The hotel is very good and fit for purpose, however, do not rely on the staff at the front desk in ordering you a taxi.

出張に便利

朝食が美味しく、スタッフもフレンドリーでした。朝にバルセロナに着くフライトだったのですが、事前に頼んでおいたら朝９時にチェックインさせてもらえました。場所は街の中心部からは外れていますが、周りにスーパーやバルが多く、地下鉄の駅も近いので便利でした。サッカーのスタジアムが窓から見えるくらい近いので、サッカー好きな人には良いと思います。

ポットやコーヒーメーカーなどが無いのが不便でした。また、エレベーターが小さめで速度も遅く、冷房も効いていなかったのが、夏場だったので地味に辛かったです。

Hotel super, non centrale ma ben collegato.

L'hotel è un ottimo 4 stelle, con stanza ampia, pulita, dotata di ogni comfort, con bagno ampio inclusivo di bidet anche se poi non c'era l'asciugamano del bidet. Non era centralissimo, ma ben collegato: la metro a pochi passi e anche le fermate degli autobus. Ci ritornerei.

La piscina era una vasca da bagno, ma non ero lì per farmi il bagno. La colazione un pò troppo cara: probabilmente aveva un buffet ricco, non saprei perchè ovviamente ho preferito far colazione a un bar vicino. Ad ogni modo non sono cose che mi impedirebbero di tornarci.

Very comfortable stay

Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Great location. Short walk to metro. Supermarket and cafe nearby. Enjoyed a meal at hotel restaurant. Comfortable clean room with a large balcony. Good size bathroom with lovely shower and plenty of toiletries. Staff were so good. They made us feel very comfortable and welcome. Always happy to help. We would definitely stay again.

Nothing we didn't like. Slightly disappointed rooftop bar was closed as out of main season.

Exceptional

A great hotel! Amazing facilities and very spacious rooms. It was a 5 -10 minute walk to the metro, depending on which line you needed to take. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Good and comfortable stay and save parking garage

The nice and warm welcome by friendly staff after a long drive in the evening (late check in 10 pm) both rooms where prefect clean and great temperature.

First of all, I want to thank the hotel management for such an excellent service, all the staff who were responsive, receptive, always helpful. I thank everyone who cleaned the room, and I also want to specifically note that it was my birthday and the hotel management paid attention to this, even gave a small gift. Thank you so much for such care and service. Thanks to Xavier Fanlo, General Manager of the hotel, from whom I received a lovely postcard. You are great, will definitely visit you again. Good luck.

the hotel is overpriced, the rooms are very small and poorly equipped

the location was okay and we had a nice balcony

the room was very small and it was equipped for one person (we had one bedstand, one reading lamp, even one wine glass). The price was to high for what we experiwnced at the hotel

Extremely disappointing for the price

The hotel is easy to access and there are plenty of busses and a metro station close by. The terrace bar is a nice place to see the sunset and to chill over a beer. The employees were very nice and helpful. The free wifi was working fine.

The room is poorly insulated, and you can hear everything from all the other rooms around. I also attached a picture of the light that enters through under the door at night. The furniture and the hotel are both old and not necessarily well maintained. Clearly not a 4-star hotel. The air conditioning was awful. Turning it to the lowest setting still didn't bring the temperature under 24/25 degrees, even at night. The minibar was tiny and also really bad at cooling, leaving a bottle of water over night didn't chill it until the morning. No coffee/tea in the room, no way to boil water. The pool is very tiny and difficult to find the room to use it. There was no toilet brush.

Great spot.

Feeling like a local - enjoying all the benefits of a great hotel

The bed was very comfortable and our room had all we needed. It was cleaned everyday by the sweetest cleaning lady. Katharina really made us feel at home. The hotel is close to the metro and you can find great places to eat nearby.

Very good location, close to the subway station and the Camp Nou stadium. Clean environment and friendly staff.

More expensive than expected, the double-bed is rather small for 2 people, sometimes a bit noisy.

Perfect!

The room at floor 8 was excellent! Great view, morning sun. Very friendly staff. Perfect cleaning.

We asked to change room at floor 1, no view and hard to reach the small window high up. Unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy any view from that room at all.

They should be cheaper but otherwise a great place to stay

Staff were prefect, The view from the balcony was wonderful. So near to the Barcelona FC Football Stadium. Restaurant was amazing.

Too expensive for me.......it was during New Year's Eve but still, it was too expensive.
