Lasting impressions at Radisson Blu, Lusaka

Our spacious room with a little terrace and garden view exceeded our expectations. We experienced a very warm welcome at the reception. The staff's friendly and attentive care for their guests is outstanding (personalized service: delicious goodies and a lovely card in the room). Buffet breakfast is excellent. In the evening our stay on the terrace of the restaurant was highlighted by fantastic live music.

My Stay was Beautiful

The Breakfast was good but I thought it was a bit expensive and a self service tea / coffee machine would be nice.

I personally like to check my weight while on holiday for the Room I had I expected it to have a bathroom scale or at least have one on request.

Our stay was ok.

Location is good, very close to East Park mall. Breakfast was good, staff was nice. The building is beautiful.

They’re not clean enough. The room smelled so bad, it was because of air-con, which they ‘’fixed’’ but there was still some smell after. Also, don’t shower if you don’t wanna turn the whole bathroom into a river. They have to check their plumbing, there was a bad smell coming out from the bath, shower and sink.

After staying there twice all together 5 nights in the last month, i probably won't stay there again

I booked through bookings.com, had confirmed bookings. When i got there my rooms that were confirmed was not available, an had to wait 2 more hours just to get a room, which aircon did not even work. NOT HAPPY at all. No use in reserving rooms at the Raddison Lusaka

Pleasant experience within expectation.

Breakfast was particularly good with a good spread of pastries, bread and a broad selection of food and fresh fruits etc. The location was great, and the atmosphere was homely.

The lady that attended to us at check in was welcoming

We had requested for twin beds and confirmed that with the hotel but once we got there we were put in a room with a double bed. Had to wait until they could separate the beds in the opposite room. Ordered room service on the first night but we could barely eat the food. When food came they had forgotten the wine we ordered. Ate at other restaurants for the rest of our stay. The fridge and tub as well as walls in the shower could do with better cleaning. The hotel could get better quality pillows. Friday and Saturday night was very loud. There was loud music playing late into the night so probably best to avoid booking over the weekend. Staff on the whole was very aloof. We felt like a bother half the time. The only welcoming staff was the lady who checked us in and the lady from housekeeping who helped with the bed situation on our first night. A lot of paper is printed at check out. Saw this on one review prior to booking and the hotel responded saying they would remedy this but sadly nothing has changed. I have stayed at other Radisson Blu hotels and maybe the problem was the other hotels had such great quality service and amenities and I came expecting the same. Was really disappointed this time around.

Breakfast is always lovely. The location is perfect. The reception, the staff are awesome. My boy loved pancakes made for him and has been singing about them on our way to the airport.will always stay at Raddisson Blu.

Everything is superb.their service is uncomparable.the room was super clean and every time we stay at Raddison it's always better and better.we will definitely come back and will recommend to our friends.

Always room for improvement

Parked right in front of the hotel was 1st prize, reception was quick and Hassel free. Rooms are spacious, and the wifi is good. Hot chocolate in the room.

2nd floor common area just above reception is dirty and needs maintenance. The shower in my room 231 has mould in the corners. Under the bath tap is covered in grime, noise from the pool area in the evening, the power relay buzzed all night,
