Muy buen personal

Las camas eran muy comodas. El personal de lo mas simpaticos y servicial, especialmente los del turno de noche que nos resolvieron dudas y ayudaron mucho. La limpieza mejor de lo que esperabamos, incluso cuando dije que no hacia falta, la senora de la limpieza insistio en que nos cambiaban las sabanas y toallas y limpiaban, muy profesional.

No sabiamos que no habia wifi gratis en las habitaciones, estaria bien que esto fuese mas claro en la web.

Very small room

The room was terrible, not enough places to put your stuff. Very small room and the window view was a metal structure that made the room feel like a prison. If you pay 10€ you have access to the breakfast, with was great! Very delicious with good variety of food.

L’unica cosa positiva erano i letti comodi. Colazione ben fornita.

Camera troppo piccola per 4 persone paganti. Il bagno indecente, sporco e vecchio. La Tv non funzionava. Ci hanno cambiato di camera perché non si riusciva a regolare l’acqua calda della doccia. Il phon per i capelli era di antiquariato. Abbiamo pagato tanto, mi aspettavo di più. Mi chiedo la gente che commenta positivamente questa struttura a cosa sia abituata. Lo staff era molto gentile e disponibile. 2 ascensori per 9 piani di camere, abbiamo usato sempre le scale perché erano sempre occupati.

Sporcizia. Il regalo che ho trovato in stanza è stato scarafaggio pronto a farmi compagnia. Cameriere (basso, castano, pienotto) che gestisce il buffet della colazione privo di delicatezza. Assenza di accessori, 900 € per 4 notti e non era presente il phon. Dovevamo dare 10€ di cauzione.. e le 900 € pagate??

Понравилось месторасположение!

Не было фена! Душ расположен не для комфорта клиентов! Запах в комнате! Включали кондиционер, но он не работал и было очень холодно! Пол голый, нету никакого покрытия, хотя для удобства можно было и сделать!

Great location, friendly staff

Great location, good value for money. Substancial breakfast and they were flexible for an early breakfast on race day! These little things make big differences.

Paying for Wifi in 2024??? That is really unheard of once you book a room. I was lucky to be close enough to use the free lobby wifi but still ridiculous in the 21st century to pay extra for something so basic

I hope, I'll be able to come back!

Very nice and helpful staff; nice, clean room (sorry, being German I had to say that :-)), comfy beds and great breakfast with lots of choices. Subway station only a short walk away. Great place to stay if you're on a budget.

Agobiante, calefacción muy alta.

La ubicación, tener parking al lado y la limpieza.

En la habitación el aire acondicionado se encendia por la noche y cuando te dabas cuenta estabas sudando a 27 grados. Exagerado. Encima estaba bloqueado y no se podia bajar. La ultima noche tubimos q quitar la tarjeta para poder descansar.

Je déconseille fortement cette hôtel

La propreté dans la chambre es vraiment la chose que jai apprécie

On m’a réclamé 10€ si je voulais la chambre avant 15h une honte vue le prix de l’hôtel , la fenêtre de la chambre est condamnée en face à meme pas 4 mètre il y a un bâtiment en travaux le bruit est abominable,ma chambre était au rez-de-chaussée juste à coter il y avait des salles de réunion salle pour poser ses bagages il y avait du bruit du matin au soir très tard , et la chambre est médiocre ,une nuit 115€ ses du vole .

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!!! FALLING APART AND DIRTY

Only the location is a bit good.

It definitely does not deserve its price only because of its good location, which is actually still far from the tourist center, only close to the sea. The rooms were very old, everything was falling apart. I can't believe that they still rent these rooms at this price. The cleaning was terrible. There were hairs on the towels. The shower curtain was dirty. The shower cabin was very small, although I am a slim person, I could hardly fit in and I tried not to touch the wall and curtain because I was nauseous. It was a hotel in DISGRACE. The trash bin was broken and dirty. Also, in the picture, there was a kettle vs facilities in the room, but of course there was no such thing in reality. We had booked our rooms next to each other, but they gave us to separate floors because OF COURSE our room was not cleaned yet!!! When it should have been ready at check in time!!! And we already saw how they clean it anyway. Also, breakfast was horrible, the cucumbers were so dry that it was like they were collected from the garbage, they made the so-called-fruit juice with powder, it had no taste and I am sure it was unhealthy. In the end, location is not bad and we chose it because we needed an urgent reservation and it was at the top of booking list BUT we regretted it. I don't want to write more. I was shocked that so many people stayed in this horrible hotel.

Snídaně super, lokalita Cca 10 minut od pláže, 10 minut do obchodu

Nelibilo se mi, že neměli mini šamponky jako by hotely měly mít, chyběl mi v pokoji Fén a varná konvice na čaj.

Καλό πρωινό, βολική τοποθεσία και εξυπηρετικό και φιλικό προσωπικό.

Η έλλειψη ψυγείου, κάποιου βραστήρα, σεσουάρ, καθώς και ότι έπρεπε να πληρώσω για τα μαχαιροπήρουνα μίας χρήσης που χρειάστηκα για να δώσω την κρέμα στο παιδί μου.

Dépanne pour une nuit mais pas plus

Le staff est très gentil et disponible, le petit déjeuner est relativement variés pour plaire à tout le monde. L’hôtel est accessible via les transport et plutôt bien placé.

Le rapport qualité prix n’y est pas. Assez mal insonorisé, literie pas très propre, pas d’équipement basique type sèche cheveux, pas de pommeau de douche, papier toilette rationné, pas de couette et oreiller supplémentaire…

Agréablement surpris

L’accueil du personnel, l’emplacement de l’hôtel à proximité des rues piétonnes et des commerces,la propreté, petit déjeuner copieux, et la vue depuis la chambre sur la Sagrada Familia

Rien de spécial, en étant un peu pointilleux il manquait seulement le bouchon de la baignoire dommage pour la petit bain moussant mais nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel

Worst reception staff i ever came across

Not so far from the places we had to visit

Staff at reception are total robots. Their attitude are the worst i ever came across. We were told that our room wasn’t ready at 3pm. It was the time for check in. At least you could say sorry we don’t have the room ready. Instead we were told, room not ready, come back later. Than after I insisted that its 3pm they spoke to someone and checked us in. You can walk past reception 100 times and NO staff will acknowledge or greet you. Asked twice for toilet paper, ended up buying from shop across the road. I was on my way to the parking from reception, only one lift takes you there and were people waiting to go upstairs rather down, i asked a receptionist lady who walked past if she could open the stair way door just to my left as it was with key card and didn’t have my key with me, she asked me to walk across the whole corridor at the end turn here and there i just gave up. Same lady when i checked out and I informed here of my complaint, she than said if you’re going down to car park, do you want me to open that door, one hour earlier she said No. staff AT RECEPTION all heve CAN NOT DO ATTITUDE. NO Wifi on Rooms. Lady at breakfast desk was vey positive and smiling. Overall I would avoid this hotel at all costs. Reception staff are total disaster if you have to deal with them
