Good apart from the unfortunate racist booklet

Central, clean, nice host, nice facilities, shower, SKY tv and although I didn’t use it, the spa bath

Seeing the racist Anti Māori Stop Co-Governance booklet on the reception was a huge disappointment. There is no need for it. I’m not going to debate the issue, it was unnecessary and spoiled a perfect 10/10

Room was lovely for the night..very comfortable bed Lady at reception was lovely

The grumpy Old man there that didnt know whether he was a worker/owner or a guest😏 The coffee pods were already empty

absolutely will stay here again -facilities in our room were impeccable and the location perfect

Right from the booking in process to the request to print off documents, the room was very spacious, light, very clean and modern. Lovely kitchen & bathroom facilities as well.

There was nothing that we did not like (with the exception of the coffee Nespresso maker - but thats only cause we had no idea how to use it) :-)

It’s was ok, it is what it is.

The league game on sky.

I paid full price for the spa room we were not allowed to use the spa due to a water shortage in the area from the cyclone which is understandable didn’t offer a discount for the inconvenience, felt judged upon arrival.

Great location and rooms are nicely decorated and super clean and fresh

Only 2 towels in bathroom all other properties we stayed in had 4. Shower leaked all over tile floor very slippery and really need more towels to mop up excess water
