Excellent
The buffet breakfast was delicious and had a variety of healthy food.
The air conditioning system should be connected to the generator in case of power outages

Double rooms aren't worth the money
The breakfast has a great variety, and the staff are excellent, they even remembered which sauce I like and brought it to my table without me asking. The peacocks are a lovely touch and there's something about Twangale's shampoo that makes my hair look absolutely great!
The double rooms are along a corridor, much like a cheap hostel. You hear every single footstep and midnight conversation as other guests are coming back to their rooms, sometimes intoxicated and shouting. The keycards make a loud beep and the doors click so loud when closing again that it's impossible to sleep solidly through the night, you hear absolutely everything (and I'm not even a light sleeper!) On top of all this noise, you have the generator running constantly. The last time I stayed in a suite which was much better, but considering the price of the double rooms, which is all I needed, it was terrible value for money.

Stay was fine - good place for travelers!
Actually a nice area but the rooms need renovation - and better maintenance - the management should visit the rooms here more often. It's clean, the staff are friendly. The food in the restaurant was good. A good hotel if you are passing through and definitely worth a stay once the rooms are perhaps renovated.
Fly screens broken - fittings in the bathroom/shower old and partly not working, terrace very careless and the furniture very neglected. Even when I asked the staff, nothing was fixed.

Adequate, could do better, felt that it was overpriced for the hospitality and services delivered.
Restaurant staff helpful, pool area nice, location good. Room well cleaned.
Check-in, awkward rate debacle, had to pay on site, convoluted and very uncomfortable “what rate were you quoted” scene. Clearly illustrating there were multiple rates and my custom/price would depend on my answer. I found this rude, I am a guest I would like to think I was paying the fair market price for what was provided. As opposed to whatever internet splurged ad I clicked. Additionally this was fueled by a wildly disparate bank rate on the local currency that left me feeling ripped off. Check-in staff were disdainful and condescending around this. Proudly informing me that the booking agent I used was the source of my current awkward discomfort. I don’t know the rates, I paid online and thought it was sorted. I am not a criminal and I don’t know what rate sheet or hotel insider process you want me to know. It was not pleasant. Building where my room was located was very austere tile, some carpeting would absorb more sound. I am a heavy sleeper but I still awoke to slamming doors and voices. Bar ran out of Mosi beers. It is a business lodge, but could be more hospitable, stay felt cold and dispassionate, profit driven.

Good for a short stay only
Room size, staffs, food was ok
Our room was located near by the carpark and office. We were the only one stayed there and lots of empty rooms. It was a bit noisy in the morning from the car park and office area.. Room size was big but the pillow was too high. Shower and bathroom door can't be closed.. Also lunch service was really slow, we waited for an hour for a food. Again, we were the only guest at the restaurant. However, dinner service was excellent. They need to fix the sink too.
