This hotel had a great location and was close to many interesting sites.

This APA hotel had a great location. It was a 3-5 minute walk from Ueno station and we could use the skywalk over the busy road to get to the hotel easily rather than trying to cross the road contending with cars. The Ueno market area was extremely close by as well as Ueno Park with all the museums. Inside the room, the bed was pretty comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. The blackout curtains for the room were excellent.

The room tended to be very humid regardless of the air conditioner being on. Additionally, it was sometimes difficult to get a coin washer/dryer since many people were using them. It was best to try to use them during really off hours like past 10pm.

Really enjoyed staying here, will definitely stay at the APA chain hotels in the future!

This hotel was extremely central to a lot of places we wanted to visit whilst in Tokyo!!! Easy to find and use as a home base.

Nothing, everything was extremely convenient. I saw previous views about the small size of the room, but the hotel is what is advertised. For us it was perfect.

Good location, missing on cleanliness.

Location is excellent

It wasn’t clean. TV & desk area were dusty. It didn’t look like the vacuum the rooms. I lost one of my earrings and when I look for it under the bed I saw a lot of junk underneath

Handy location, very close to places to eat.

My own fault, I didn't check my booking before I confirmed and ended up with a smoking room. As a non-smoker, a terrible mistake. I asked more than once to change but staff were not amenable to this. So, therefore this soured my whole experience with this hotel.

Nothing stands out in particular. Awful information from booking (not the hotel) relative to the Japanese travel support.

Good hotel in a great location.

Brilliant location, friendly staff too.

Rooms were very small, however we knew this prior to booking. Some minor noise from the train track but this can’t be heard with the windows closed - this is central Tokyo!

Love the location: just a few minutes walk to JR and Metro station, surrounded by restaurant, near 7-11.

Good for a short rest

Soft APA mattresses are the only mattresses I can get any sleep on in Japan. All other hotels are absolute torture. This hotel is located right next to the station and close to animal cafes. Super nice staff. We could check-in early and leave our luggage after check-out.

No waiting lobby or space for waiting of any kind. Akihabara location is overrated and much less alive than anticipated. The hotel was on the pricy side for a tiny space with no view and no public bath. Window was sealed shut and milky, impossible to sea anything. There was a strong draft from the window. It was loud from passing trains and the heater. The waiting time for elevators was significant. Breakfast was unimpressive for its price.

Very good

The location was near the train station, which made it easy to travel to other cities. It was also near many restaurants.

The room and bathroom are very tiny and leave little room for walking space. The wallpaper needs updating, and the pillows are a bit flat.

LOCATION - 2minute walk from Showa-dori exit of Akihabara station. - Convenience store and places to eat were also nearby CONVENIENT CHECK IN AVAILABLE FACILITIES - Ice maker - Laundromat - Dryer - Microwave

Good budget hotel clean and tidy and accessible

Easy accessibility to around tokyo area. Train station is like 3mins walk away. Abundance of food and convenient stores around as well.

Bed is slightly soft, and pillow is very flat (can request for extra pillow thou)
