Wohnung ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet.Wir nutzten sie als Zwischenstopp vor der Fähre.
Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Under the bed was dirty and hot showers kept going cold and water kept cutting off,

Brilliant location, basic room but comfortable and had everything we needed and was lovely and clean, great for a few nights stay. We didn't use them in the end but the room had a little hob and oven and microwave. Little fridge and coffee machine, with complimentary coffee which was a lovely touch. Shower is lovely, lots of water pressure and better than my home shower. The black out blind is brilliant too, blocks all the light, we ended up sleeping in till 11am because it was so dark.
Bathroom is very little but there isn't much they can do about that, clever use of such a small space. Could do with a few more glasses, as there was only one plastic and one glass.

endroit calme, studio bien équipé, parking relativement facile,

This was fine, a good quiet sleep after a long drive, the night before the ferry to the UK. I had a slight difficulty opening the keylock, there are push buttons on BOTH sides :-) The owner was quick to respond when I called for help. The big skylight window let in a lot of light, but there was a blackout blind as well. The bed was comfortable, there was an electrical outlet near the table for my laptop and the WiFi worked. There was hot water to shower, I used very little of the facilities, just the kettle and a plate for a quick breakfast. There are quite steep stairs to reach the studio. I ate at the Caribbean restaurant in the next street which was ok. I was too tired to walk to the seafront which is a shame as the historical connections from 1940 would have been interesting. There is on street parking, but not guaranteed.
A kitchen towel would have been useful to dry the dishes, I didn't find one, but I didn't open everything. If you are a senior, be aware of the entry stairs, there is a good handrail. The fittings are a bit worn, the bathroom a bit small, The toilet a bit stained, but I think the owner has made a good balance.

Good location, very quiet and easily accessible.
Pillows were very thick and as a taller person I did hit my head in the bathroom and on the cooker hood coming out of the bathroom door.

Free street parking outside, check in was easy and only 10 minute walk to the gorgeous beach, shower is dated but very good
Firstly the bed, one side was like a hole in the mattress that you get stuck in, the other side was like a hard ridge in the middle of the bed so both of us slept poorly through the night.
Next was the extractor fan runs permanently day and night in the bath room and has a single monotone whine a lot like tinnitus sufferers get, that at night seems very loud and struggled to sleep through that as well so the nights sleep was terrible.
The room is poorly finished which wasn't a bother for us but may annoy others
Has the world's smallest espresso cups and nothing else to drink from
Disappointed as we had a long drive the next day back home so arrived very tired

The place had everything, even coffee, and sugar included. It was very clean and quiet. Nice neighborhood and big enough.
Nothing comes to mind.

Nice and cosy apartment within 20 minute walking distance to the beach. It has a brilliant large window which gets in lots of natural light.
Kitchen was decently equipped, with a good convection oven. We used it to cook a frozen pizza which was perfect.
Contactless checkin was perfect as we didn’t get in until 11pm. It was very easy to locate the property and get the key from lock box

Check-in, check-out and communication with the hosts was very easy and the location was very good. The room was big enough for two people and we slept very well in the bed.
For us it worked but the bathroom is really small and bigger persons could have problems to pass the shower in order to get to the toilet. We we're also really happy that there was a coffee machine and utensils, but the coffee was empty. That's just a small thing though and was probably just overlooked. The door to the bathroom can only bei shut with force. We tried to be quiet since we arrived very late but that made it really difficult (sorry for the noise). Also the bedside table is a bit instabile (but probably easily fixable). All in all I would stay there again for a night or two.

Great little place for me. Incredibly well equipped, clean and comfortable. In a nice, quiet area but still walking distance from everywhere.
I would definitely stay here again visiting Dunkerque.

Fridge in room was nice
Shower was cold. Quite small but suited us for 1 night. Just be careful not to bang your head on sloping ceiling!

Location good, quite street off road parking although road workers taking place did not hjave a job to find a parking space

All good and as described, helpful owners.
Great value for money!

studio is very small - smaller than it looked like in the pictures - when standing in the kitchen you have to duck in order not to bump your head to the ceiling - hosts not seen, didn't answer our question - could store bikes in the garage but couldn't open the gate - the other people living in the block still had access to the garage - not a safe feeling - wouldnt go back

Super Clean and really well equipped studio apartment in a quiet residential area. Nice.
The host was extremely helpful speaking to me in perfect English when my French (quickly) ran out. Recommended.
