 days later stating booking can't be changed and i reached out again on the 29th to Wotif and was told they can change the booking but i will be charged $125 equal of one night stay and i asked why i wasn't told this when i reached out on the 24th and was told my booking can't be changed i was not given an answer.
I stayed in room 6 and i made my complaint to the hotel and to Wotif the bulb inside the bathroom doesn't work i asked for it to be replaced i was told they can't replace it and they have to get an electrician out to change the bulb inside the bathroom 6 days without a light inside the bathroom and was never offered a room replacement not a compensation and my booking wasn't changed and i just couldn't stay for one more day and left early
The chair inside of room 6 is disgustingly dirty there is stains all over the seat and in different colours and i documented and took videos of the light that was not working and picture of the stained seat
Zero help was given by the hotel and the property manager in every single aspect and concern that i had
Also the carpet was not clean or vsccumed properly long unknown white hair on the carpet
Sheets doesn't get replaced daily i was told sheets get replaced once a week that's once every 7 days by staff member.

Didnt like the noise coming from down stairs whenever the doors opened and shut. Like the security door to go up stairs. Hated the smell of smoke as soon as you walk through the door to come into the main area. Rooms could do with a referb.

We were booked in the wrong room. We booked for 3 people and were given a room for two. Entry into the rooms absolutely smelt musty. We ended up leaving after a day.

Good location the vibe was good, staff were very helpful and polite. Just our accommodation let it down the room felt a bit dirty, one of the blinds was broken a long black hair on the bed not ours. Hall light not working near our room. And in the dining room the cutlery was on the tables a bit of a concern? Not sure if the cutlery was clean or not and if the table were wiped down for the next customer?

Great staff, all but new bistro and lounge areas.

The fire alarms went off at 1:30 am had to evacuated. Two fire trucks turned up. Not one staff member to be found anywhere. Food was excellent and very quick. Asian's in pokey room was very pushy.

Great staff was not put in the room I booked ( king bed ) but like I said great staff, great food.

Crossroads is difficult to access. They got our booking wrong again but quickly fixed it. There's no disabled accommodation for anyone with mobility issues as all rooms are upstairs. The rooms are clean but tired, with cracks in the walls and door frames. The menu is good but the food is not outstanding, good, but not great. The gaming room stinks and is full of smokers so you can't go in there if you have even the slightest regards for your lungs because it reeks.
Overall, average.

The hotel is not expensive and we were looking just. PAC to sleep. There is not reception for guests. The guest hour find their way to locate where to register. After walking a lot between bars a dinning and casino we were told the reception was the same at the bar counter. The smell of cigarettes smoke is very strong. But once you are in your room you don’t feel it anymore. There isn’t elevator so guests have to drag their luggage upstairs.
The manager at the moment we register was rude and condescending to me.
The room was ok. Toiletries were supplied and towels.
There is a grocery store nearby.

The Crossroads Hotel is average. The parking is difficult, the rooms are all upstairs, you have to come downstairs to eat, no room service, the facilities are clearly old (gaps in door frame in the bathroom, cracks in the ceiling in the main room), they tried to give us a room with two single beds instead of the king room we had booked, and the gaming room stinks of cigarettes. Stay out of the gaming room, and make sure you have your booking receipt like we did so you can have the correct room. The food is average. Nothing special really. Just average experience here.

The rooms were excellent . Comfortable . I saw it was self contained but only a kettle was supplied and a wooden knife , spoon and fork . The shower was spacious and hot.

Nice hotel small but clean room, staff were lovely, safe parking

Good overall but incorrectly advertised as soundproofed (could hear conversations next door), 2 bathrooms (1 shower/toilet combo) and a rollaway bed to sleep a third (just the queen). The bathroom that was attached had mould in it but worked fine otherwise. Windows to the room did not open so ventilation was an issue. TV reception was pretty dodge on some channels, only a few worked ok. Lovely service from staff though. Dinner downstairs was great. It’s a good stop over on a road trip but I wouldn’t stay more than a night.
