On the process of being upgraded. Seemingly meaning run down. In quite poor shape. Our level anyway
Run down, worn out, no ventilation running AT ALL. So hot.

Bed is comfortable, breakfast delicious
Lift and room are very tiny, long distance from reception to room, no fridge

Terrible staff experience.
I booked a room for my Dad, and upon his arrival at the property, he encountered a receptionist who was extremely rude and unwilling to assist him. My Dad needed to pay with a card, but he didn't have one on him at that moment. I suggested paying over the phone, but the staff informed us that they don't accept phone payments. Instead, they requested that I send my card details via email. I complied with their request, but they denied receiving the email and asked me to send my card details to a personal email address instead. This request seemed inappropriate, considering they are a business with their own email account. I had to contact booking.com to intervene and resolve the issue. This was without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had.

Looks like needs a refurb, carpets were shocking in corridors

Friendly service, clean rooms, good pizza in the restaurant.
One baby high chair for the entire restaurant! If I had known, I would have brought mine. No parking spaces.

Clean, cosy, practical, black out curtains, quiet, very friendly and helpful staff.
No tea making facilities in bedroom.
No pictures on the wall - very bare and echoey.

Like the young and beautiful lady at reception, she speaks a lovely English an manage some Spanish, very efficient in her work, smiling, well educated and polite. Very good start at the hotel. I did like the dinner and the red wine was good. Did fill satisfied. Thank.
Got no issues. Maybe the painting in the car park could improve.

Great location. Hotel quirky. The room was huge but basic. Good continental breakfast. As it was a Monday, not many restaurants were open, so ate in hotel. The food was lovely.
There is only 1 chair in the room. There are no plugs by the bed, but 3 together on the desk area. No tea or coffee facilities in the room, which was definitely missed, and for the money being charged, I feel it should be included, especially when an ibis basic includes it.

There was a lift to the room which was comfortable. There was a good restaurant by the Marina open on bank hol but all others were closed. We did use the underground car park at 10 euros which was accessible by lift and not busy as we were low season.
The front entrance is on a busy road and the underground car park is very small. The woman in the breakfast room was not very communicative.

Convenient to centre of the town with a good restaurant and bar.
Had a bit of an issue with reserved parking that hadn’t been reserved. On arrival I was told that no parking was available and that it was fully booked. After showing the receptionist the email that I had received from the hotel previously confirming my reservation it was eventually sorted. was travelling with two motorcycles which allowed us to get squeezed into a corner at the back. if we had a car I’m not sure if we would have gotten parked despite the reservation.
