Cozy and near by local area

We were in apartment room with 2 bedroom It was cozy and comfortable

but only air con in the hallway if motel can provide aircon in each room that will be perfect Thank you

Simple but did the job

Great customer Service, friendly staff who were very helpful. Room was basic but met all needs and was clean.

Hotel room was very dated however it was clean and well maintained. Beds seemed like they would be uncomfortable but were actually surprising comfy.

Pleasant, affordable, comfortable.

Room was older style, but clean and comfortable and I felt 'safe' there. Reception was pleasant and nice to deal with.

No breakfast options, which seems standard. This was the same situation in 3 of the 4 different motels I stayed in that week.

Was in a convenient location and an easy little walk to explore the town

Was in a convenient location to the town. Nice Chinese restaurant across the road.

The moisturiser bottle in the bathroom was empty and not much room to enter/exit room as tree stumps were in the way and we did not wan to fall over them

It suited us, for what we wanted for a 1 night stay.

On arrival Paul was most helpful. We were in Cooma to see Christie Lamb playing at the Alpine Hotel & Paul offered to drive us down which really appreciated very much. Thank you again Paul

Room was adequate customer service not to great

Room was very clean and tidy and comfortable bed

Room was a bit tired looking. Man on reception not helpful had an issue with my room having an adjoining door could hear person next door who was making business calls was like they were in my room. When I went to speak to reception another traveller was complaining about toilet not working reception not very forthcoming traveler was going back to room to see if he could get it to work, I asked if I could be moved was told all rooms were booked before going to bed after 10pm noticed 1/3 of the rooms looked unoccupied and same early next morning. Also when I booked was not advised restaurant would not be open.

Good location for a short stay.

Room was comfortable. The restaurant provided excellent meals.

The basin outside the bathroom was a bit unusual and the fridge was very basic.

Not a lot

No bowls or cutlery supplied so asked for a bowl and extra milk at check-in - this was refused - told to go down the road and buy some. Room was tired and old - Room was not very clean and carpet looked dirty.

The Redhill is a great little place to stay.

the room that I booked was suitable for the purpose that I needed. It had a bed, shower and aTV. It was clean and the staff were friendly. The restaurant food was lovely. The proximity to the town centre was also an advantage as you could just walk into town.

the room power points were set away from the Bed and quiet low on the bench area which did not assist in the charging of phones (cable came out the bottom of the adapter) laptops, iPads and all the other things that we need to charge up these days. all in all not a major issue just meant I had to get up to see the time or messages on my phone while it was charging.
