Bed very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showers. Was clean and tidy. Plenty of off street parking.
Complex a little run down. Bathroom window catch was broken so window didn't close properly.

The host and manager is amazing, let our dog stay and was great value for money llocation to supermarkets the mall and The Warehouse was conveniant. A++
Only downfall was no oven, or an extraxtor fan for the bathroom but everything was superb.
2.0 / 5.0
the rooms were very clean and tidy
the whole complex is very tired, it is an old complex but lacks maintenance, paint was coming off the window ledges in the room, a window had a crack in it. the lawn out the back hadn't been mowed for a while, the veranda area was scruffy.

I couldn't find any faults. I liked everything about it. Will definitely my only choice next time plus relay to others my feelings of absolute pleasure.
Didn't have more time to carry on staying longer.

Quiet and clean

It was clean and cozy
No exhaust fans in bathroom toilet and kitchen
0.5 / 5.0
It smelt nice due to reed diffusers. Central to town.
Photos need updating. Don't be roped into staying here as it's a cheaper motel. Definitely IS NOT worth it. Toilet made refilling noises all night. The fridge wasn't working. Shower has a hole in the bottom. No fan/ventilation in bathroom. Old chairs outside of room is a good put off. Aswell as the part next to reception. Looks like a halfway house.

After being double booked by Aotea Motel on Bealey Ave, was pleased to be able to secure a family room at BRML. Jasmine was very accommodating to our family. Room was older unit but humble enough for us

Staff, clean, comfortable, location, and double parking with room for a truck.
Staff managed to get us an extra night (my mistake at booking), by moving someone else - with a truck, we were soooooo appreciative. Excellent Service.
Room for 3 Adults with single bed, chair and settings. Not a Sofa bed like so many other motels, that may or may not supply 3 settings.
Towels replaced daily !!!!!!
Fast and reliable Wifi.
Heater worked well, and had a timer.
The Warehouse across road for any supplies needed, or next door for a night time tipple.
No air conditioner, and although has an excellent heater with multiple settings, it was hard to work quickly. Basic instructions would help.
No extraction fan in bathroom - our window difficult to open for me (couldnt reach it).
No back up hair/body wash for shower - probably would be replaced during towel replacement - but we used our own rather than get caught out.
Tea and coffee only supplied (with sugar and milk), and as standard two drinks per day.

3.5 / 5.0
Almost everything
The bathroom window didn't close. It was very cold.
Some curtains in the kitchen would have bee nice and a hole in the wall where the main door opens

The permanent residents were having domestics when we arrived. Very messy run down place
