It's a great spot to stay en route to another destination. Not suitable for long-term stay.

The kitchen facilities were very good. The large fridge helped as we were travelling.

The room is quite small and there really isn't sufficient space to eat breakfast inside in comfort.

Wonderful!!!

Front desk lady was so kind, and welcoming. Absolutely wonderful woman. Amazing walk to and from town. I will definitely be back.

Very disappointing, plonked in the middle of a road crew, boozing and swearing outside.

The bathroom.

The carpet was all dirty marks on it. Dirt in corners on floor, holes in wall lights without fluoride globes, old milk in fridge, gravel on ground outside door Very noisy drunk people outside . Messy building outside.

Different experience

The bed was comfy but there were 3 in my room. The view was nice.

The room stank and was quite cold . It was surrounded by construction and didnt feel super comfortable. The walls are so thin people showing woke me up

We enjoyed the room for what it was.

Beds were comfortable, able to book with not much time before, staff were lovely.

The shower head fell on me. The lights were only spaced out.

Good location

The room was spacious. The bed and bathroom linen were very clean and fluffy. The location was good, just a short drive to the centre of town or a leisurely walk. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. I found it a bit odd that the microwave and two plate hotplate were outside by the room doors. The decor was a little dated, but this is just a matter of personal taste. However, there are renovations of the motel going on. It was great that the motel is dog friendly. For a short one night stay, it was convenient.

It very congested. We have 7 adults and 3 kids. The place fit in but there was no place to move around. It was just one room.

Not the best option in Cooma

The younger lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. The newer area of the hotel which is shown in the pictures is lovely

The property is in chaos, they are renovating and it’s a mess. If there’s an option maybe stay elsewhere. The new rooms are lovely but you will pay $$$ for them. If you have a large Ute you probably won’t get under the car port especially if you have ski equipment. We found the older lady at reception condescending and not really listening to what we were saying… the younger one was fabulous. Maybe once the renovations are done this could be a good option.

I like that it's convenient for family stays. convenient for parking Carry various luggage and easy to take care of children because it is on the 1st floor. My friends all say that if there is a chance to go back for sure.

Good location

Unfortunately motel is undergoing major renovations transferred from original booked room 2nd room no heating moved to another room but no blankets so took blankets from previous room to try keep warm it eas -3 degrees. Would be much better when renovations finished but whilst they're ongoing renos would stay away. Not comfortable at all unfortunately.

Had a comfortable nights sleep

The carport was an excellent idea especially at this time of the year when Cooma was getting frosts it kept the frost off the car. The room was lovely and warm and clean, lovely bathroom, decent size fridge. Bed was comfortable but too big for the size of the room.

We felt the king size bed was over the top for such a small room. Would of rather had a smaller bed and a bedside shelf on that side of bed where the kitchenette was that you could put your things on. There was only one chair as not enough room for another so I stood up to eat my meal as I didn’t want to spill anything on the bed. Fridge door didn’t open all the way because of the bed. This was the only negative bed being way too big.
