Location

Unsafe rooms, no safety latches on door. Neighbours having party from 11:00pm to 5:30am, ring owner, he said he would look. They carried on smoking on balcony in from of my room, in and out of doors, knocking on my door. As a single women I was simply terrified. It party was not stopped. Even the next morning they were knocking on my door at 8:30am. Note this was on the commencement of lockdown, I should have called the cops.

This place is always clean and quiet. The managers are very cheerful and helpful. The whole experience is fuss free and good value.

Proximity to activities was great. Electric blankets on bed lovely. Tv worked well. Water pressure was great in shower. Had coffee plunger and drinks available. Reception was friendly. No problems with check in and out. Car parking good. Quiet. No road noise.

Curtains were not hung well. Bathroom could do to be better maintained/upgraded and toilet bubbled up when neighbouring people used it. But otherwise clean. Spa bath small. Heat pump worked but had duct tape on it and vents didnt open properly. Milk and soap was not replenished during second day service.

I didn’t know there was breakfast available. I would have liked and also expected a shower cap, better hair washing product and especially more soap.

The proximity of the hotel to the mall, the sound was very quiet, beds were comfy, clean room all round and nice shower. Parking was available which was handy.

That I could take my dog with me.

A barrier in language understanding. Staff had a big fight in front of everyone. They cancelled my second booking without finding me another place because a customer broke one of the room doors. The shower was broken and never fixed during my stay.

Close to lots of eateries but they all close rather early.

Owners need to invest in double glazing and blackout curtains. Terrible night's sleep as arrived late and had to catch very early morning flight so needed a good sleep but way too much road noise and light!

We love staying here!

**Lovely room with off street parking **Very comfortable bed **Kitchen with bench space, cook top, extractor-hood, microwave, and fridge. **Shower, Spa bath, & Private courtyard **Friendly staff **Pet friendly - Always ask in advance and keep pets off the furniture. (We lay down covers to keep fur off the carpet) **Close to shops and public transport.
